– More than 15 years ago, in 2005, the slogan “life on the bright side” reflected the economic situation in the country and the dreams of consumers. People were optimistic, perhaps even overly optimistic, and tried to get everything from life.
Now we live in a different world. People want to compete with each other less and less, turning every day into a race for success. I think people now want to just be allowed to be themselves.
The abundance of information on social media about the beautiful lives of other people sometimes makes us feel like we are not doing enough. But it's okay to be yourself. You don't have to be a superman, move mountains, or always live only on the bright side. Today it is especially important to remain yourself, to accept yourself, and we will always support the client in this.
Now it is important for the consumer that the brand not only entertains him, but also understands, hears, shares his problems and offers exactly the solutions that he really needs. – We want to reflect that in any situation Beeline will be “on your side” and will try to help. This is concentrated customer centricity.

– How has communication in the region changed over the past year?
– We do a lot of work every day to improve the quality of communications in the region. It may seem invisible throughout the entire network, but in a targeted manner - in the city center, on the outskirts, on sections of highways - we are step by step closing those parts of the city that were not sufficiently covered by communications, trying to provide the so-called “carpet coverage”
We are actively developing 4G communications, not only in the capital of the region, but also in the urban agglomeration. We have a special focus on SNT and dacha communities, because residents of Petropavlovsk and Yelizovo spend almost all weekends and part of their vacations there. It is especially important and relevant to develop this direction right now, when many people prefer, if possible, to leave larger settlements and retire with their families outside the city.
As a result of the next stage of development of 4G communications, residents and guests of about 15 SNT, that is about 10,000 people, received access to stable voice communications and high-speed Internet. Next year, work will continue to provide up to 90% of the territory adjacent to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with full-fledged mobile Internet: we will enter those SNTs where we did not have time to enter this year, and will also focus on the city of Elizovo.
The development of communications in remote areas is an equally important part of our work towards increasing coverage and accessibility of communications.
