The subscription fee is charged in a single payment within 24 hours from the moment the service is activated. The fee for the first month of using the service is charged in full, regardless of the date of activation of the service. In subsequent months of using the service, the subscription fee is debited during the formation of the account for the reporting month and is reflected in it.

There is no charge for deactivating the service. When pausing or blocking a subscriber for a period of more than 1 month, the fee for using the service is debited on the day the block is released and only for the current month.

An excellent offer - unlimited internet for 75 UAH (now 90 UAH). But obviously the company treats new customers as suckers. You simply top up your account with 90 UAH. and you don’t immediately receive packaged services of the same unlimited Internet, and the money is transferred at the regular rate per MB.

That is, the logic is this: if money appears in the account, first it is simply withdrawn for any services used, and then once there, package services are credited for which you already paid 20 hours ago, but they could not be credited to us before. Company idiocy policy. The company has no idea how inconvenient this is in real life! Apparently the logic is this: top up for the next month before the end of the current period and you won’t have any problems, but this doesn’t always work out, and why would it if I want to top up every day.

I spent 90 UAH in two days this way. The company decided not to advertise anywhere that package services are charged from 00:00 to 08:00, that is, it hid from the consumer the terms of service that it sells. They told me about this at the call center. Yes, I use the tariff for a tablet, I don’t receive SMS messages saying that money is being withdrawn per MB, if there are any on the network.

But show me where in the starter package/on the website it is written that tariff services are connected at night? Many will agree that such information should be highlighted in red! Otherwise, it is consumer deception. If, indeed, the conditions for connecting a tariff at night were not indicated anywhere (and I couldn’t find them anywhere), then this is a good reason to go to court. In European countries they do this, because there the consumer’s opinion is valued, including negative ones.

And what is it, the Stone Age or 2005, that services are credited 24 hours after payment? this is inconvenient and such a service is less competitive. Previously, it would have been funny for me to imagine this; in the Life and Kyivstar networks, services are charged instantly.

My experience with Vodafone's services was extremely negative. This is the first time I buy a package from this company and for the first time I have technical problems and lack of information for me as a client. Initially I bought a non-working SIM card. While we were trying to set it up with support/replace it with a new one, a week passed. All this time, the services were considered operational, although it was impossible to even call anywhere. As a result, for a 4-week fee, I only used package services for 3 weeks and, in addition, a lot of hassle. In principle, after the first “month” of use, I could have thrown away the SIM card; as long as I get unlimited internet, it’s not profitable, and it’s inconvenient.

I would like to rate it 0. But it’s not fair, the Internet works. Only money is withdrawn from the account on the sly.
