The price of outgoing calls to home numbers is 18 tenge. SMS to numbers of other operators in Kazakhstan – 15 tenge.
When you subscribe to the “More for 3990” tariff, messages will be free, as they are included in the price of the tariff. If there is insufficient funds in the account to pay the monthly tariff, the daily traffic package is automatically activated. This daily package does not require forced deactivation, since this function is activated automatically when you top up your account with an amount sufficient to pay for the current tariff plan. This package is also activated when Internet traffic is consumed at the current rate. In this case, it is possible to reconnect the tariff or extend the Internet traffic with a one-time package.
There are tariffs for those customers who are not active mobile users. In these tariffs, all services are paid not in one package, but separately.

Connection
Wired services require contacting the office or contacting the manager through a request left on the website. As for the SIM card, you can only purchase it at a communication store, since the online store no longer sells starter kits.
As always, it’s easier for existing subscribers. They can use:
- services of a manager in the salon;
- mobile application "My Beeline";
- “Personal account” on the website;
- or a simple USSD command.
The first transition will be free, but for frequent changes in terms of service you will have to pay; the more profitable and up-to-date the tariff plan, the higher the cost of the transition.

Mobile Internet is presented in the form of monthly or daily packages. Moreover, the operator differentiates the volume according to needs, presenting groups for smartphones, tablets and computers.
- “Internet packages +” in 5 options from 3 to 30 GB at prices from 890 to 3290 tenge.
- “For beginners” - 2 very small offers of 100 and 500 MB - just right for social networks.
If the selected volume is exhausted, there is always the opportunity to purchase more.
- “One-time packages+” are 50 or 200 MB, as well as solid 1, 3 or 10 GB.

Daily package
Daily in Beeline is a package for 200 tenge per day, which is activated automatically when the subscriber’s account runs out of money, which makes it impossible to write off the subscription fee.
Its auto-connection cannot be deactivated. The user will learn that the daily package has been activated via an SMS message.
After the money is credited to the balance, from 00:00 to 03:00 the debt for using the tariff will be written off and the package will be turned off automatically.
Important: The daily package is not included on the first day after registering a SIM card and after changing the tariff.
The package is valid until the beginning of the next day, and is disabled after the amount sufficient to enable the main plan is credited to the subscriber’s account. The service operates within the framework of the Bright tariff for 2990 without the possibility of forced deactivation.

For several years now, Beeline has been offering wired communications to its subscribers. Internet and TV tariffs have long gained popularity, and there are also mixes that also include mobile communications.
- “Profitable MIX” is a successful comprehensive solution. Depending on the content, the subscription fee can be 3900, 5000, 5700 and 5900 per month. The maximum option offers 300 minutes and SMS, 20 GB, Internet at a speed of 100 Mbit/s and 115 channels.
In addition, the router is included in the price.
- There are also mono tariffs, for example, the “Forever” line is represented by variations with different connection speeds: 20, 40, 80 and 100 Mbit/s with a fee from 1500 to 3500 per month.
- “Beneficial Alliance” - a solution for the home. Television and high-speed network access in 3 versions: 60, 100 and 115 TV channels for 3500, 4700 and 4900 tenge.
Rate “Easy as Pears” [archived, connection closed]
This offer is not intended for the most active subscribers or for users who prefer to pay only for services that they clearly use. This change does not include subscription fees, meaning subscribers must pay separately for each service they use.

Through the Beeline KZ personal account, a subscriber can perform absolutely any operation with his number: from checking the current balance to receiving call details and SMS.

How to reconnect
The volume of services included in the tariff is small. Therefore, it is possible that the packages will be used up in less than four weeks.
In this case, it is recommended to reconnect to the “More for 1490” tariff by dialing the USSD command *355#, restoring minutes and gigabytes ahead of schedule.
To restore the volume of services ahead of time, the account must contain the amount of the full monthly fee - 1490 tenge.
If you do not reconnect the tariff, all outgoing calls to Kazakhstani subscriber numbers will cost 14 tenge per minute, and access to the mobile Internet will be blocked to prevent accidental spending.
One-time packages for minutes and gigabytes
In addition to early restoration of services by reconnection, you can activate one-time packages of minutes and mobile Internet, which will be valid until the next charge of the main subscription fee. Examples of one-time packages:

Internet connection speed is limited for any smart devices at a tariff of up to 128 Kbps.
