The fresh “First Gigi” tariff, which appeared quite recently - at the end of March 2019, is just as attractive with its price and options as the “EVERYTHING1” plan that has gone into the archives. The tariff package includes 4 GB of Internet and 400 minutes for outgoing calls.
Such a small traffic package is unlikely to suit fans of active Internet surfing, but, on the other hand, the Internet speed on the tariff is quite high - up to 73 Mbit/s. And the plan is inexpensive - only 13.5 rubles per day. There are other advantages that make it worth switching to the “First Gigabits” tariff.

I am somewhat bewildered by the rather high cost - users can get only 4 gigs for 13.5 rubles per day. In principle, if you do not seek to actively surf the Internet, the offer is normal, the package of minutes is quite large.
I activated a new tariff recently - I liked the ability to adjust minutes, I can refuse unnecessary calls to other networks, and communicate more with friends who are Beeline subscribers. In general, I am satisfied with everything - especially the low price.
If you don’t use SMS services or don’t go online often, then this is an excellent tariff plan. I've been using it for about a month, but I'm not satisfied, I don't have enough available options. Although there is a nice bonus - you can communicate within the network for quite a long time.

Plan Description
The fee for using the “First Gigabits” tariff is 13.5 rubles/day. For 405 rubles per month, residents of Moscow and the region are provided with:
- 4 GB Internet;
- 400 minutes (200 to Beeline RF and 200 to MTS, Megafon, Tele2 local numbers).
In your personal account on the operator’s website or in the mobile application, you can configure the ratio of the number of minutes for calls to Beeline numbers and other operators in the following proportion, respectively:
- 200/200;
- 300/100;
- 00/300;
- 400/0.
A minimum balance for minutes to Beeline numbers after exchange has been established: at least 50 minutes must remain in the package. It is obvious that the operator has introduced certain restrictions for subscribers, when compared with previously existing tariffs, within which it was possible to spend minutes on any number.
When you use up minutes from the package, you will have to pay in accordance with the following conditions:
- 0.25 rub./min. on Beeline RF;
- 2.5 rub./min. numbers of other networks in the region;
- 15 rub./min. to numbers of other Russian networks.

The Internet package is consumed throughout the entire country (except for the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug). After all included megabytes are used up, an additional 100 MB are automatically provided for 52 rubles. The tariff appeared relatively recently, so there are not many reviews. Overall, more than half of those who left reviews recommend the plan. The disadvantages of the tariff include the following:
- small internet package;
- lack of included SMS;
- paid calls to landline numbers (minutes from the package are not spent on such calls);
- high tariff for long-distance calls to subscribers of other operators (for example, it is unprofitable to call the MTS number or Megafon Vladimir connection, the tariff is 15 rubles/min.);
- It is also unprofitable to call MTS, Megafon or Tele2 numbers when stationed in a neighboring region at a dacha or while on vacation in Russia.
An undoubted advantage for new subscribers will be an additional 100 GB Internet package when purchasing a SIM card in the operator’s online store. In general, for those who mainly use the Internet (not for watching movies online or constantly listening to music online), instant messengers for communication, and do not call other cities or landlines, the tariff is quite profitable; among package tariffs it occupies the mid-price category politicians.
If you run out of minutes or internet
4 GB is not a large amount, and it may run out before the package update date. However, Beeline does not completely block access to the Internet, but reduces its speed to 64 Kbps (for comparison, in 4G and LTE networks the speed can reach 10-20 Mbps).
At this speed, you won’t be able to check social networks or find information in the browser; mobile applications won’t work.
It turns out that the subscriber may not feel that the Internet has ended, since the tariff includes the automatic speed renewal service by default. Its essence is that 100 MB are automatically connected for 52 rubles.
The service is quite insidious, since 100 MB is not a large amount of traffic at all, and it can be spent literally in a matter of hours. Therefore, several such packages may be written off during the day. To control costs, it is recommended to disable the service and activate it yourself if necessary.

If you run out of minutes on your package, you can make calls at rates from the “extra package” category, given that long-distance calls with other operators are very expensive. This spring, Beeline updated its line of tariffs; 4 new plans appeared, of which “First Gigabits” is the most budgetary. The main distinctive feature of these tariffs is the ability to transfer from a package minutes intended for calls to Beeline numbers to a package with minutes for calls to numbers of other operators.
Tariffs of this line are also distinguished by the absence of SMS packages. Minutes from the packages are not consumed when calling landlines, which are charged separately. Long-distance roaming has been cancelled, minutes from packages can be spent on calls outside the connection area, but after exhaustion, according to the new rules, calls to numbers in the location area become local, and outgoing calls to numbers in the connection area are charged as long-distance.
Beeline holds all sorts of promotions for its clients, demonstrating its social responsibility. So last year, the operator gave gigabytes for steps; a subscriber could receive up to 3 additional GB of Internet per month if he took at least 10 thousand steps daily. In 2021, Beeline offers to earn up to 6 GB per month for 8 hours of sleep and detox (giving up mobile for 2 hours). The operator also gives the opportunity, upon fulfilling the conditions of the promotion, to share mobile Internet with other subscribers.
Examples of prices in Moscow and regions
The amount of mandatory payment in Moscow and the regions is not the same. The capital traditionally has the highest tariffs; in St. Petersburg (as well as in Bryansk and a number of other cities), for comparison, the fee per day for using the tariff is 10 rubles, while not 4, but 7 GB of Internet and 300 minutes are provided (150/150 ), prices for minutes after the packages are exhausted are similar to those in Moscow.
In the northern capital there is also a promotion for new subscribers, 100 GB for six months. In Novosibirsk they pay 1 ruble for communication. less and use the same packages as in St. Petersburg.
In the Tula region, the fixed fee is only 6 rubles/day (180 rubles/month). For this money, subscribers receive 15 GB of Internet and 500 minutes for calls within the network throughout the country and local calls to numbers of other operators. In the Omsk region, subscribers also receive 15 GB and 500 minutes, but pay 7 rubles per day.

- "Welcome 2019." It is free and allows you to call abroad at reduced prices. For example, the standard cost of calls to Ukraine is 35 rubles per minute, but thanks to this option it will be equal to 25 rubles for numbers of any operators and 2.5 rubles for Kyivstar numbers;
