A distinctive feature of this tariff is the ability to exchange gigabytes, SMS and minutes completely free of charge in the Tele2 client’s personal account. Exchange is carried out at the following rate:

1 GB = 50 SMS = 10 minutes of calls*

*to other mobile operators in Kazakhstan and to landline numbers.

If there is a lack of funds or if the limits are exceeded, the Internet will be unavailable until the tariff plan is restored by reconnecting it.

Cost of services if bonus limits are exceeded

  1. Outgoing calls to Tele2 numbers, if the subscription fee is not charged - 15 tenge per minute, if exceeded - 15 tenge.
  2. Outgoing calls to other mobile operators in the Republic of Kazakhstan and to city numbers - 15 tenge/min.
  3. Outgoing SMS Tele2/ALTEL – 10 tenge per SMS; to other operators – 11 tenge per SMS;.
  4. If the basic traffic (10 GB) is exceeded, access to the Internet is blocked until the next subscription fee. To restore access to the Internet, you can buy an additional Internet package, or exchange the remaining resources (calls, SMS) for the Internet.

The first tariff change is absolutely free, the next one will cost 99 tenge. The call duration does not exceed 60 minutes, after which the connection is automatically disconnected.

"Call yours"

This tariff package is on a prepaid basis. The monthly fee is 15 tenge per day. For this price, subscribers of Almaty, Karaganda and other cities of Kazakhstan receive the following set of communication services:

  • Unlimited calls between Tele2 subscribers;
  • Outgoing calls to landline numbers, as well as to subscribers of other operators, including ALTEL – 11 tenge;
  • Outgoing SMS messages to all numbers of regional mobile companies – 11 tenge;
  • SMS messages to clients of foreign operators – 29 tenge.

Internet access is possible only when connecting to one-time packages. The connection duration is 60 minutes, after which the connection is automatically interrupted.

The first change to the tariff plan by number is free. If the tariff is further changed, 99 ₸ will be debited from the subscriber's account.

Archived tariffs

Authorization in the Tele2 Kazakhstan application will allow the subscriber to change the tariff from a phone or tablet. First, download it from the mobile store, then activate it and enter the data. After debiting, you will be provided with service packages according to your tariff plan, and the monthly payment deadline will be shifted. Next time the subscription fee will need to be paid in 28 days.
