Advantages and disadvantages
The tariff has the following advantages:
- Unlimited communication within the network.
- Large package for communication with subscribers of other operators - 100 minutes.
- Possibility of sharing resources within the tariff.
- 100 SMS messages in a package for communication within the network.
There are also disadvantages:
- The tariff does not include a package of SMS messages to subscribers of other operators.
- The monthly package does not include MMS messages; they must be paid for separately.
- It is impossible to disable the daily package - it is activated automatically.
- Bonuses and resource balances are reset when the tariff is changed or disconnected.
The Jana 2990 tariff has its pros and cons, but is rightfully considered one of the operator’s most profitable offers.
How to connect and reconnect a tariff
To connect to a tariff plan, you can use two methods:
- Dial USSD command *166*1*1# ;
- Send SMS with text 3 to number 166.
Subscribers can also connect to a tariff plan through the My Asset application using their personal account. Or through Kcell Store.
You can reconnect the Jana 2590 tariff using the USSD command *167#.
If by the time the subscription fee is charged there are insufficient funds in the account, then charging will occur as if the main subscription fee was not charged.
The Daily Pack will be available next month. In this case, the tariff plan itself will be activated, but the subscriber will be able to use the resources only after the subscription fee in the amount of 2,590 tenge is fully charged.
If at the time of reconnection to Jana 2590 the subscriber has accrued bonuses at the current tariff, they will be cancelled.
You can disable the tariff plan or change it to another in your personal account in the My Asset application.
How to add traffic to Internet Tele2?
If you completely use up the Internet traffic that is provided in package plans, then it will be possible to access the Internet only at a minimum speed, and it is not enough for Internet surfing and downloading files. The Tele2 operator offers to buy additional Traffic to all its subscribers by activating the “Add Traffic” service.
For residents of the Moscow and Leningrad regions it is offered:
- For 15 rubles per day buy 100 MB . The option is activated using the command *155*281# “Call”. Once the command is sent, money will be withdrawn from the account every day until the option is disabled. The service is deactivated by the command *155*280# “Call”. Check your daily limit balance: *155*28# “Call”.
- For 50 rubles buy 500 MB . Connection: *155*171# “Call”. Disconnect: *155*170# “Call”. Check balances: *155*17# “Call”.
- For 80 rubles buy 1 GB . Connection: *155*181# “Call”. Disconnect: *155*180# “Call”. Check balances: *155*18# “Call”.

Tariffing when the subscription fee is not charged
If at the time the subscription fee is charged there is not enough amount in the account even to activate the daily package, then the use of resources occurs under the following conditions:
- Calls within the network – 14 tenge/minute;
- Calls to third-party operators – 14 tenge/minute;
- Mobile Internet – 2 tenge/MB;
- SMS within the network – 7 tenge/SMS.
The Jana 2590 tariff plan consists of a specific set of resources. It does not include MMS messages, SMS to other operators and calls to landline numbers. Therefore, you will need to pay extra for these services:
- MMS within the network – 7 tenge/MMS;
- SMS to other operators – 14 tenge/SMS;
- Calls to landline numbers in Kazakhstan – 18 tenge/minute.
You can also connect additional packages:
- 60 minutes for calls to third-party mobile operators for 390 tenge – *888*1*1#
- 30 SMS messages within the network for 150 tenge – *888*2*1#.
After the end of the traffic, access to the Internet is suspended. You can restore it in three ways:
- Reconnect the Jana 2590 tariff with the command *167#. In this case, you need to re-deposit money into your account to write off the subscription fee. Before you enter the reconnect command, you must turn off mobile data. After this, Internet traffic will become fully available.
- Using an additional 2 GW traffic package for 650 tenge. You can connect it using the command *888*3*1*2#. In order for traffic to be credited in full, you need to turn off mobile data or turn on airplane mode.
- By removing the blocking and enabling charging based on the current balance. In this case, the cost will be 2 tenge/MB. You can remove the blocking using the command *325#.
If the minutes for calls to other operators or the package of SMS messages have expired ahead of schedule, then charging will occur as if the subscription fee was not charged at the main tariff.
Daily package
From the second month after connecting to the tariff, the Daily Package service becomes available. It is activated if at the time the subscription fee is charged, the subscriber’s account does not have the required amount.
Also, to activate the package, you need to have a minimum amount on your balance - 70 tenge. It is necessary to obtain resources for the day. If desired, the subscriber can extend the package by replenishing the balance by 70 tenge daily.
The subscription fee for the Daily package is charged at night, between 00:00 and 2:00 Nur-Sultan time.
The package includes:
- Internet traffic – 100MB;
- Calls for 0 tenge within the network.
If there are not enough funds to charge the fee for the Daily Package, the service will not be activated. The subscriber can independently choose one of the ways to use the tariff:
- Deposit 70 tenge daily and use the Daily package;
- Pay the full fee for the tariff plan in the amount of 2590 tenge.
With any of the methods of replenishing the balance, resources are renewed and act according to the terms of the package. If at the end of the tariff the subscriber has Internet traffic left, it is taken into account as a bonus balance. You can check it using the command *111*3#.
The Daily Package service is already included in the tariff plan - it cannot be disabled at the request of the client.
Exchange minutes, gigabytes and SMS
If the subscriber has registered a number for an individual, the service Exchange of minutes, gigabytes and SMS becomes available to him. With its help, you can exchange an already spent resource for a new one.
For example, if a subscriber has used up Internet traffic, he can exchange it for SMS messages. The exchange rate is: 10 minutes = 50 SMS = 1024 MB.
You can exchange:
- Minutes for calls to other operators within Kazakhstan;
- Internet traffic;
- SMS within the network.
Minutes for calls within the network, as well as bonus volumes for additional packages and third-party services are not available for exchange.
To use the service Exchange minutes, gigabytes and SMS, you need to use the following commands:

- *747*2# – Exchange Minutes for Megabytes or SMS;
- *747*3# – Exchange SMS for Minutes or Megabytes;
- *747*4# – Information about exchange.
You can check the remaining resources using the command *111*3#.
Important! You can exchange the same resources only once. For example, if a subscriber has already exchanged SMS messages for Internet traffic in the current month, then the next similar exchange will be available only after the subscription fee is charged again next month.
The exchange service on the Jana 2590 tariff is provided free of charge. When changing the tariff plan, all previously accumulated resources and bonuses will be reset to zero. Also, the exchanged Internet traffic is taken into account as a balance for the provision of the Kaznet service.
How to exchange bonus resources: SMS, MB, minutes
If the limit of some services is exhausted before the end of the main tariff, they can be exchanged. The service is provided until February 16, 2021 to users whose numbers are registered to individuals.
Available for exchange:
- calls to other providers in Kazakhstan;
- intranet SMS;
- Internet traffic.
Additional packages and other services activated by the user cannot be exchanged.
You can exchange for free at the rate: 10 min = 50 SMS = 1024 MB.
To do this, you need to dial a USSD request:
- MB for SMS/calls – *747*1#OK;
- calls to MB or SMS – *747*2#OK;
- SMS for calls/MB – *747*3#OK;
- get information - *747*4#OK.
Check balance – *111*3#OK
If you change or reconnect your tariff plan, the exchanged bonuses will expire. It is not possible to return an exchange. The option is not available in roaming.
Attention! An exchange cannot be made if there is a debt for certain services.
