The subscription fee for using the “Everywhere Online” tariff in Moscow, St. Petersburg and their regions is 500 ₽ per month. Funds are debited monthly (a way to save money). Conditions of the “Everywhere Online” tariff when traveling around Russia

When traveling around Russia in most regions, home conditions apply, while incoming calls are free, outgoing calls to Tele2 of any region are not charged, and other numbers are charged from the main package.

There is a list of regions in which, when staying on the territory of longer than 30 days, an additional 100 rubles is applied to the subscription fee, i.e. The monthly fee for the tariff will be 600 rubles. The surcharge will also be applied after returning to your home region, until the next day the subscription fee is charged.

The list of regions includes the Amur Region, Yakutia, Bashkortostan, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kalmykia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Chechnya, Trans-Baikal Territory, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, etc.

Let's give an example: you left for the Khabarovsk Territory on January 15, and the monthly fee is written off on the 1st of the month. On February 1, 500 rubles will be written off, since you are in a foreign region for no more than 30 days. On March 1, 600 rubles will be written off. If you return home in March, then on April 1, 500 rubles will be written off again.

The terms of the home tariff also do not apply to the territory of the Crimean peninsula. Here all calls, megabytes of Internet or SMS are at a single price - 3 rubles.

Option “Everywhere online.Wink”

This service allows you to view content for free on the Wink service from Rostelecom. Subscription includes:

More than 100 TV channels;
More than 20,000 films, TV series, cartoons, etc.;
Access to cartoons and films from Disney;
You can connect up to 5 different devices: smartphones, tablets or smart-TV;
To get free access, you need to open the page wink.rt.ru/vezdeonline and enter your phone number connected to the Tele2 network and the “Everywhere Online” tariff;

How to connect

Let's see how to switch to the “Everywhere Online” tariff. There are four ways in total:

In your Tele2 personal account - log in, go to the section with tariff plans and make the transition;
In the “My Tele2” mobile application, the transition is carried out by analogy with your personal account;
USSD command *630*6#;
At Tele2 service offices upon presentation of your passport.

When switching to a tariff, the subscription fee is debited in full on the day of connection, then every month on the same date. It is also possible to connect with number porting from another operator - fill out an application on the Tele2 website or at your nearest office.

Bonus upon connection - six months of free subscription to Yandex.Plus, which includes all Yandex services. These include discounts, music without advertising, free delivery from the Beru marketplace and films on KinoPoisk. To activate the bonus, dial *116*2019#. The offer is valid only for Moscow and the Moscow region.

Settings for the “Everywhere Online” tariff to suit your needs

If the volumes of traffic, minutes and SMS messages in the tariff do not suit you, then they can be increased as follows:

You can connect up to 5 additional traffic packages of 500 MB each. volume and 50 ₽ cost each. Additional connection is connected. a traffic packet with the command *155*24*3# , and is disabled with a USSD request *155*24*3*0# . Activate the required number of packages and, starting from the next month, these packages will automatically be included in the monthly volume of traffic and, accordingly, the subscription fee on the tariff will increase.
Similar to traffic, you can connect additional volumes of outgoing calls: up to 5 packages of 50 minutes for 50 ₽ each. The subscription fee will also be increased by the volume of connected packages. An additional volume of minutes is activated with the command *155*24*1# , and disabled *155*24*1*0# .
The same is with SMS messages: you can “add” up to 3 packages of 100 SMS for 50 ₽ each. You can connect the sms package with the command *155*24*2# , and disable it with the request *155*24*2*0# .

When the package of minutes, messages and traffic is exhausted

When traffic is exhausted, subscribers can connect 500 MB. traffic for 60 ₽ under the “More” option;
Calls to Tele2 within Russia always remain free and unlimited;

The SOS package is activated automatically if there are no funds left on the phone balance. The free service allows you to use WhatsApp calls, view Yandex maps and the Ya.Navigator application. For tariffs with monthly payment, the SOS package is valid for 3 days, for subscribers who use daily payment for communications - 1 day.

The second service, which is enabled by default, is “Internet on the Peninsula”; you can disable it through the combination *143*50# .

If you activate an additional paid option, the first debit for the service begins from the moment of activation, then the amount for additional offers is added to the subscription fee and debited on the day the tariff is paid.

If the service is needed once, do not forget to turn off the paid offer in time to avoid unnecessary, often unforeseen expenses.

Additional services

The mobile operator has made sure that subscribers have maximum additional opportunities when using the “Everything Online” package. In addition to standard offers, the tariff contains free options:

Partially unlimited

“Everywhere Online” is the most popular Tele2 tariff of 2021.

This tariff plan can be called “conditionally unlimited”, since 40 GB are allocated for the Internet, but almost all applications, including instant messengers and social networks, use unlimited traffic. Services such as “Sound” and “Tele2 TV” (paid separately) can be used without losing additional megabytes. The only exception is YouTube.

50 SMS is the minimum package.

"Everywhere online" +

In many ways, it is similar to the previous tariff, with the difference that 80GB are allocated for other expenses (besides instant messengers). This offer also compares favorably with “Everywhere Online” with unlimited traffic on Youtube and the ability to subscribe to the Wink video service.

Today, the Tele 2 operator offers flexible conditions for using its products, taking into account the needs of customers. After choosing a suitable Internet solution, you can effectively use your tariff plan; for this, in the user’s personal account, it is possible to manage additional services and options.

Personal opinion

It seems to me that in the current conditions this tariff has the right to life, since all operators have raised prices for tariffs with unlimited mobile Internet. If you watch YouTube very often, and for you this is the main consumer of Internet traffic, then you can consider switching to the “Everywhere Online+” tariff. Unless, of course, you have some normal archive tariff, for example, “Unlimited 04_2019” with unlimited mobile Internet for 550 rubles per month.

It’s a little sad that the tariff is currently presented only for Moscow and the region. I hope that soon it will appear in other regions of Russia with a lower price tag. By the way, “Everywhere Online” was initially launched as a tariff with unlimited mobile Internet in the metro, but now this “trick” is no longer there, so I personally don’t see any problems launching the tariff in all cities of Russia.

What happens if you don't use a SIM card?

In the event that the subscriber does not perform actions that entail the debiting of funds for services provided, for a consecutive period of 120 days, without a break that interrupts the specified period, and funds are not credited to the subscriber’s personal account within the specified period (inactive mode), the subscriber’s personal account begins a daily subscription fee of 3 rubles will be charged, including VAT.

The debiting of the subscription fee ceases from the next day after the subscriber’s personal account reaches a zero balance or funds are credited to the subscriber’s personal account.

If the balance of the subscriber's personal account is equal to or below zero for 180 (one hundred and eighty) consecutive calendar days, the contract for the provision of communication services is considered terminated at the initiative of the subscriber.
