  • Yota: But the Yota operator does not have the service of making a call at the expense of the interlocutor. But instead, you can send a request to call a subscriber on any network. To send a request, you need to dial a USSD command of the form ✶144✶number#. The subscriber's number must be dialed through 8. For example, to send a request to call back to 8-999-123-4567, dial the command ✶144✶89991234567# + “call”.

After you have dialed the subscriber's number with the appropriate code (on MTS, Beeline, Megafon) or entered the USSD command (Tele2), your interlocutor will receive a call. If the subscriber answers it, the autoinformer will report that such and such a number is requesting a call at his expense. In this case, the subscriber can accept the call or refuse it. If the called party has rejected the call, the autoinformer will notify you about this.

The dialing service is activated automatically for all MTS users. There is no need to perform any actions to enable this option.

But in order to turn it off, for everyone who does not want to pay for other people’s calls and does not want to make calls at someone else’s expense, you need to send “30” via SMS to the number 8800. The service is deactivated.

Another way to disable it is through a USSD command. You need to dial *880# “call” button. Then in the menu that appears, type sequentially “3”, “1”.

For users roaming outside the Russian Federation, to disable the service you must:

  • via SMS send “32” to number 8800;
  • dial *880# “call” button, and then dial “3”, “2”.

  • On Beeline and Megafon, the cost of a minute of an incoming call using the service is 3 rubles.
  • On Tele2 - 1 ruble.

As you can see, calling MTS, Megafon, Beeline and Tele2 at the expense of the interlocutor is quite simple. The cost of this service is also quite reasonable. But if you don’t want to force your interlocutor to pay for the call according to the service tariff, send him a request asking him to call back.

By the way, if the called subscriber does not have enough funds to pay for the call, the connection will not occur.
