It is also worth noting the flexibility and practicality of the tariff plan. You can customize it to suit yourself and your needs, connect or, on the contrary, refuse some additional options.

The main disadvantage of the tariff is expensive Internet traffic: 1 MB will cost 10.95 rubles. If you need to access social networks, instant messengers, or download files, add 1.5 GB to your plan at the maximum available speed.

Connecting the package and additional features

Considering how to switch to a per-second tariff in Beeline, you can find a completely free solution: this is possible if the subscriber has been using another tariff plan for at least one month, otherwise it will be necessary to pay 200 rubles. A one-time payment when purchasing a new SIM card at service offices and dealers is estimated at the same amount; the money spent is immediately credited to the subscriber’s personal account.

It won’t be difficult to connect this package, especially since there are different ways:

  • come to the nearest Beeline office;
  • make a call to number 0674100200;
  • by dialing 0611 and using the “Mobile Assistant”;
  • through the “Personal Account”, which can be opened by registering on the operator’s official website
  • through the mobile application “My Bilan”.

Having figured out how to switch to a per-second tariff from Beeline, you should pay attention to additional features. The first thing that some active Internet users don’t really like is the rather expensive traffic prices

The problem can be solved simply by additionally connecting the popular “Highway” option by selecting the desired volume: 1 GB, 4, 8, 12, 20.

Subscribers who have chosen per-second billing in Beeline have access to one of the most popular ones. The option allows you to record the time of receipt of an incoming call and record the caller’s voice message when the phone is out of network coverage or simply turned off.

The “Social Package” tariff will definitely find its fans.

If you are going to travel somewhere, then you first need to activate international roaming. In order to profitably communicate in other countries, after activation you can fully use all the options that are provided for such cases. If you have a balance over 600 rubles, then all these options will be activated automatically, but if it is less than 300 rubles, then it will be automatically disabled.

Cost of communication when traveling within the country and abroad

If your phone is registered in the Beeline network when traveling around your homeland , any incoming calls are free .

Calls to numbers of Beeline network subscribers or other operators in the region in which you are located are charged the same as at home - 5 kopecks per minute of connection. The cost of outgoing calls to all other numbers (except for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol), regardless of the region and mobile operator, will be 3.9 rubles per minute of connection.

When traveling to the Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol, Beeline will charge 2 rubles per minute of communication, regardless of whether the call is incoming or outgoing. An outgoing text message will also cost 2 rubles .

Using the Internet while roaming in Russia requires paying for the first 3 MB at 2 rubles for each. Next, the 110 MB kit is automatically connected for 200 rubles if there are sufficient funds in the account. After this traffic is exhausted, the tariff returns to the original 2 rubles. Every new day you can purchase such a package.

Option cost

To use the tariff plan you do not need to pay a monthly fee of the established amount. The consumer pays only for the services he used. The calculation is made in seconds, funds are debited instantly from the subscriber’s personal balance upon completion of communication. If there is not enough money in the account, the outgoing call is automatically blocked. Communication services will be provided after replenishment. Costs are rounded up.

Let's look at the features of voice communication pricing:

Communication parameterCost in rubles
Incoming calls within the registration region, while traveling around Russia
Rates for outgoing calls to all directions within your hometown3,21
The cost of communication via a long-distance communication channel with subscribers of Beeline and other providers of the Russian Federation4,18

Calls in the CIS to users of other telecom companies24
Voice communication with residents of Europe, USA40

The provider has set a fixed price for exchanging SMS messages in the home region and when sending them in the area of the current stay - 2.68 rubles. Correspondence in long-distance roaming will cost 4.23 rubles. Writing an SMS to another CIS country will cost 3.95 rubles.

If more than four messages are sent within a month within the region of registration, the number is automatically connected. The subscriber receives a package of 100 pcs. for 30 days, which are valid only in the home area. The provider provides the first five days of using the option as a gift; after the trial period, the offer costs 5.08 rubles. per day. If the kit is no longer required, deactivate it using the combination 067440.

Using mobile Internet on the “Per Second” tariff plan is unprofitable without special options. For each downloaded megabyte of traffic you will have to pay 10.95 rubles. To save money, it is recommended to connect.

The catch is that the offer will be installed automatically on the consumer’s SIM card if the subscriber spends more than 1 megabyte during a calendar month. For a monthly billing period you will receive 1 GB of high-speed traffic. For using the service, 8.13 rubles will be debited from your personal balance. per day. To disable the function, just enter *115*030#.

Options included in the tariff plan

The Per Second package has no restrictions. Compared to other plans that provide a clear number of minutes, SMS and gigabytes, this one allows you to save and stay aware of what and how much you have used and how much you need to pay.

Paid

“1.5 GB Internet package” is one of the most popular options that subscribers subscribe to. It happens that users want to go to social networks, chat with someone, post a beautiful photo, or check information in search engines. It is not profitable for them to pay for each megabyte used. It’s better to buy an additional 1.5 GB and calmly surf the Internet at high speed.

The paid option “Internet Package 1.5 GB” provides 1.5 GB of high-speed Internet.

By activating “Per Second”, you can additionally use the “Always Connected” service. Even at the moment when there is no money left in the account, they will still reach you. Set a limit from 250 to 1000 rubles. The operator will provide 30 days, after which it is necessary to update the balance so that it becomes positive.

You can pay additionally. For 5.08 rubles/day you will have access to 100 SMS per day to local numbers, and for 152.54 rubles/month - 3000 SMS. Connection is paid - 25.42 rubles.

Free

When activating the tariff, no subscription fee is charged. The cost of the transition is free, but only when more than 30 calendar days have passed since the last change of the service package. In other cases - 200 rubles.

“Per-second” does not oblige you to top up your account every day. You don’t make calls, don’t write messages, don’t go online - the balance remains the same. The first 3 seconds of calls are not paid.

Description of the tariff "Per-second" Beeline

The “Per-Second” tariff, as is clear from its name, provides for per-second billing of calls. But it applies exclusively to local calls - if you need to call within Russia, the CIS countries or around the world, then the tariff will be per minute. Here's how calls are billed:

  • Local calls – every second, from the first second of conversation;
  • All other calls are per minute, the first three seconds are not charged.

This scheme will suit literally every subscriber who needs short and inexpensive local calls. Other cheap Beeline tariffs for calls and the Internet are described in our special review.

Now let's talk about the cost of calls. Calls within Moscow and the Moscow region on the “Per Second” tariff from Beeline cost 5 kopecks/sec. The total cost per minute is 3 rubles. The indicated prices apply to any local calls, both to Beeline and to numbers of any other local telecom operators. Voice calls to any other numbers in Russia will cost us 3.9 rubles per minute - this is a very profitable long-distance call, which is one of the advantages of this tariff plan. This price also applies to all-Russian Beeline numbers.

Calls to Crimea and Sevastopol cost significantly more - a minute of communication with Kievstar numbers costs 12 rubles, with numbers of other operators - 24 rubles. The cost of sending SMS messages varies depending on the direction. Local SMS cost 2.5 rubles, and the costs for them can be optimized using the “My SMS” option, a description of which is published on the official Beeline website. Sending SMS to any other directions costs 3.95 rubles. The cost of sending an MMS will be 9.5 rubles, regardless of the direction.

Access to mobile Internet on the “Per Second” tariff from Beeline is expectedly expensive - this is not a package tariff from the “Everything” line. Therefore, the cost of 1 MB of Internet traffic will cost us 9.95 rubles. It's very expensive, but we can always optimize Internet costs with the help of the useful Highway family of options. International calls on the “Per Second” tariff plan from Beeline are charged according to the following table:

  • Voice calls to Beeline numbers in the CIS countries and Georgia will cost subscribers 12 rubles per minute;
  • Calls to the CIS, Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Georgia to other numbers cost 24 rubles/min;
  • Calls to European countries, as well as to Canada and the USA are charged at 35 rubles/min;
  • For calls to the countries of Central and North America you need to pay 40 rubles per minute.

Calls to other directions are charged at standard Beeline rates.

Main advantages of the package

The per-second tariff plan offered by Beeline is beneficial exclusively for making short calls. This solution eliminates the need for the subscriber to overpay for rounding the amount to the nearest minute (60 seconds), and sets the payment for each individual second of an outgoing call at 5.35 kopecks.

Attention! The tariff is indicated for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region.

The per-second payment provided by Beeline applies to all mobile operators within the home region and is not limited only to this cellular network. At the same time, communication with subscribers from other regions of the country or outside it is also carried out, but according to a separately established minute-by-minute countdown, and in this case the first three seconds are not charged.

Among the advantages that should be noted in the description of the per-second tariff from Beeline is the absence of a subscription fee. The number continues to be serviced in any case and allows you to receive incoming calls completely free of charge.

Beeline tariff “Per-second”: description

For those who make calls briefly and to the point, plus, if almost all of their friends, comrades and relatives live in the same place as you, then the “Per Second” tariff is perfect for these users. Billing will be per second for local calls, which makes it possible to pay for calls in an exact amount, corresponding to their duration.

If you want to talk on the phone economically, making short calls, then the “Per Second” tariff will suit you best. After all, with this tariff, you will have absolute confidence that you will pay only for those seconds that were used during the telephone conversation.

This is because this tariff does not round up the cost of a call to the nearest minute; it only takes into account the time spent during the call, down to the second. Plus, charging will not begin from the very beginning of the conversation, but only from the fourth second, that is, the fastest dialogues can be carried out absolutely free.

You can also connect various useful services to the “Per Second” tariff from Beeline. Let’s say you can enable the “Always Connected” option. It allows you to make calls even if there is no money in your account.

Users' opinions about the "Per-second" tariff

The emergence of tariff plans with limited service packages has significantly reduced interest in offers that pay by the second. Some subscribers tend to consider the per-second tariff from the Beeline operator obscenely expensive.

“I agree with many – it’s expensive! I don’t talk much, but sometimes I feel that too much money is spent on proposals of this kind. In order to reduce the price, you need to connect additional services, and this again means money.” Ekaterina, 26 years old, Lipetsk “I use it for work purposes. Calling someone over, giving instructions and not spending extra money is a completely normal option. But it probably could have been done cheaper.” Stepan, 38 years old, Moscow “Calling different networks at the same price is convenient, but if you decide to tell something, the money melts away. You can send hundreds to your account, but there will still be nothing left.” Konstantin, 23 years old, Ufa

Reviews

Andrey, 38 years old:

I work in a company where I often have to make calls to different operators, and the calls often last no more than 20 seconds. Previously, I used a package with unlimited calls and a subscription fee. I heard about the “Per Second” tariff from a colleague. Moved. Now it takes much less to make calls, but mobile Internet is expensive... so I had to connect Highway. But overall I’m happy, it’s still cheaper.

Nikita, 29 years old:

I started using the tariff recently. The good news is that you can call different operators at the same price. I rarely call other areas, so it’s good and profitable for me.

Tatyana, 27 years old:

I remember I used to talk on the phone all day long. At this time, such a tariff would hardly be suitable. At that time, tariffs with unlimited packages of calls, messages and Internet were profitable. Now I returned to work after maternity leave, and I have to control the time of telephone conversations - it’s inconvenient in front of my bosses, and I need to delve into the work, and not waste time on chatter. Therefore, my conversations during working hours are limited to a maximum of 1 minute. There is no point in paying the same money further, so I switched to the “Per-second” tariff. The cost savings are very noticeable. In addition, my husband stopped calling me a chatterbox.

Marina, 49 years old:

I talk on the phone for a long time only with my daughter, and then when she calls, I try not to distract her with calls - work, household chores... I don’t use messages or the Internet on my phone, so it makes no sense for me to pay for something that I don’t actually use. I’ve been using the per-second tariff for a year now and I’m very glad: when I switched to it, I decided to calculate the benefits, the savings are almost 2 times.
