Tariff "My Tele2" - detailed description | connection

Tele2 regularly develops and introduces new tariff plans for users. One of the attractive tariff plans was “My Start,” which provided the company’s clients with Internet traffic, unlimited calls in the connection area and a package of minutes for other numbers.

Now “My Start” is in the list of unavailable for transition. But subscribers who managed to connect to the tariff earlier can continue to use it without any special restrictions.

Just start Tele2 - one of the best tariffs for Kazakhstan subscribers

The mobile operator Tele2 pleases its subscribers with new, and, importantly, favorable tariffs, where people really get everything they are entitled to for their money.
One of these interesting decisions was the introduction of a tariff called “Simply Start”. The main feature is that all balances that you did not manage to spend in the current month can be transferred to the next month. Has the operator decided to include care for its customers? Or are there more pitfalls here than you could imagine? Well, we’ll tell you about all the features of this offer!

Review of basic tariff conditions

The subscription fee for users in Kazakhstan is 1190 tenge in all regions. Within a month you are provided with a package of services that are included in the tariff price, namely:

  1. Full unlimited outgoing and incoming calls to Tele2 numbers;
  2. 80 minutes to numbers of other mobile operators;
  3. 5 Gb traffic;
  4. 600 messages to Tele2 subscriber numbers.

And now what you have to pay for above the package! Outgoing messages to numbers of other operators are charged at 8 tenge for each message. If you send SMS to foreign numbers, the cost of the message will be 15 tenge. Outgoing MMS are also priced at 15 tenge. The cost of traffic above the package is 3 tenge per 1 MB.

All of the listed services are valid in Kazakhstan, regardless of what home region you are in. That is, there is no distinction between individual regions, and you can easily use all the possibilities of the tariff throughout Kazakhstan.

Additional options for the tariff plan

Additionally, you can connect a number of services that will allow you to communicate with family and friends without restrictions, as well as usefully spend your free time.

“Unlimit on VKontakte”, “Unlimit on Odnoklassniki”, “Unlimit on Facebook”, “Unlimit on Viber”, “Unlimit on WhatsApp”, “Unlimit on TamTam”, “Unlimit on Yandex.Maps and Yandex.Navigator”, “Unlimited for watching movies on Tele2 TV”, “Unlimited on watching TV programs on Tele2 TV”, “Unlimited on Sound”, “Unlimited on Twitch”, “Unlimited on Instagram”, “20 SMS in Russia”, “Unlimited on Tinder, Mamba, Badoo, Photostrana, Teamo.ru, Love.mail.ru”, “Unlimited viewing of Amediateka series on Tele2 TV”.

How to connect?

To activate this tariff, dial *122*17# on your mobile phone.

It is important to know! If you activate this service package for the first time, no connection fee will be charged to your number. Subsequent transitions will be paid at 99 tenge for each transition.

To check the remaining gigabytes of traffic, calls and messages, enter the command *123*1*3# and the system will show you a complete list of balances for each service. Information is provided free of charge!

Other activation methods

  • By calling the phone number. Dial 423 on your mobile phone and follow the system prompts.
  • Via USSD service. Enter the command *123#, in the menu that appears, select “Change tariff” and find there.
  • Through an application on a smartphone or your personal account. You need to register an account on the official website of the mobile operator Tele2, receive a login and password, and log in using your data. Next, go to the “Tariffs” tab, select “Just Start” there and connect it.

It doesn’t matter exactly how to connect this tariff. The cost, service time and options provided will still be the same and will not in any way affect the method of connecting this service.

Beginning of work

To use any of the proposed tariffs, you need to visit a communication store and purchase a starter kit. Its cost depends on the region and the availability of shares from Tele2. You need to come to the communication salon with a passport, because upon purchase a service agreement will be drawn up.

Next, you should insert the SIM card into your phone or tablet and activate it. To do this you need to call or send SMS. That is, perform any paid action. Actually, that’s all, you can use all the package options.

Advice! Those who want to keep control over their balance and connect and disconnect various services should immediately register on the Tele2 website. There, a self-service system is available for each subscriber - Personal Account.

Shutdown options

There are no shutdown commands for this service package. To disable the “Simply Start” tariff, you need to switch to any other one and the service will be automatically disabled. If you are not satisfied with this option, you can use one of the methods below:

  • Call the operator at 504 from your mobile and ask to manually disable the tariff plan from your phone;
  • Log into your personal account on the website or through the application and disable the service package from your number.

Contents of the Tele2 starter kit

The very kit that the subscriber receives after choosing a tariff plan and signing a contract contains everything that is needed to start using Tele2 services. The stylish black or colored envelope contains:

  1. A plastic SIM card that is soldered into a special tablet. It will not be difficult to remove it from there, but you need to act carefully so as not to damage it.
  2. The tablet also contains the Tele2 subscriber’s phone number, data and several security codes.
  3. A book with a list of information required by the subscriber.
  4. A directory with useful commands and services.

When purchasing a Tele2 starter kit, you should understand that a standard-sized SIM card is provided. But it has a die cut that will help you easily turn a standard size into a micro-SIM.

Important! Sometimes the Tele2 starter kit is fraught with pleasant surprises. These are so-called bonus packages, which include additional discounts and services.

Information about transferring balances

As we said earlier, all your unused service packages will be carried over to the next month, but there are certain rules and nuances that you should be aware of.

All unused services will be carried forward only one calendar month in advance. For example, you did not use SMS and Internet traffic in January. They are postponed to February. But if you don’t spend them this month, they won’t carry over to March. In this case, those packages that you did not use in February will be transferred, and so on down the chain. As a result, we can conclude that it will not be possible to accumulate, for example, a large number of gigabytes and calls in a year; they will still burn out.

If you reconnect your tariff ahead of schedule, for example, if the free minutes have run out, but there are still gigabytes of traffic left, then all remaining limits will also be transferred to the next month. But again, the rule of transferring only one month in advance applies here.

If you are late on your monthly payment, all your unused packages will be forfeited. When switching to other tariff plans, all your accumulated packages will expire and will not be transferred.

If you have run out of Internet traffic, you can either reconnect the tariff to renew it or connect an additional option with a traffic package for a certain period. Tele2 has various Internet options that allow you to connect services both for a day and for a week, month, year, and the amount of traffic will differ depending on the tariff.

If the subscriber had Internet options with additional traffic connected before activating this tariff, then the tariff limits will be used up first, and only then the packages of connected options.

It is important to know! Until April 3, 2017, this tariff was provided under different conditions. Its cost was 1290 tenge, and instead of 5 Gb of traffic, subscribers were provided with 10 Gb. But now exactly the conditions that are described in the characteristics of the tariff plan at the beginning of the article in this table apply! Be careful before connecting!

Tariff cubes

The federal mobile operator Tele2 announced the launch of an updated tariff line “My Tele2”, the main feature of which was the ability to independently configure tariffs depending on the needs of the subscriber.

Personalization of the new offer is achieved through the ability to add minutes, Internet traffic or necessary options to the conditions of any selected tariff.

From today, the “Classic”, “My Tele2”, “My Conversation”, “My Online” and “My Online+” tariff plans have been renamed to “Classic 04_2018”, “My Tele2 04_2018”, “My Conversation 04_2018”, “My online 04_2018" and "My online+ 04_2018", closed for connection without changing other parameters and transferred to the archive.

Instead, the operator’s website presents the “My Tele2”, “My Conversation”, “My Online”, “My Online+” and “Classic” tariffs, but with the ability to configure options using the tariff constructor.

Tele2 became the last of the Big Four operators to introduce a new tariff line. Previously, this was done by MTS, Beeline and Megafon.

Andrey Patoka , Tele2 Deputy General Director for Product, Marketing and Federal Client Development, gives users the opportunity to pay only for what they actually use. This is a real constructor that works on all tariff plans.”

Features of the new tariffs

To set up a tariff “for yourself,” you first need to connect to one of the new Tele2 tariff plans. Then, in the Tele2 mobile application or in your personal account on the operator’s website, you can customize packages to suit your personal needs.

To configure your tariff, Tele2 offers packages of 200, 500, 800 or 1000 minutes, Internet traffic of 2, 15, 30 or 40 GB.

Tele2 clients can change the number of minutes and Internet traffic at any time, as well as connect and disconnect additional unlimited options.

In addition to additional minutes and gigabytes, Tele2 customers can activate special options. They provide unlimited access to popular Internet services, such as social networks Facebook, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and instant messengers WhatsApp, Viber, TamTam.

Clients can use , Yandex.Maps and Yandex.Transport, as well as streaming services YouTube, Tele2 TV and Zvooq without restrictions.

The operator specifically emphasizes that the added services become part of the tariff and do not change the usual payment terms.

Adding unlimited access to the social networks VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and Facebook will cost the subscriber 20 rubles. for each social network. Connecting WhatsApp, Viber and TamTam instant messengers will cost 10 rubles. for each messenger.

Additional options that reset traffic on new Tele2 tariffs include unlimited use of Yandex.Maps for 90 rubles. per month, unlimited on YouTube for 150 rubles. per month, unlimited on Zvooq for 99 rubles. per month and unlimited viewing of films on Tele2 TV for 99 rubles. per month.

For convenience, Tele2 offers basic balanced combinations of services, which are implemented in the “My Conversation”, “My Online” and “My Online+” tariffs. Thus, according to the operator in the Moscow region, the most popular one is “My Online” for 400 rubles. includes 15 GB of Internet traffic, unlimited social networks and instant messengers, 500 minutes to numbers of other operators throughout the country. However, its conditions do not change when traveling around Russia.

Detailed description of the MTS “My Smart” tariff

One of the most popular among budget tariffs with a subscription fee from MTS is the tariff plan - the “My Smart” designer. It allows the subscriber to independently choose the volumes of connected minutes, SMS and Internet packages, and pay only for those services that are really needed.

Characteristics of the “My Smart” tariff plan:

  • Subscription fee – from 500 to 700 rubles per month
  • Up to 20 GB of Internet traffic
  • Up to 600 SMS to send in your region
  • Up to 600 minutes for calls to numbers in your home region and MTS Russia
  • Free calls within the MTS network

The tariff plan was created instead of the outdated “My Unlimited” tariff. It cannot be said that “My Smart” is better - it became a little cheaper, but “Unlimited” had more opportunities.

Price

The terms of the “My Smart” tariff from MTS provide for different sets of packages of minutes, messages and Internet traffic. You can change settings repeatedly, at any time and without additional payments. At the same time, depending on the volume of service packages, the cost of the tariff will also change.

Subscription fees are charged and packages are updated on “My Smart” once a month, on the date corresponding to the day the tariff was activated. Unused balances of services expire and are not carried over to the next month.

The tariff plan has a prepaid payment system, but if necessary, the subscriber can switch to postpayment by activating the MTS “On Full Trust” option.

Available combinations of service packages and their prices:

Description, conditions and characteristics of the “My Smart” tariff plan are indicated for subscribers in Moscow and the Moscow region. In other regions, prices and parameters may vary.

The number and frequency of changes to tariff settings by the MTS operator is not limited. But when the new configuration of the “My Smart” tariff takes effect depends on the nature of the changes:

  • If the volume of services increases, the changes take effect immediately – within a few minutes after the transaction is confirmed. Additional minutes, messages and traffic will be added, and the difference between the old and new monthly fee will be debited from your personal account.
  • If the number of minutes, messages or gigabytes is reduced, the settings will change only with the onset of the next billing period - on the date corresponding to the day the tariff was activated.

What remains the same

The new tariff line still includes the “My Tele2” tariff, designed for those who are used to communicating on the Internet. This product with a daily subscription fee includes 5 GB of Internet traffic and unlimited traffic in social networks and instant messengers. For clients in the capital region, the cost of using the tariff is 7 rubles. per day.

Tele2 also notes that the company’s clients do not pay for long-distance calls. All new tariffs in the “My Tele2” line provide unlimited calls to Tele2 numbers in any region of Russia, which do not consume the main package of minutes.

Users of the new tariff line still have access to exchanging minutes for Internet traffic and transferring unused megabytes, minutes and SMS to the next month. On all Tele2 tariff plans, mobile Internet when traveling around the country costs the same as at home.

Also, the usual “Internet for devices” tariff remained completely unchanged (and without a tariff designer).

For Tele2 clients

Connecting Tele2 tariffs is possible both from your phone (using the USSD command) and using your “Personal Account” and mobile application. Commands for connecting Tele2 tariffs, or how to activate it:

  • “My online plus” - command *630*4# or call 630
  • “My online” - command *630*3# or call 630
  • “My Tele2” - command *630*1# or call 630
  • “My conversation” - command *630*2# or call 630

How to enable a new tariff on Tele2 for free? It’s very simple - there is no connection fee, only the monthly subscription fee is charged. Before turning on the tariff, we advise you to read the article about how to check the tariff on Tele2 from your phone.

The exception is the “My Tele2” tariff plan. Here you will pay 30 rubles to connect, however, only if 30 days have not passed since the last change in the tariff plan. We also advise you to read a useful article about which Tele2 tariff to choose for pensioners.

And in the video you can see a description of the operator’s current tariffs:

Tele2 tariff “My Start”

Tele2 regularly develops and introduces new tariff plans for users. One of the attractive tariff plans was “My Start,” which provided the company’s clients with Internet traffic, unlimited calls in the connection area and a package of minutes for other numbers.

Now “My Start” is in the list of unavailable for transition. But subscribers who managed to connect to the tariff earlier can continue to use it without any special restrictions.

Information sheet

To use the tariff, it was necessary to pay a monthly subscription fee of 99 rubles. Upon activation, the fee for the first month was automatically charged, and then after 30 days of using the tariff.

Calls

As part of the tariff plan, subscribers received full unlimited outgoing calls within the network in their home region. For calls to other numbers or Tele2 subscribers who live in other cities, a package of 100 minutes was provided.

When the package ran out, a minute of conversation in your hometown cost 1.5 rubles, and a connection with a friend who was in another region cost 2 rubles per minute.

International calls were also available. The cheapest calls were to the CIS - 30 rubles per minute. You could call Europe and the Baltics for 49 rubles. For other directions there was a single rate - 69 rubles. within 60 seconds of connection.

If you were on a trip, then all incoming calls were not charged, and outgoing calls to the region of your stay (only to Tele2 numbers) were also not charged and were considered unlimited. Calls to other numbers were consumed from the standard package; after the limit was exhausted, the price was set at 2 rubles per minute of conversation.

Messages on the “My Start” tariff

An SMS in the home region for any subscriber cost only 1 ruble and 50 kopecks. If you needed to contact a friend or relative from another city, the price increased to 2 rubles.

Multimedia messages with videos, text files and photographs cost 5 rubles, regardless of the recipient’s operator and region of residence. MMS messages sent to clients of international cellular companies also cost 5 rubles.

Internet

For a month, subscribers were provided with a traffic package of 2 GB. You could spend it both in your hometown and while traveling throughout the country. If the established limit was not enough for a month, then the user was provided with additional traffic.

The additional package was activated separately - 500 MB each. There were a total of 5 over-limit packages available per month. The cost of each is 50 rubles.

All balances that were not used during the current month were simply burned. It was impossible to transfer gigabytes to the next month. It was also impossible to share traffic with friends.

Free options

When activating a tariff plan, some options are enabled by default. If they interfered, the subscriber could refuse them. Services were provided for: identifying numbers, informing about missed calls, waiting and holding calls, and forwarding calls. Voice mail has also been activated, allowing you to receive messages from subscribers who were unable to contact you.

Special conditions

If there were insufficient funds in the account to pay, then Internet access was suspended and different rates for calls and messages began to apply.

So calls in the home region began to cost 1.95 rubles. per minute of connection. Outgoing calls to Tele2 numbers located in other cities cost a little more - 2 rubles per 60 seconds of dialogue. If you needed to contact a friend who was connected to another operator and was outside the connection zone, then for every minute of dialogue, 10 rubles were debited from your balance.

Messages for non-payment in the home region cost 1.5 rubles, and for numbers in other cities - 2 rubles and 50 kopecks.

There were also options for profitable roaming abroad and when traveling around Russia.

Restrictions when the SIM card is inactive

This tariff plan assumed that the user would actively use cellular communications and regularly top up the balance to charge the monthly subscription fee. Therefore, “fines” were provided for the inactivity of the SIM card.

If the client did not make calls, did not write messages or go online for more than 120 days, 3 rubles were debited from the balance daily. To stop the write-off, it was necessary to either top up the account or reach zero on the balance.

If the user has maintained a zero or negative balance for more than 180 days, the SIM card is blocked. The contract with the cellular company is automatically terminated, and the number goes on sale.

Cost of services after using the package

If there are not enough funds in the account to charge the daily subscription fee for the days of the current billing period, then Internet access is suspended and the basic conditions apply:

  • 3 rub./min. for calls to numbers in your home region and Tele2 Russia;
  • 9 rub./min. for calls to other numbers in Russia;
  • 3 rub. for SMS to all numbers in Russia.

If you fail to pay the subscription fee on time when traveling around Russia, the following conditions apply:

  • 3 rub./min. for calls to numbers in the region of residence and Tele2 Russia;
  • 9 rub./min. for calls to other numbers in Russia;
  • 3 rub. for SMS to all numbers in Russia.

After replenishing the account, the daily subscription fee is immediately debited in total for the entire period of non-payment, but not more than for seven consecutive days.

When sending an SMS whose SS contains more than 70 characters in Cyrillic or 160 in Latin, the message will be divided into parts, and each part is charged as a separate SMS message.

After the limit included in the tariff plan has been exhausted, the basic conditions of the tariff plan apply.

How to connect and disconnect the “My Start” tariff from Tele2?

As mentioned earlier, the “My Start” tariff plan is closed. It is no longer possible to connect to it, but you can refuse the offer and try a new tariff from the operator.

Deactivation is available in several ways:

  1. On the hotline. We call 611, listen to the entire menu of the autoinformer and choose to establish a connection with a specialist. After the call is forwarded, please disable this tariff plan and select a new one to activate.
  2. In your personal account. Log in to the website and open the “Tariffs and Services” section. Select a new plan and click “Connect”. Now you will receive new conditions for calls, messages and Internet access, and “My Start” will be automatically removed from the number.

“As mentioned earlier, the My Start tariff plan is closed”

Was this tariff ever opened? No matter how much I googled, I only found messages from August-September 2018 that “the tariff is being prepared for launch and is therefore archived.” It’s already the fall of 2019, the tariff is still in the archives.

I have come across suggestions that this is either an individual offer or a tariff for forced transfer of users of closing tariffs.

But I couldn’t find anyone who could simply connect to it.
