In Kazakhstan, mobile operators have their own encoding in accordance with the rules for the provision of cellular communication services. It is by the first three digits after the international code that you can judge which operator you are talking to. Beeline is used not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also in Russia and Uzbekistan.
How to check the ownership of a number
This affiliation is shown by def codes. To determine the operator to whom a particular number is assigned, it is not at all necessary to memorize all the numbers. There are several ways that will allow you to easily cope with this task.
Via SMS
In the same way, you can determine codes that relate to a particular subject of the country. For example, you are interested in the city of Krasnoyarsk. Send a request of the same name and in the response SMS you will receive all the codes that belong to this area.

Large mobile operators in some densely populated regions of Russia have several codes. ffIf we talk about the systematization of codes in relation to their distribution by region, then there is no clear structural distribution, however, in individual companies there is an “order”. Thus, codes 921 and 931 are used by Megafon in the Kaliningrad region and northern regions, 936 and 926 - in Moscow. At the same time, Beeline code 903 is used in many regions and there is no obvious systematization by code-region pair.

- 962.
And for subscribers of the Far East, the following numbers are included in the list of unavailable codes:

By the way, as for the last number – 960, it is also not available to Beeline clients in the Urals.
Geographic telephone codes[edit | edit code]
The area code consists of three digits. Often the area code is the same as the city code.
The area code is the code dialed after the area code. Often, an area code refers to the entire code, consisting of an area code and the city code in that area.
From August 5, 2007, the simplified procedure for dialing a number within a zone is cancelled. It is necessary to dial the locality code in full, regardless of whether the call is made from your own zone or from someone else’s. For example, to call from Almaty (code 727) to Kaskelen (code 72771) you should dial
8 727 71 ХХХХХ
Next comes the classification first by zones, and then by cities in this zone, if the zone consists of several cities, sorted by codes.

Is it possible to find out who the owner of the number is?
It is strictly prohibited to distribute information about Beeline subscribers, because they are confidential. If you wanted to find out information about the person who called you, you won’t be able to do this. The identity of the number in this situation remains secret.
If you have good reasons for knowing the name of the owner of the number, describe them in detail in your application and contact the Beeline office with it. It will definitely be considered.
Knowing what numbers the numbers begin with and distinguishing between them is necessary for those who want to use mobile communications more profitably. This is especially necessary for those whose tariff plan includes unlimited calls or a discount for intranet communication in their home region.

Classification of numbers
Beeline offers its subscribers to emphasize their individuality by selecting an individual number. If previously few people were able to find a beautiful set of numbers, now this is a separate service. By paying a certain amount you can purchase an exclusive version with many repeating zeros, double pairs, with mirror reflection and a butterfly effect.
Based on the combination, the marketing department specialists came up with a unique classification for the rooms and set separate rates for them in the following order:
Having a unique number is like a business card that increases your status in society. Some subscribers are willing to pay a lot of money to get a “thousander” mobile number, this is when - as an option L imited edition, which translated from English means “Limited Edition”. The service is considered one of the most expensive.
