Kcell and Activ
Kcell and Activ subscribers have two ways to register their phones. They can send the IIN via SMS and USSD command.
The easiest way is to register via SMS. The subscriber will receive an SMS from the short number 6006 with information about the required registration. In response, you need to send your IIN. Or you can independently send an SMS to number 6006 with your IIN number. After this, the subscriber will receive a message stating that the information has been accepted for further registration.

What is the registration procedure?

According to the general rules, you can go through it in two ways: by coming to the office of a mobile communications company or remotely. Both methods are equivalent, the main thing is to provide the required information in full: IIN from individuals, BIN from legal entities, in addition, telephone identification code and subscriber number. The rules establish: registration or re-registration for individuals is carried out within a period not exceeding 4 working hours; for legal entities, the procedure can last up to 8 working hours. The period is counted from the moment the information is submitted.
During the registration of a mobile device, cellular communications are turned off - with the exception of services required directly for registration. These services are determined by the cellular operator.
The subscriber number must be registered to the person using it. It is prohibited to register a device to one family member if it will be used by another. If the phone breaks down and the subscriber decides to use another device during repairs, its registration is also required. It will be necessary to first deregister the subscriber device sent for repair.
Re-registration of a contract from a citizen to an organization
The process of transferring an organization number occurs according to the following algorithm:
- The cardholder and the company representative contact the office and fill out an application.
- The consultant checks passports and power of attorney for the right to represent the organization.
- Adjustments are made to the operator's database.
The power of attorney is drawn up by a notary. The content states:
- Date of preparation;
- full name of the organization;
- registration number of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
