How to dial to a landline, being geographically in another locality or abroad

If you have left your hometown and need to dial to a landline, the algorithm of actions does not change. Only the cost of the call may change. Option two:

1. You are in your home region - that is, where the SIM card was issued. Then the cost of long-distance calls must be paid.
2. You have left the region where your SIM card was registered. In this case, roaming is included in the payment, and the tariff per minute is determined by the roaming conditions.
3. The set of numbers is standard: country+city+number.
