Limits
Replenishing your MTS balance with Thank You bonuses is subject to restrictions, both on the payment amount and on the number of operations performed. Thus, you cannot top up your account or accounts with more than 6,000 rubles in 1 day. And the minimum transaction should be 500 rubles. The amount of transfers per week cannot exceed 9,000 rubles. And the monthly limit is set at 12,000 rubles.
However, it will not be possible to perform more than 3 replenishment operations per day. The weekly limit on the number of refills is 7 times for different numbers or 5 times for one number. And in a month you won’t be able to top up with bonuses more than 20 times.
How to earn points
The basic source of accumulating points is the user's expenses for paying for communication services and mobile Internet from MTS, including making a monthly subscription fee according to the tariff plan. It is important to take into account the incentive coefficient, which depends on the length of service in the MTS network (see table).

It is important to consider that the calculation base for accumulating rewards does not include the purchase of tariff packages and top-up vouchers, repayment of loans, payment of utilities, or transfer of money to another mobile account or card.
In addition, the operator provides for variability in the bonus accrual rate, due to which getting 1 point costs:
- 3 rub. – purchasing goods in MTS and partner stores);
- 5 rub. – payment for services, including communications;
- 10-30 rub. – payments through a wallet and MTS Money card and payment instruments of other banks.
In a situation with non-cash payments, the determination of the exchange rate depends on the volume of transactions over the past month. If the amount of expenses on a card or wallet is over 30,000 rubles, conversion occurs at the rate of 1 point = 10 rubles. At lower costs in the amount of 15,000-3,000 rubles. The cost of the bonus increases to 20 rubles. Subscribers who spent no more than 15,000 rubles on purchasing targeted services and goods during the month will receive the least points. (1 point = 30 rub.).
