This includes only the countries most frequently visited by Russians: the USA, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, etc.

If the subscriber uses in countries that are not included in this list, the conditions are as follows:

  • incoming calls begin to be charged from the 11th minute of conversation at 39 rubles per 1 minute;
  • The cost of outgoing calls is 39 rubles per minute;

The option does not apply if registered in the networks of operators in countries such as Cuba, Turkmenistan, Andorra and others.

The easiest way is to use a USSD code. On your phone you should dial the following combination: *111*771#. In a few minutes, the system will process the request and provide an answer. After this, the subscriber will receive an SMS indicating the status of the request (positive or negative).

In addition, you can use your personal account or mobile application for activation. To do this, you should take the following actions:

  • find the “Services” tab and go to it;
