I want to share my experience, and what to hide, my indignation. On September 14, 2021, I submitted an application for an Internet connection. After registration, a text with meaning was displayed: in a maximum of 8 hours they will call you and in 48 hours they will connect you.

The next day at 10 o’clock the girl calls (in fact, more than 8 hours have passed, but let’s not find fault, the application was submitted at 18:00 in the evening, hardly anyone would want to receive a night call). He says that they are very busy and... “but wait, someone refused, the masters can come to you today from 18 to 20 hours, or another time, but only in a week (“they will connect you in 48 hours” - a promise on the website, we remember, right?) Of course, I agree as of today.

I’m in a hurry so as not to miss it, and since 17:00 I’ve been at home, waiting for the installers. No one came, but at 20:17 I received an SMS with a text that surprised me very unpleasantly: “Our specialist was unable to contact you at the agreed time.” And I have only one question: why couldn’t he get in touch? Was the phone busy? During the entire waiting period, I only had one call for 10 minutes with a bank employee. You might say, “well, that’s it.” But I will say “no” because: 1) when my phone is busy and a second call comes in, the phone notifies about this with a sound signal, in addition, the call from the second person is recorded in the call history. Now I specifically checked it again. No calls from installers. 2) even if they called exactly at the same time, what stopped them from calling back 10 minutes later?

From here, I can only come to one conclusion: due to the workload, which the girl who called me in the morning at my request told me about, the installers did not have time / were tired (after all, I was scheduled from 18 to 20, probably the last client of that day) and decided to spit on the last client, shielding themselves: “And his phone was not accessible. It’s not our fault” – how convenient.

Right while writing this review, an employee from their hotline called me back. He asked if they called you. Somehow I have a suspicion that this question is not asked lightly, and there have already been precedents similar to mine, which is why they began to ask it. Rescheduled for September 22, 2021 (“you will be connected in 48 hours” - no words, certainly censored...)

The result: failure to meet their own deadlines, my time wasted in vain, they are trying to make me an extreme person (despite the fact that I approached this matter responsibly) and all this in just a little more than one day of acquaintance.

PS I understand that the administration of 101internet will not publish ratings, and this is correct, because I have not used the Internet and cannot evaluate its quality, but look how much you need to go through just to get to this Internet from MTS. I hope that the text itself will be left. I think my experience will be very useful in that it will give you an idea of ​​what you might encounter at the very beginning.

MTS clearly has some work to do.
Of course, I am not inside the organization and may not know everything, but expanding the staff of installers so that there are no such long deadlines clearly suggests itself.
