How to check your tariff for Beeline Kazakhstan

  • Using a mobile application;
  • Sending a USSD request *110*05#.

Top up your balance

Your balance is displayed in your personal account. Just below there are buttons for replenishing and connecting a trust payment.

If you click on “Top up balance”, a data entry form will open. Here you can make a one-time payment or set up automatic payment. It is suitable if you use communication tariffs, home Internet or television from Beeline.

One-time balance replenishment

  1. You don't need to link a card for it. Just enter your phone number, indicate the required amount and click “Top up without commission”.
  2. In the new window, check the box that you have read the rules. Then click on "Confirm".
  3. Now you need to enter your bank card details and click “Pay”.
  4. You will be redirected to the 3D Secure/Secure Code page. Confirm the payment and the money will be credited to your account within a few seconds.

In the same section you can easily top up the balance of any other Beeline number. The operator accepts any cards.

Setting up auto payments

You can link your card to a phone number. When the balance is below 100 tenge, the account will be replenished automatically.

You can also set up a scheduled payment. Then, on the specified date of each month, a certain amount is debited from your card to replenish the balance.

To link a card you need:

  1. Go to “Top up balance”, then scroll the page to the gray field “Payment for Beeline services: Phone; USB modem; Internet at home."
  2. Register or log in to the service.
  3. In the new window, click on the “Add card” button.
  4. Enter your bank card details and postal address. At the end, you need to click on the “Registration” button.

Now you can top up your balance without having to enter your card details every time. Just enter the amount.

In the same window, just below, there are settings for automatic payments. If you want your balance to be replenished when the minimum amount is reached, click on the first toggle switch. For scheduled payments, activate the toggle switch on the right.

Trust payment

If you are unable to top up your balance, use a trust payment.

You can dial *141# on your phone, or configure everything in your personal account:

  1. Log in and go to the “Profile” section. Below the balance information there will be a “Trust payment” button.
  2. In a new window you can read all the conditions. If you are happy with everything, click “Connect”.
  3. You will be asked to select a date. If you need to top up your balance right now, immediately click on “Connect service”.
  4. Your application will be considered in a few seconds. If everything is in order, the money will be credited to your account within a few seconds.

The trust payment is valid for 2 days. Afterwards, the received amount + 20% will be withdrawn from your balance.

Do-it-yourself tariff plan 2021

This is the first, as far as I know, tariff from Beeline in Kazakhstan, where the subscriber can independently select the required amount of minutes and traffic (see table).

In addition to the volumes selected by the subscriber, the Do It Yourself tariff includes

  • Unlimited calls within the Beeline Kazakhstan network;
  • Option “Exchange minutes for gigabytes” (rate 10 minutes = 1 GB);
  • “Dari Gigi” option;
  • The ability to connect up to three additional numbers to the tariff (price 990 ₸/month for each), with which you can share the volume of minutes and traffic from the package;
  • Free viewing of "BeeTV Free";

How to top up your balance

The following methods are available for depositing funds into your account:

  1. From mobile balance: transfer via money.beeline.kz or via SMS message.
  2. With or through a virtual wallet.
  3. Through payment terminals and ATMs of ForteBank, ATF, Nurbank, Sberbank, Bank CenterCredit, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.
  4. Through electronic money ekzt.kz, QIWI and Personal Cash24.

It is also possible to pay for “Internet at Home” from the balance of your Beeline number. To do this, you need to send a free SMS message to the short number 2021. In the message, indicate the text:

Registration and login to My Beeline Personal Account

For all Beeline subscribers, the account address is the same, but the procedure for registering in it and its capabilities differ, and depend on what services the client uses.

Login by phone number

You can log into the My Beeline account on the official website: https://beeline.ru/login/.

Mobile subscribers also have access to the old personal account on the Beeline website, at the address: my.beeline.ru.

To enter your personal account, use your Beeline phone number in 10-digit format (without the first 8 or +7) as your Login

To receive a Password , dial *110*9# or submit a request through the Beeline website. Within a few minutes you will receive an email or SMS message with a temporary password.

The temporary password will only be valid for 24 hours, so you will need to change it the first time you log in or through your account settings. The number of requests for a temporary password is limited - if you try to get the password more than 5 times in one day, the ability to reset it will be blocked for 24 hours.

Users of “All in one” tariffs and those subscribers who have several numbers connected under one contract at once must contact the operator’s office to receive a login and password.

Login without password or registration

Regardless of what device the SIM card is used in - a phone, tablet or modem - any Beeline subscriber can log into his personal account without a password and without registration.

To do this, you need to turn off Wi-Fi on your phone, tablet or computer and connect to a 3G/4G network using the Beeline mobile Internet capabilities. After this, you need to go to the website my.beeline.ru - authorization in your account will happen automatically.

If something does not suit you, in this section you can connect another package:

  1. Click on “Change tariff plan”.
  2. Select the appropriate option and click on “Connect”.
  3. You will be asked for additional confirmation.

If you have the required amount on your balance to pay for the tariff plan, you will be able to activate it. Otherwise, they will simply send you a refusal.

Tariff “Easy as Easy” [archived, connection closed]

This is an offer that is not intended for the most active subscribers, or for users who prefer to pay only for those services that they definitely use. This modification does not include a subscription fee, which means that subscribers need to pay separately for each service used.

The terms of the package look like this:

  • Calls to mobile phones: 11 tenge/minute;
  • Calls to landline numbers: 18 tenge/minute;
  • Sending SMS to Beeline/other phones: 9/15 tenge;
  • Use of web traffic: 20 megabytes for 29 tenge. (you can use the package no more than 10 times a day, after which further use of traffic will be charged at 3 tenge for each megabyte).

Activation of the “Easy as Easy” tariff in Kazakhstan is done using the command *711*11# , the transition fee is 200 tenge.

Forwarding

When you do not have access to the main number, you can activate call forwarding. This is convenient if you forgot your phone at home.

In the “Profile” section at the very bottom of the page there is the required item. If you want to enable it, click on “Service Settings”.

Select in which mode call forwarding will work: by default or only in cases when the main phone is unavailable. Enter the forwarding number, and at the end click on “Save changes”.

The service is connected. You can do the same using the command **21*phone number#.

The USSD code for cancellation is ##21#.

Tariff “Talk” [archived, connection closed]

The next updated offer is calculated for subscribers for whom calls are a priority, and mainly to numbers within the Beeline network. The terms of the tariff package are as follows:

  • Subscription fee: 990 tenge per month;
  • Calls to Beeline: free, unlimited;
  • Package for calls to other mobile numbers in Kazakhstan: 30 minutes per month;
  • Calls to other mobile numbers when the quota is exhausted: 14 tenge;
  • Calls to landline phones: 18 tenge;
  • Package of messages on Beeline: 40 pieces;
  • Messages to Beeline when using the package: 9 tenge;
  • Messages to other numbers: 15 tenge;
  • Multimedia messages: 25 tenge;
  • Mobile Internet package for 50 megabytes: 29 tenge.

Beeline tariffs in Kazakhstan for smart devices

Car alarms, smart watches, personal trackers, and the Smart Home system are specially designed smart devices for which operators offer special tariffs.

There are 2 types of payment: monthly and annual. If you pay for the whole year at once, you can save a lot.

These services are not connected via phone, tablet, laptop or computer. The tariff is exclusively for smart devices.

Internet speed on the tariff for smart devices is limited to 128 Kbps, which is quite enough.

"Everything under control 365"

The tariff plan is valid for 1 year.

Conditions:

  • Unlimited Internet access, but with speed limits
  • SMS and minutes (for 1 month) - 50 pcs.
  • Subscription fee - 5990 tenge per year.

The subscription fee is paid once every 12 months. Example: if a payment was made on February 5, 2021, then the next payment will be due on February 5, 2021.

"Everything's under control"

The tariff is calculated on the same terms as the previous one. The only difference is that payment is made monthly in the amount of 890 tenge.

In case of non-payment, Internet access is blocked, and after depositing the required amount into the user’s balance, it resumes its activities.
