After connecting, the subscriber receives sets for voice communication, network traffic consumption and SMS correspondence with a certain size and coverage area. As a fee for use, a subscription fee is charged each billing period on a strictly designated day - the date of transition to the contract. At this moment, the package resources are automatically updated, but only if the payment is made on time. If there is no money on the balance, the provider sets a block on all functions of the TP until the debt is eliminated. Another interesting and important feature of MTS tariffs with a subscription fee is the ability to transfer unused balances of all packages to the next month. If long-distance calls or sending messages within Russia are not included in the package, minutes and SMS from it will be consumed only when calling home, and communication at the place of stay will have to be paid separately.

Important! Despite the fact that the operator sets a fixed monthly payment for a set of certain packages, it may happen that an actively used package will be used up before its renewal date. Tariffs without monthly fee

Attention! By 2021, the Saratov region turned out to be one of the few regions where per-minute tariffs without a monthly fee for MTS mobile communications were completely closed for connection.
