My lawyer advises to initiate a criminal case for fraud by Beeline employees!! And now - the DETAILS...

I decided to buy a phone in installments at the Beeline salon (Moscow, Taganskaya str., 2, Taganka shopping center). Moreover, no one “danced” around me - I came with a ready-made solution. I spent at least 4 (FOUR) hours - and this is only the registration at the point of sale (PP).

02/17/2019 I arrived at 20.30. She left with nothing at 11 pm. The frightened intern sent page 9 of the contract within 1.5 hours, because Beeline (in an institution dealing with technical issues), you see, the scan works slowly. The bank found fault with my signature and suggested that I come and sign it tomorrow. I also asked - will the application be valid with the loan? They told me YES, it works for 3 days.

I arrived the next day, and it turned out that I had to do EVERYTHING again, go through verification and approval from banks. When I had great risks of not getting a loan at all!!

Only ONE bank gave the go-ahead, and yesterday there were five offers. And also with a shorter period than I need and more expensive payments!

The employees of this TT initially told me that installments were only possible for ONE year, although at other points they told me that it was possible for THREE.

In this confusion of registration, they imposed insurance and headphones on me, saying that this was a mandatory condition for concluding a loan agreement. I only agreed to the protective glass. When I called the Bank, they told me that I had the right to refuse insurance at the time of registration.

TT employees convinced me that the headphones (2490 RUR) were being given to me as a GIFT. And later, according to documents with the bank, it turned out that I had to PAY for them. I don't need them at all. I don't listen to music on headphones via my smartphone.

They imposed insurance on me, which only provides hemorrhoids instead of help, and I also have to PAY it. The employees were talking nonsense about what it actually provides. I had to find out everything myself from Alfa Insurance. And I decided to refuse insurance.

Explaining the installment agreement, the employees told me that I was paying ONLY the principal amount of the debt, and Beeline was paying the interest. At the same time, they printed out a payment schedule for me and outlined in pencil what I should pay.

The contract specifies my monthly payment as the only borrower, which ultimately exceeds the total loan amount by 2,600 rubles, announced to me by the employees, and none of them could clearly explain why the numbers did not add up. They claimed that my 1st payment would be 3.5 times less than the monthly payment specified in the contract!

Having gone to the bank, I found out that I FULLY pay everything (phone, insurance, headphones, protective glass) with INTEREST.

The payment schedule still indicated a paid SMS, although when I signed I REFUSED it.

The TT employee did not sign my copy of the contract, with which I had to go to the Bank to find out what Beeline doesn’t even think about, selling it to clients - just to sell it!

I had to go to TT again for a signature 2 days later, because you see, the next day he was at training. There is ZERO sense from these trainings!! Only clients are taught to breed according to “gray” schemes!!

Taking the phone and documents, I asked - WHERE is the check? To which they answered me - it should NOT exist, because only the loan agreement is valid - with the signature of this very trainee employee and without a stamp / seal.

Having arrived at Alfa Insurance to cancel the insurance, I found out that they HAD to give me a sales receipt when handing over the goods!! I had to go to this stupid TT again!!

Only the sales receipt indicated the real cost of the entire set, and not the minimum cost that Beeline “specialists” told me, fooling me with the amount of the loan agreement.

In addition to FOUR hours of registration, I spent an additional lot of my time and nerves due to Beeline’s illiteracy, not counting the cost of travel!!

And it’s okay if only this frightened intern was the last one in this situation... So everyone else was NOT better, they all unanimously convinced me that the headphones were free and this was a GIFT!

I asked questions about the phone itself - at least they presented its functionality...

In response to my written complaint dated February 27, 2019, the head of the department of the Customer Service Directorate, instead of apologizing on behalf of the Company and compensating me for the lies and fraudulent sales scheme at Beeline, told me for a page and a half how many trainings their “specialists” undergo and blamed it all. for an intern! Not a word about the terms of the loan agreement. That is, by her silence she confirmed that Beeline draws up contracts in THIS way and scams clients!!

Beeline sellers will NOT think of such a thing THEMSELVES!! This means that top managers, with their hefty salaries, teach this and bear responsibility!!

I, as a Beeline client for about 15 years, turned to my misfortune at this office to buy an inexpensive phone in installments, not so that they would charge me an additional 75% of its cost and fray my nerves!!

In response to the complaint dated February 27, 2019, they wrote to me - come to the office at any convenient time and date to return the headphones / receive money. I've arrived…

So the head of TT Nikolai pretended to be a “hose” and said that he could not do this, because the program did not allow for a refund (more than 14 days had passed since the contract) and he was acting within the framework of his job description.

Moreover, after everything that happened, he began to be rude to me and told me to keep these headphones for myself - a “gift” from Beeline for 2490 rubles. - and she herself paid the Bank for the fraud of this office. He forced me to write a new complaint (dated March 7) about my “impotence” and indicated the INCORRECT incoming registration number so that I could not track it - I already found this out through a Beeline employee on social networks.

Everything I wrote can be verified using video camera recordings in the sales office.

The boy who dealt with the 2nd complaint dated March 7 called this sales office for FIVE days to resolve this issue. It was only on March 12 that he called me and said that everything was OK - senior TT Nikolay knows if it’s convenient for me to come on Thursday (since TT needs TWO days BEFORE this moment to technically resolve the return process for more than 14 days). And as if casually he asked “do I need a written official answer” - I answered OF COURSE. I also clarified whether confirmation and a call were needed. He said NO - come that day and they will give you a refund - everything is decided!!!

I arrived on Thursday, March 14th. Senior TT Nikolai did not work at all that day!! He chickened out and took sick leave. The remaining 3 employees stared like sheep at the computer and said “we don’t know how to do this.” It took 40 minutes to get through to this Nikolai and began to fill out another application for a refund, a decision on which we would have to wait again for TWO weeks. I again came TWICE on March 14 to TT, because they promised to call me back, saying that they would sort out the return within a day, and they did NOT call me back!!

The girl who filled out the 3rd application dated March 14 (and she did NOT tell me its number) lied to me AGAIN, that the application would be PRIORITY, and the deadline for it was less than 14 days. When I contacted the operator by email, he said it was STILL 14 days. And they transferred her to urgent care only on March 19 - they said: maximum 4 days. 4 days have passed!! No answer.

I called the operator. He doesn't see this request at all. If I hadn’t dictated her number, it would have been completely useless... Then I read some kind of answer there, which I did NOT receive officially and no one called me, that a return is possible only with an examination of the defective headphones. And he said: GO TO THE SALES OFFICE. That is, they brazenly hide behind paragraph 5 of Article 18 of the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights,” ignoring the fact of their fraud and the stupidity of their “specialists.”

After more than a month, the issue has NOT been resolved and my money has not been returned!! I will launch a process with regulatory authorities!!
