MTS “Strategic” tariff is a plan for collective use within a corporation or company. MTS itself actively cooperates with small, medium and large businesses on mobile communications issues.   • Calls to subscribers included in the tariff plan are free and unlimited.

  • Calls to other numbers cost 60 kopecks per minute.

The price list given in the previous section applies only to calls within the home region.

For calls to other regions the following price list applies (information is current as of May 2021):

  • Calls to MTS subscribers - ruble per minute of conversation.
  • Calls to numbers of other companies - 1.5 rubles per minute of conversation.
  • Calls within the CIS and Europe – 8 rubles per minute.
  • Calls to other countries of the world - 30 rubles per minute of conversation.
  • SMS messages will cost 30 kopecks.

It is important to note that tariff plan prices may vary from region to region due to the following reasons:

  1. Economic situation in the subject of the Federation.
  2. Competition in the market.
  3. Regional pricing policy of the operator.

Based on this, it is worth checking the cost of MTS services in branded communication stores or on the operator’s regional domain before building your own communication strategy for the enterprise. In total, the presented series includes 5 tariff plans (Start, M, L, XL and unlimited). Each of them includes packages with different amounts of communication services. Cost of communication services without packages:

  • outgoing calls to numbers of other operators in the home network – 2 rubles/min;
  • long-distance communication with subscribers of other operators – 10.9 rubles/min;
  • sending SMS in your home region – 2 rubles;
  • outgoing SMS intercity – 3.8 rubles;
  • SMS to international numbers – 5.9 rubles. (not included in the main package);
  • MMS – 9.9 rubles;
  • mobile Internet - additional packages of 500 MB are connected for 95 rubles. (maximum 15 packages per month).

How to connect to a tariff plan?

Any legal entity (including individual entrepreneurs) can subscribe to the MTS corporate tariff. To do this, it is enough to conclude a service agreement with the operator.

This can be done in one of the following ways:

  1. Buy a SIM card at an MTS store and sign an agreement.
  2. Create a support request by calling 8(800)-250-20-00.
  3. Fill out the application form on the website mts.ru.

The most convenient way for current MTS customers to switch to a full tariff plan is through their personal account on the operator’s website. To do this, you will need a special personal account for legal entities, which can be accessed by leaving an application in the prescribed form.

Once access to the site is obtained, you need to follow the instructions:

  1. Go to the website mts.ru, section “Business”.
  2. Log in to your personal account.
  3. Go to the “Virtual Manager” tab.
  4. Enter your login and password. The login is the subscriber's phone number.
  5. Click the “Login” button.
  6. Go to the “Number Management” tab, click on the “Change Tariff” button.
  7. Select the required option from the list and click the “Connect” button.
  8. Confirm the transition to a new tariff plan via SMS.

You can also switch to the “Strategic” tariff by contacting the support service by dialing the short number 0890. Next, you need to wait for a connection with the center operator, explain the purpose of the request and follow the instructions received. However, contacting support sometimes takes a long time due to the constantly busy line. The average waiting time in line for an operator to respond is 10 minutes.

Attention! In addition, for each tariff plan there is a short USSD transition command, typing which automatically switches to the corresponding tariff plan. At the moment, unfortunately, this option is not relevant for the “Strategic” tariff.

However, the most comfortable transition option for the subscriber remains a personal account on the website, since in this case it is possible not only to switch to a new tariff plan, but also to connect the necessary additional options and control the expenses of company employees.

How to switch to a plan?

Disconnection methods

It is impossible to disable an existing contract on MTS. However, the subscriber can change the connection at any time using one of the methods indicated in the table. If you are not satisfied with the mobile communication provided by the operator, you can write a letter of termination of the contract and give it to a company employee (or send it by email). The user's number will be automatically blocked as soon as the received application is reviewed.

The “Strategic” tariff is currently not available for connection, as it is archived. However, for corporate clients there is a line of new “Smart Business” offers, a description of which is presented at the beginning of the article.

Connecting additional options

Although the Strategic Tariff has long been archived, a large number of corporate clients still continue to use it. They know perfectly well all the advantages and disadvantages of the service, but they do not know that they can get rid of the disadvantages by connecting additional options.

For a fixed amount, while remaining on “Strategic”, the subscriber will receive new opportunities to optimize the operation of his business. List of available options:

  • Internet (traffic package for a month) – from 350 to 1400 rubles per month.
  • Calls abroad (favorable conditions for communication with foreign clients) – 150 rubles per day.
  • Corporate control of calls and messages – 1.5 rubles per day.

Connecting options is possible on the official website or in the mobile application. But a corporate client needs to go to a specialized section for business. Only there in the “Options” section are the proposals considered.

Pros and cons of the tariff

The MTS Strategic Corporate tariff has a description that raises many questions. Even if we consider that the monthly payment is 0 rubles, it is not entirely clear how the operator can provide free equipment. However, TP has more advantages.

Pros:

  • Favorable conditions for communication with clients.
  • Free calls within the corporate network.
  • Cost optimization.

Minuses:

  • It's difficult to predict your expenses for the next month.
  • The tariff is not available for connection in 2021.

The disadvantage of complex planning of expenses months in advance could be forgotten if there was the possibility of switching to a tariff plan. But now MTS has focused on other business lines. They require a monthly payment and are very different from “Strategic”.
