The telecommunications company MGTS (stands for the Moscow State Telephone Network) is a subsidiary of the famous Russian operator MTS. This branch of the company is needed to service customers of Moscow landline telephones. MGTS tariffs for home Internet
The company gives customers the right to choose their tariff plan. An MGTS subscriber can connect to one of the provider’s nameless tariffs, which differ from each other in cost and speed of traffic provided:
- 200 Mbit/s for 499 rubles per month;
- 350 Mbit/s costing 699 rubles;
- 500 Mbit/s, which will cost the user 999 rubles;
- 1000 Mbit/s with a monthly subscription fee of 1499 rubles.
It is worth noting that MGTS operates only in Moscow and the Moscow region. Therefore, users living outside the agreed territory will not be able to become their clients and connect to their home Internet.

The provider’s main offer in the “service package” section is an Internet and television connection. - entertainment - popular youth TV channels.
The monthly subscription fee will cost the user of the basic tariff 649 rubles. The price for the services provided is acceptable, because it is in the same category as the cost of similar tariff plans from other providers.

"Smart Mini + Basic"

In addition to connecting to the global network, MGTS subscribers will also have access to “Smart Mini” and “Basic” television broadcasting with a standard set of TV channels.
The cost of this service package is 849 rubles per month. This is 27% cheaper than connecting to the operator for all types of communication provided by the tariff plan separately.
"Smart NonStop Unlim + Basic"
This tariff plan contains the same speed of 200 Megabits per second as in the above service package. As well as the same groups of TV channels from the IPTV “Basic” package along with a set-top box for digital quality in HD format.
However, instead of “Smart Mini”, the user receives a mobile tariff plan “Smart NonStop Unlimited” with more profitable unlimited traffic.
The monthly subscription fee will cost the user of this service package 1099 rubles. Which is higher than a similar package of services from the same company, but still 22% cheaper than taking the same types of communication separately.
Why might the set-top box not work?
If you have problems with the operation of the set-top box, it is best to immediately call the hotline. The operator will switch to a specialist or give advice on correcting the error.
If a message appears stating that the network address has not been obtained, you need to check the connections of all cables; most likely, one of them is connected incorrectly.
If the picture is scattered or loaded with a delay, then this is usually a consequence of the functioning of multiroom, when several TVs simultaneously operate from one set-top box. To use the services provided, MGTS subscribers will have to pay an amount equal to 649 rubles per month. A separate connection for these types of communications will cost the user 899 rubles.
"Smart NonStop Unlim"
The Internet connection will not differ from the above-described analogue of this type of service package. The reception speed is 200 Megabits per second, and the user is also provided with a free Wi-Fi router.
The main difference lies in the different mobile tariff plans. “Smart NonStop Unlim”, unlike “Smart Mini”, has no traffic restrictions, and also has many useful additional options.
The subscription fee that you will have to pay for home Internet and mobile communications will be 999 rubles per month. The discount from connecting services in the package is 13% of the cost.
MGTS tariffs for cellular communications
Mobile communications are an invariable component of many service packages containing home Internet. However, the telecommunications company provides its users with the option to connect exclusively to cellular communications.
You can switch to MGTS tariff plans while keeping your old phone number.

- The cost of a text message will be 50 kopecks;
- When Internet traffic is fully used, an additional data package is taken.

You can also connect an additional one to the “Smart Mini” tariff. This option is provided to allow MGTS clients to use Internet traffic outside the Russian Federation.
The monthly subscription payment will be 400 rubles. This amount is significantly higher than similar tariffs from other operators. However, if you connect not a tariff plan, but a package of services that includes this mobile connection, then the monthly fee will be reduced to 300 rubles. "Smart NonStop Unlim"
“Smart NonStop Unlim” is actually not a tariff with unlimited Internet, as MGTS positions it.
This tariff initially includes the “Lots of Internet” option, which provides unlimited Internet to the subscriber. If you disable this function, the tariff will switch to packet traffic of 20 GB of data.
Also, the user of “Smart NonStop Unlim” receives 500 minutes of voice calls and 500 text messages to the numbers of all operators in Russia.
The great advantage of this TP is that this package of services provides some additional options from MTS. For example, you can connect the “Foreign” function to the “Smart NonStop Unlim” number. This additional service allows you to use the standard traffic package of the user’s tariff plan outside the Russian Federation.
The cost of the subscription fee, which the user will pay every month, is 650 rubles per month. However, when choosing a package of services with this tariff plan, the monthly payment will be equal to the amount of 550 rubles.
"Smart Modem"
“Smart Modem” is a tariff created to distribute traffic to other devices. Using this tariff plan, the user can turn his mobile device into a Wi-Fi signal distribution point and share unlimited Internet at speeds of up to 4 Mbit per second.
Voice calls to all outgoing numbers cost 5 rubles, and SMS – 2 rubles 50 kopecks.
The monthly subscription fee for using the tariff plan is 800 rubles. But if the subscriber is a user of home Internet from MGTS, then this amount will be reduced to 700 rubles.

Additional Internet traffic packages
Additional Internet traffic packages will be needed only by owners of the “Smart Mini” tariff and can only be obtained in this tariff plan. To do this, you do not need to dial short numbers; the function is activated automatically when the monthly data provided runs out. The cost of one additional package is 50 rubles.
Therefore, it is worth paying closer attention to the remaining traffic so that it does not add unwanted Megabytes of data. You can completely disable the function by calling *111*986*2#.
If your monthly Internet traffic consumption exceeds 5 gigabytes, then you should think about switching to the “Smart NonStop Unlim” tariff. Since for the same money spent you can get unlimited access to the World Wide Web from additional packages.
