Package services include Internet traffic of 15 GB. If this volume is not enough, additional pricing in rubles will follow:

There are several ways to disable or switch to another tariff plan:

First way:

1. Open your personal account using the link mts.ru and log in.
2. Click on “Manage number” and then “Change tariff”.
3. Next, choose another plan or disconnect from the current one.

Second way:

1. On the website mts.ru, find the operator’s number and call.
2. Tell about the problem that has arisen, then the employee will turn off the plan or transfer to a new one.

Friction way:

1. Enter the USSD command *111#.
2. Go to the tab with tariffs, then the “Response” button.
