Undoubtedly, Tele2 currently has the cheapest all-inclusive tariffs with Internet included. Let's look at the tariffs for Moscow and the region - prices and names may differ in the regions.
"My Conversation"
— the cheapest tariff, which includes 200 minutes of calls, unlimited for all Tele2 Russia numbers and 2 GB of Internet. The subscription fee is only 200 rubles. per month.
When asked about a suitable tariff for pensioners, consultants most often recommend this one, but only if relatives also have Tele2 numbers, since there are only 200 minutes left for other numbers, and only for mobile phones. But 2 GB of Internet is enough to use simple WhatsApp services, email, Skype, etc.
“My Tele2“
- another inexpensive tariff, the subscription fee for which is 7 rubles / day. The tariff also includes 5 GB of Internet, but the package of minutes is not included, with the exception of unlimited for Russian Tele2 numbers.
“My online”
- this is already a full-fledged tariff with a package of minutes and the Internet. “My online +“
includes 30 GB of Internet for any purpose, unlimited on social networks (including Instagram), 800 minutes of calls to any operators and unlimited to Tele2 numbers in Russia. You can watch TV for free in the Tele2 TV application and listen to music in the Sound application. Additionally, it is worth noting that with this tariff, the first day of using “Unlimited Internet abroad” is free.
And finally, the absolute bestseller in its category is the “Everywhere Online”
, which includes 500 minutes of calls and unlimited calls to Tele2, as well as as much as 40 GB of Internet for any purpose, plus the same unlimited social networks and instant messengers and another 50 SMS messages. In the Tele2 TV and “Sound” mobile applications, traffic is also free.
This rich package will cost the owner only 500 rubles. per month. And of course, the tariff applies when traveling around Russia at home. A nice addition is a six-month free subscription to Yandex Plus.
If we do not consider tariffs with unlimited Internet (and they are significantly more expensive), then other operators offer a maximum of 30 GB of Internet for a comparable price. Tele2 gives 40 GB of Internet, so the operator’s offer is more profitable.
As practice shows, spending 40 GB per month alone is not so easy, so for most subscribers there is no point in overpaying for unlimited Internet; the “Online Everywhere” tariff is enough. This is one of the newest Tele2 tariffs, which is mentioned most often.
Tele2 premium tariff
The above tariffs have good characteristics, but for those who need maximum voice communication without thoughts of restrictions, a “Premium” tariff has been created, which includes 50 GB of Internet, 2000 minutes of calls, unlimited to Tele2 numbers and 500 SMS messages to Russian numbers. The advantages of the tariff include communication via a dedicated line with the support service; any question can be quickly answered 24/7.
The tariff was created primarily for calls, since unlimited social networks and instant messengers need to be connected separately (if 40 GB of traffic is not enough). The cost of the tariff plan is 1500 rubles. per month.
Also, “Premium” will be an ideal solution for those who often travel around the world. The price of the tariff already includes the “Unlimited Internet abroad” option, and it can be used completely free of charge.
Tariffs without monthly fee
If you use a Tele2 SIM card from time to time, you may be interested in tariffs without a monthly fee, with payment for services upon call. There is only one such product left in the operator’s line - “Classic”.
Here are its main characteristics:
- A minute of calls within your home region costs 2 rubles.
- Calls to Tele2 in your home region - 0 rub. when connecting the “Unlimited on Tele2” option for 5 rubles. in a day
- Calls to Tele2 within Russia - 3 rubles/min.
- For other operators in Russia, outside the home region - 9 rubles/min.
- SMS messages - 1.5 rub. by home region and 2.5 rubles. beyond its limits.
As you can see, the tariff is only suitable for infrequent calls within the home region or for communication exclusively within the network, because calls within Russia are very expensive.
Please note that the default tariff includes the “Unlimited on Tele2” service for 5 rubles. per day. If the subscriber does not need it, it should be turned off with the command 155*411*0#. Then these calls will be charged at 2 or 3 rubles. in a minute. Thus, connecting to the service is beneficial only if more than 50 minutes of calls to Tele2 Russia are made per month. In other cases, it is better to pay for each call separately.
Although the basic tariff does not include internet, it can be added for 120 rubles. per month (1 GB) or for 200 rubles. per month (3 GB).
Please note that the 1 GB package is also initially included in the tariff, and if desired, you can cancel it with the command *155*550#. Only then can the “Classic” tariff be considered completely without a subscription fee, with charging only for the minutes spoken.
The only tariff in 2021 without a subscription fee has these parameters. It can also be classified as a tariff without Internet - if you refuse all Internet options, it will remain the only option.
The operator’s second tariff without a monthly fee is “Internet for Devices” with per-second payment for local communications at a flat price of 1.8 rubles per minute. To numbers in other regions, a minute costs 2 rubles.
Important! The price of the tariff package includes the “15 GB” option for 400 rubles per month. If you do not use a SIM card for the Internet, you can disable the option using the command 155*704*0#.

Tele2 tariffs with unlimited internet
In mid-2021, all operators again returned to their lineup tariff plans with real unlimited Internet, and not conditionally unlimited, when after 20 GB the speed was limited to the minimum, or the unlimited was valid only at night.
The Tele2 operator also has such a tariff in 2021 - it’s called “Unlimited” and costs 600 rubles. per month and includes:
- 500 minutes of calls + unlimited on Tele2 Russia;
- 50 SMS messages;
- unlimited traffic.
It would seem how this tariff differs from “Everywhere Online”, because for the same 500 rubles. per month here we purchase unlimited Internet, but there is only 40 GB? However, this tariff has a significant limitation: it does not allow the distribution of traffic via wi-fi, Bluetooth or USB, that is, it is intended exclusively for one device, a smartphone or tablet.
And with the “Everywhere Online” tariff, distribution is possible, and you can use it on 2 or 3 devices at once, if you distribute the Internet from a smartphone to a tablet and laptop, for example.
But if you only have one device, it’s more convenient to connect to “Unlimited” so as not to be limited to 40 GB, although only avid Youtube fans reach this limit.
Common for all Tele2 tariffs in 2021
Now that we have looked at the features of each tariff separately, it remains to note what is common to the entire tariff line of the cellular operator.
- Travel throughout Russia without additional payments, even at the cheapest fares; conditions differ only for Crimea and Sevastopol.

- Remaining package services do not expire at the end of the month, but are transferred to the next one.
