“Netariff” is a tariff from MTS, which fully corresponds to its name; it is a non-standard solution. The authors decided to move away from the classic scheme with many packages, among which quite often there are frankly unnecessary ones, like text messages. Of course, such a scheme requires a thoughtful approach from the subscriber; you need to immediately determine which packages and functions are necessary , and which ones you can refuse without harm to yourself. Uncontrolled connection of packages will definitely lead to the fact that “Netariff” will become much more expensive than standard package plans.
Internet without end
Everything is simple here: download as much as you want by activating the “Unlimited Internet” option. 10, 20, 30 GB... More? Yes, if you can, but don’t forget about healthy sleep too. Are you expecting any “buts”? It is the only one: MTS reserves the right to limit the traffic generated by torrents. The “Unlimited Internet” option is not included in the subscription fee. But by connecting it, you will receive a free subscription to the popular online cinema IVI. It is important, however, to know that by default the tariff includes a large Internet package - 50 GB.* And also - unlimited access to several popular social networks and instant messengers, in addition due to the “All Networks” option free on this tariff.

Non-tariff - conditions
MTS is positioning “Netariff” as a plan that leaves all other proposals far behind. The main feature is self-configuration of services, the ability to select the required number of minutes, gigabytes of Internet, connect unlimited opportunities to use social networks, music streaming services.
All these functions are implemented quite correctly. For example, you can set the required amount of traffic in increments of only gigabytes, which eliminates overpayments; a similar approach is used in the case of voice calls, the time is adjusted to the minute. Of course, not all subscribers will appreciate such accuracy, but if it is already implemented, it is worth learning how to use it, since proper use is the basis of financial savings.
Only the setting of the number of text messages is not accurate. The packages are presented in two options, for 50 and 200 pieces, and it is impossible to completely disable them.

The monthly payment depends solely on what packages and options the user has activated. You can limit yourself to the minimum set, spend a minimum of money, or you can use the “Net Tariff” to the maximum.
The second scheme, however, is not very profitable if you plan to actively use the Internet and make frequent calls; it is more rational to connect package plans.
It is impossible to use a “Netariff” SIM card in modems or routers. The fact of installation is immediately recorded and Internet access is blocked.
What about minutes and SMS?
By default, the tariff includes 700 minutes and 700 SMS per month to any telephone numbers in Russia. That is, until you have used up these packages, there are no long-distance calls in this tariff. If 700 minutes and SMS are not enough for you, customize their number for yourself: increase the volume of packages to 950, 1200 or 1700 SMS and minutes. This can be done in the free My MTS application or in your Personal Account on the operator’s website. After the monthly minutes limit has been reached, calls are billed on a per-minute basis. The cost of calls after the limit is exhausted is lower, the larger the connected package (prices can be checked here).
How to connect “Netariff”?
Features of the transition are determined by the subscriber’s status:
- For MTS subscribers currently using other tariff plans, it is enough to set the desired settings on the company’s website or in the mobile application and press the confirmation button;
- Subscribers of other operators who want to keep their previous number must fill out an application on the website. There is no need to visit the office; just fill out the electronic form. This method assumes that after the transition, packages for 20 gigabytes of Internet, 580 minutes of calls and 50 text messages will be activated. You can change them and connect additional functions after activating the SIM;
- New subscribers simply buy an MTS SIM card, it costs 350 rubles. After activation, packages of 20 gigabytes, 440 minutes and 50 text messages are available.
How much does Tariffishche cost?
A tariff option with minimal packages of minutes and SMS costs 680 rubles per month in Moscow. If the packages are increased, the cost will also increase: 950 minutes and 950 SMS - 835 rubles;
1200 minutes and 1200 SMS - 990 rubles; 1700 minutes and 1700 SMS - 1250 rubles.
The fee is debited once a month, on the same date on which the tariff was activated. If the next month of using the tariff has not yet ended and you increase the packages of minutes and SMS, then at that moment the difference between the old and new tariff costs will be debited from your mobile account. Well, a bonus: for those who choose either of the two most voluminous packages - a free subscription to the popular online cinema IVI.
You can reduce the size of packages in the middle of a month of use, but the new tariff conditions (cost and size of packages) will take effect after the current month of using the tariff. But the cost of minutes after the monthly limit is exhausted changes immediately after changing the package size. You can learn more about the cost and terms of the tariff here.
City numbers
Communication services are used by completely different people. Each category of citizens has their own telephone requests. Some people do not make calls, but only use the Internet, while for others, conversations through landline communication devices are still important.
Of course, over time, the relevance of tariffs for city numbers fades away. Currently, mobile operators do not provide such services, but MTS has several archived offers for landline phone owners. There are very few of them, but it is simply impossible not to consider them.

MTS tariffs for landline numbers are the most unprofitable among all the company's offers. This is due to the fact that this type of service was provided by the operator on an experimental basis. Practice has shown that this method is ineffective, which is why all tariffs were archived. It is not possible to connect them now.
What else should I know about Tariffishche?
The tariff includes the “Zabugorische” option, which allows you to use packages of minutes included in the tariff for calls to Russia while traveling in many popular countries, not pay for incoming calls up to 100 minutes per day, and not pay for mobile Internet up to 1 GB per day. The fee is only 390 rubles per day, but it is only charged if you use communication services while abroad. When traveling within Russia, there is no charge for this option.

Who is Netariff suitable for?
The plan is aimed at most subscribers due to the flexibility of settings. It is ideal for those who do not want to pay for completely unnecessary services, often included in package offers.
“Netariff” cannot be recommended to users who prefer to do without mobile Internet and voice calls. There is no provision for completely disabling the subscription, so the subscription fee will continue to be charged even in the absence of actual use.
“Netariff” is also unprofitable for subscribers who often call abroad. The cost of calls will be the same as other plans, so savings will not be possible.
Despite the above, “Net Tariff” is a profitable offer that should not be ignored; with a rational approach, it will help save considerable amounts.
MTS tariff “Tariffishche 02.2020”

The mobile operator MTS, as promised, sent the tariff plan “ Tariffische ” to the archive on February 13, 2021. An updated version is now available instead. In this article, we will look at the parameters of the new tariff, compare it with the old version and try to draw conclusions - whether the new version is worse or not.
Minutes, SMS, subscription fee
“Tariffishche” is still offered in the form of a constructor. Let's start the analysis with packages of minutes, SMS and subscription fees, which depend on these parameters.

MTS has changed its tariff settings, changing the number of minutes, SMS and, of course, the size of the subscription fee. In some regions, for example, Moscow and St. Petersburg, the changes are minor: the minimum version has become slightly more profitable. But in Kemerovo the tariff has become noticeably less attractive, and, simply put, more expensive.
Mobile Internet – unlimited?
Now let’s move on to the most important parameter these days – the mobile Internet package. And it is no longer unlimited... At Tariffishche, the subscriber is provided with 25 GB of mobile Internet (in some regions the package size is different, most often - 30 GB).
On the tariff, you can activate the free “Unlimited Internet” option, which, as you might guess, will provide the subscriber with unlimited mobile Internet on his tariff. Let me remind you that previously unlimited Internet was the basic parameter at Tariffishche.
IMPORTANT UPDATE! From April 15, 2021, the “Unlimited Internet” option became paid. In Moscow and the region - 200 rubles per month. Then its cost was reduced to 100 rubles per month, and today it is 350 rubles per month. Further - continuation of publications without making changes.
It would seem that there is nothing wrong. You just need to enable the option now, and everything will be the same. But this is not at all true...
- The “Unlimited Internet” option only works in your home region. When traveling around Russia, mobile Internet is consumed from the package. Do you still remember about the abolition of intranet roaming? MTS seems to have already forgotten.
- You can distribute mobile Internet, but not unlimited. During the distribution, a special mobile Internet package will be consumed (MTS quietly changed the conditions after this review). This is better than it was before - 3 GB of traffic per month for distribution, and then - 75 rubles per day. But still... Beeline and Megafon have unlimited mobile Internet distribution...
- The use of file-sharing networks is available on the tariff, but for a fee - for 75 rubles per day, the subscriber receives 5 GB of mobile Internet for consumption through torrent trackers and other networks. And this, frankly, is complete ahtung. MTS on “serious cabbage soup” offers 5 GB for torrenting for 75 rubles per day. I haven't seen such impudence for a long time. How it works? When you first try to use torrents, you will be charged once a day (charged only on the days you use the service). Communication services provided are accounted for and charged automatically using appropriate certified equipment. In simple words, you don’t need to connect anything - everything will be charged to you automatically when you try to use p2p.
Archived Internet tariffs
MTS is known to the vast majority of its customers as a cellular operator. But the company’s line of services includes those that are focused on providing wired network access. Thus, MTS subscribers can connect to home Internet using one of the tariffs offered today.
This option is not new. MTS has been offering home Internet for a long time. During the existence of such a service, a large number of tariff plans have changed. Many have been archived, and now there are about a dozen of them.

The main change that Internet tariff plans have undergone is the removal of speed restrictions during the day. Now any MTS subscribers can obtain wired network access using an advantageous offer. All current tariffs can be found on the company’s official website.
Options after the end of packets
The cost of minutes after the end of the package depends on the initial size of this package.
Two weeks ago, MTS raised prices on almost everything by 4%, including the cost of minutes after the main package of minutes was used up. It seems that this was not enough...
SMS after the end of the package now costs 3 rubles per message. Previously, to local numbers – 2.1 rubles per message, to numbers in other regions – 4 rubles per message.
If you do not activate the “Unlimited Internet” option, then after the end of the main package, additional ones will be automatically connected - 1 GB for 160 rubles each. The maximum of such packages is 15 per month.
