The Beeline social tariff in 2021 and 2021 is available not only in the capital and region, but also in other regions of the country. Internet

The service comes with the Internet, so recipients of the service can count on 3 GB monthly. The terms apply to your home network and when traveling within the Russian Federation, provided you work on the Beeline network. If you travel to the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the cost of 1 MB will be 10.95 rubles. The specified amount of Internet is not spent on the following portals:

Yandex Navigator.

The Beeline Social package tariff is convenient for pensioners, the unemployed and other people who need to frequently visit government portals. According to company representatives, the Internet is not consumed at all when entering the portals of the FBMSE, the Pension Fund, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment, the official website of the mayor of Moscow and others.

Calls

The description of the Beeline Social package tariff is also interesting because the service includes 200 minutes per month. We are talking about calls to the numbers of all mobile operators at the place of residence, including Beeline. Additional terms:

incoming calls in your home region and when traveling within the Russian Federation are free;
calls to local Beeline numbers after the minutes have expired are free;
communication with subscribers of other mobile operators after the end of the minutes - 2.5 r/min;
long-distance calls to Beeline after the minutes expire are free;
long-distance calls to phones with numbers of other operators - 15 r/min.

The Beeline Social Package tariff plan does not include long-distance calls. They are paid separately.

Messages

The tariff includes 1000 SMS per month. The condition applies to Beeline mobile numbers throughout the Russian Federation. After the end of the package, each subsequent message costs 2.5 rubles. When sending SMS to long-distance numbers of any operator, you will have to pay 5 rubles per message.

Additional options

The Beeline social tariff has a number of other features. Let's highlight the main ones:

Option Ban paid subscriptions - 0 rub. After connecting the service, a restriction is introduced on the inclusion of paid subscriptions via SMS or via confirmation of the request. When activating the Beeline package after October 1, 2019, this option is already included in the package. Otherwise, you need to connect it by dialing 067-40-92-2. The terms of the Beeline social tariff do not provide for activation of the Chameleon service. Its feature is to inform the user about various promotions.
Trust payment - 0 rub. The operator provides 30 rubles to the subscriber’s account for three days. Money is debited from the account immediately after the balance is replenished. To receive funds, you must enter *141# on the keypad and call.
There is a contact - 0 rub. The service is already included in the Beeline social tariff. It allows other subscribers to receive a message that the smartphone owner’s smartphone has appeared on the network. In this case, the message indicates the number to make a call.

Another option available in the package is sending MMS at a price of 10.65 rubles per piece. A beautiful room is provided as a gift with the tariff.

Calls and SMS

What's free:

calls. 200 minutes per month are provided. On average, this is 5-6 minutes a day. They can be spent on conversations with subscribers of Beeline in Russia and other operators, but only within the connection area;
1000 SMS – to the numbers of all operators in the connection area and Beeline Russia numbers;
trust payment service. If you run out of money in your account, dial *141# “Call” and you will be given 30 rubles for 3 days. There is no need to pay for the service itself. When you top up your balance, these 30 rubles will simply be debited from your account. In other tariffs, a commission of 10 rubles is charged for replenishing an account for this amount.

After the limit of SMS and minutes is exhausted, communication services will become paid. Prices for numbers of all operators within the home region:

2.5 rubles per minute of conversation;
2.5 rubles – for 1 SMS.

And you don’t need to pay for calls to Beeline numbers in all regions of our country - they are free even after the package of minutes has been exhausted.

Internet

3 GB per month - included in the package. This is a free volume that can be used throughout our country, regardless of what region the subscriber is located in. Only in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug you need to pay 10.95 rubles for 1 MB. In addition, the Internet is provided free of charge:

on WhatsApp, Viber ICQ, QIP, Snapchat, WeeChat, KakaoTalk, Hangout, Skype;
on Yandex.maps and GoogleMaps;
on social networks;
to music.

In Crimea and Sevastopol, the subscriber will first be allocated 3 MB per day, then 110 MB for 203.39 rubles. If this volume is exhausted, then 2.03 rubles will be charged per 1 MB.

Long distance communication and roaming

Long-distance calls and messages are not included in the “Social Package” and must be paid for separately:

15 rubles per minute of conversation;
5 rubles for 1 SMS.

Calls to Beeline numbers in other cities are always free, including after the package of minutes has been exhausted.

35 rubles – to CIS countries, Ukraine, Georgia, to numbers of other operators;

When traveling around the country, if you decide to call numbers in your region of residence, you will have to pay for calls to numbers of other operators, just like for long-distance calls. That is, 15 rubles per minute of conversation. The same applies if the call is addressed to the home region.

For example, Ivan Petrovich came to Moscow from his native Novosibirsk. If he calls from Moscow to Moscow numbers of any operators except Beeline, he pays 15 rubles per minute, if he calls from Moscow to Novosibirsk, he also pays 15 rubles.

Calls to Beeline numbers, regardless of the subscriber’s location, are always free.

Before you activate the Social package tariff from Beeline, pay attention to the cost. The price of the service is 5 rubles per day. Funds are debited daily. If there is not enough money in the account for daily debits, access to some options is blocked. It remains possible to receive only incoming calls.

To get a tariff plan, do the following:

Order a social tariff on the Beeline website. You need to click on the link I want this tariff, and then select the option - Buy a new SIM.
Enter your phone number on the website.
Click the place an order button.
Come to the office with your passport and receive a SIM card.

How to go

An equally important question is how to switch to the Beeline social tariff if you are already connected to another package. The algorithm of actions is as follows:

During the official quarantine in the country due to the COVID-2019 coronavirus, one-time bonuses are provided at the social tariff.

It's free, you don't have to pay for anything. Benefits are accrued once and are not renewable:

30 GB Internet traffic.

They can be used until April 30, 2021, after which the remaining bonus minutes per gigabyte will expire.

"Beeline", tariff "Social package"

Tariff for pensioners and those who need social support. A more than affordable subscription fee (150 rubles/month), well-thought-out and well-developed packages, sets of additional services and connection conditions. If you qualify by “status”, then the “Social Package” can be safely recommended for use.

The tariff can be considered the successor to the “Mobile Pensioner” tariff; if anyone still remembers, it was a very attractive offer for its time on the cellular communications market. I personally did not see the tariff advertisement and am not sure that there was one at all. I accidentally came across this “Social Package” when I was digging through the tariffs on the site; it is at the very bottom of the list. You can view the tariff on the Beeline website here. In its current form, the tariff appeared in October 2021, its predecessor has existed since May 2021, I somehow missed its appearance, I confess. I haven’t found any direct analogues from my fellow competitors. MTS has an “Active Pensioner” tariff, but this is a “club” tariff, which is impossible to connect to if you come from the street; the tariff is distributed by some society among its members. If interested, you can download the pdf file here and see the parameters. There was also the “Caring” tariff, but that was quite a long time ago. MegaFon advised me of the “Go to Zero” tariff for the elderly, but this is not quite right. Tele2 announced the “Social” tariff; the news can be read here. For exactly the same 150 rubles, and the tariff parameters are largely similar, although the content of the package is more meager: 100 minutes and 100 SMS with the same 3 GB of traffic, check out the tariff here (Moscow). If you need more for reasonable money, they offer packages of minutes/SMS for an additional 50 rubles, but this ends up being more expensive than the default package at Beeline. However, I didn’t immediately find this tariff on the Tele2 website; it can only be found by direct search by name. Naturally, you need to know the name, but you know it now, so use it. There is also a certain quest with the connection: they connect only in “real” showrooms; dealer “branded” Tele2 showrooms are deprived of this privilege. If you are immediately sent to hell in the salon, then try to praise the boy’s tie or the girl’s hairstyle (there is no need to praise the boy’s hairstyle!), and they will send you closer. I mean, they will tell you the location of the nearest “real” Tele2 salon, which is authorized to connect to this tariff. Yes, life is difficult, but disabled people are resilient, and if they get to the bottom of the tariff and get to the salon, they will also find another, “correct” salon, and maybe they won’t fall apart.

You can activate the “Social package” in the Beeline salon. The tariff is available to you if you have a social card, a Muscovite card or a Moscow region resident card. To complete the contract, you will need a passport and one of the three listed cards. You can connect only one “Social package” to one passport, one social package per social package (smiley). If Beeline suspects a “left” connection, they will send an SMS asking you to look into the salon with supporting documents, and if there is no response, they threaten to forcibly transfer you to Bee+ in three days. When you connect, they promise to give you a nice number, but you can just switch to the tariff with your Beeline number, they’re great at Beeline.

The subscription fee is debited daily at the rate of 5 rubles. per day in those months that have 30 days. As far as I understand, with more or fewer days in a month, the amount of daily write-offs is adjusted so that the result is exactly 150 rubles per month. The scheme is unusual for me, but everything is fair. And, in any case, there is no ugly (to put it mildly) scheme of switching to daily debiting of a disproportionately larger amount when there is not enough money for a full subscription.

While studying the tariff, I simply enjoyed how everything was so well thought out and laid out there. The 200-minute package is not God knows what, but the tariff includes unlimited messengers WhatsApp, Viber, ICQ, QIP, Snapchat, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Hangouts and Skype; when using them, the Internet package is not consumed. Plus unlimited calls to Beeline phones throughout Russia after the package of minutes is exhausted.

The traffic package is only 3 GB, but in addition to unlimited instant messengers, the tariff includes access to government portals where the Internet package is not spent:

Taking all this into account, the 3 GB Internet package no longer looks so meager. After the main package is exhausted, additional packages for 52 rubles are automatically connected. for 100 megabytes. Probably a little expensive. But you can refuse additional packages with the command *115*230#, then the mobile Internet is renewed for free, but at a speed of 64 Kbit/s to the subscriber from the network and as much as 4 Mbit/s from the subscriber to the network when working in the LTE network, you can check photos lay yourself out. For music lovers and very sociable people, they offer the option “#EVERYTHING is possible”, which allows you to view social networks “Vkontakte”, “Odnoklassniki”, Facebook, Facebook.Messenger, Instagram and Twitter without restrictions and listen to music in the services “Vkontakte”, “Yandex.Music” and Zvooq through official applications. Description of the “Social package” tariff

Nowadays it is quite difficult to do without a mobile phone, and for users with limited financial resources, the problem of choosing a suitable tariff is especially acute.

In comparison with other Beeline tariffs, the “Social package” is one of the cheapest and most beneficial for pensioners and other users in need of social benefits. It includes a set of basic services sufficient for everyday communication at a minimal cost: free minutes and SMS, unlimited calls within the network, a large Internet package and unlimited traffic in popular applications and when visiting a number of government portals.

Despite all the advantages, the tariff has one significant limitation - only people who have the right to social benefits from the state can activate the “Social package” : pensioners, disabled people, members of large families, students and some other categories of citizens.

Every month, a user connected to the Social Package tariff is charged a subscription fee of 150 rubles. Write-offs are carried out daily in equal parts - 5 rubles per day. If there is not enough money on the balance to debit the daily payment, then access to communication services is suspended and only incoming calls remain available to the subscriber.

In case of exhaustion of funds, tariff users are given the opportunity to connect on special terms . It allows you to borrow 30 rubles for up to 3 days completely free of charge.

Minutes, SMS and Internet packages included in the tariff are updated monthly on the 1st. Transfer of remaining packages is not provided.

Previously, Beeline offered a “Mobile Pensioner” tariff plan intended for pensioners and people with disabilities. In contrast, the new “Social Package” tariff has greater capabilities and is available to a wider audience.

Calls and messages

Calls are charged per minute, that is, rounded to the nearest minute. A call is considered successful if its duration is more than 3 seconds.

The free minutes and SMS included in the tariff are used only for calls and sending messages to numbers in the region where the SIM card was purchased, as well as to other Beeline subscribers in Russia. After the standard package of 200 minutes ends, calls to any Beeline Russia numbers remain free, and outgoing calls to subscribers of other operators become paid.

You can check your number balance and find out the balance of packages of minutes, messages and traffic using the USSD request *102# or in your Beeline Personal Account.

After the end of free packages, calls and messages are charged under the following conditions:

Internet at tariff

In accordance with the terms of the “Social Package” tariff plan, the subscriber receives 3 GB of Internet traffic monthly. The Internet package, like other services on the tariff, is updated once a month - on the 1st. The unspent balance during renewal is burned and is not carried over to the next month.

One of the distinctive features of the tariff is that traffic is not consumed when using a number of popular instant messengers, navigation applications and when visiting government portals aimed at social support of the population. Internet is provided unlimited and does not consume the traffic package in the tariff in the following cases:

Communications in instant messengers : Skype, WhatsApp, WeeChat, Viber, Snapchat, KakaoTalk, ICQ, QIP, Hangout.
Using navigation and maps : Google Maps, Yandex.Maps, Yandex.Navigator.
Site visits : pfrf.ru, rostrud.ru, trudvsem.ru, onlineinspektsiya.rf, egisso.ru, fbmse.ru, zhit-vmeste.ru.

If the Internet package on the tariff ends prematurely, the “Auto-renewal speed” option will be automatically activated. When the traffic is exhausted, it connects additional Internet packages with a volume of 100 MB and costing 52 rubles each. Additional traffic is provided under the same conditions as the main one.

The auto speed renewal service is added along with the tariff, but is in standby mode until activated. If desired, the subscriber can cancel it at any time using the USSD request *115*230# or by calling the short number 067471778.

When the automatic speed extension option is disabled, after the main traffic package is exhausted, Internet access is not blocked, but its speed is reduced to 64 Kbps.

To save Internet traffic, we recommend activating the Beeline “EVERYTHING is possible” option. It allows you to use popular social networks and listen to music through online service applications without limits, without taking into account traffic.

Communication in roaming in Russia and abroad

When traveling around Russia, the possibilities of the “Social Package” tariff on the Beeline network are valid without restrictions. Free minutes, SMS and mobile Internet in roaming in Russia are provided under standard tariff plan conditions.

Leaving the region where the SIM card was connected, the new region becomes “home” for the subscriber and the tariff conditions change accordingly. Free minutes and messages can be used to make calls and send SMS to subscribers of operators in the region in which you are located, and outgoing calls and messages to other regions will be charged as long-distance calls. Calls to Beeline numbers always remain free.

When traveling around the country in the absence of Beeline network coverage and the subscriber is in the networks of other operators, communication services are provided under national roaming conditions.

When a subscriber connected to the “Social Package” tariff visits other countries, mobile communication services are provided at Beeline’s basic tariffs, which are set individually for all countries. You can view them in the roaming abroad section.

General Features

This offer is not available to all Beeline KZ clients. Only pensioners can become subscribers - women over 58 years of age and men over 63 years of age, as well as people with disabilities.

Activating a tariff was only possible by calling the Beeline call center or personally visiting the operator’s service and sales office.

As of March 12, 2021, plans have been archived and new subscribers are no longer able to connect to them. Previously connected subscribers can continue to use tariffs under the same conditions.

The subscription fee is charged once a month. In this case, the unused volume of services expires and is not carried over to the next month.

The monthly fee is charged at night, from 00:00 to 03:00. If at this moment there are not enough funds in the account, then the services will be charged at different rates. As soon as a sufficient amount is credited to the account, the subscription fee will be debited and the volume of services will be renewed with a validity period of one month.

You can check the remaining volume in packages by dialing *106# from your phone.

If the package of minutes, SMS or traffic has been exhausted ahead of schedule, you can reconnect to the “Social” tariff, restoring the limits. This is done by typing the USSD command *355# on the phone keypad.

How to activate the “Social package” on Beeline?

Since the “Social Package” tariff plan is intended for pensioners and other socially vulnerable categories of the population, switching to it from other Beeline tariffs is always free, but there must be an amount on the number balance sufficient to charge the subscription fee for the first day.

Subscribers of other operators can switch to Beeline services while maintaining their number or purchase a new SIM card in a sales salon. The cost of a new SIM card with the “Social package” is equal to the monthly subscription fee - 150 rubles.

To activate the “Social Package” tariff, you must personally contact a Beeline communication salon with a passport and a document confirming your right to social benefits.

Documents giving the right to connect to a tariff plan:

social card of a Muscovite or resident of the Moscow region,
a single card for St. Petersburg residents,
pension certificate or certificate of pension assignment,
disability certificate or certificate of disability,
certificate of a large family (mother of many children/father of many children),
student ID.

For one person entitled to social benefits, only one “Social Package” tariff can be activated. If the operator detects a violation of this rule, all numbers except one – the one connected first – will be transferred to the “Bi Plus” tariff plan.

This tariff includes unlimited all types of communication: calls, instant messengers, SMS, as well as maps: Yandex.Maps, GoogleMaps. The subscription fee is 5 rubles and is charged daily.

Important! Only holders of a Moskvich social card and a social card of the Moscow region can connect to a tariff plan. Details of these cards must be provided when signing the contract.

The tariff appeared quite recently - at the end of April 2021. We developed a “Social package” for pensioners and other citizens in need of social support together with the Moscow government. It can be purchased by students, disabled people, parents of large families and other categories of regional and federal beneficiaries who are registered in Moscow or the region.

You can suspend your tariff and avoid being charged a subscription fee by enabling temporary blocking of the number. The temporary blocking period is up to 90 days. You can activate it through your Personal Account or Beeline support service.

If you simply stop using the SIM card and do not top up your account, then 240 days (8 months) after the balance becomes zero, the contract with you will be considered terminated and the number can be transferred to another subscriber.

Reviews about the tariff online

Reviews about the tariff plan are contradictory. Some users believe that 1000 SMS is too much, and that it would be nice to be able to exchange them for gigabytes.

Others don’t like the fact that you can’t switch to a tariff – you can only connect it to a new SIM card.

Still others are not satisfied with the number of minutes in the package.
