How to order call details
The details include the following information:
- telephone number and period for which the report was prepared;
- facts of account replenishment in cash and through mobile transfers;
- accrued fees for connected services and subscription services;
- list of calls, SMS, consumed traffic and other operations with decryption;
- summary report on spending on calls, messages and the Internet (amount accrued and withdrawn);
- useful information from the operator.
The list of operations is presented in a table that contains:
- time (date, hours, minutes, seconds) of the action;
- current tariff. If the operation is free, they write “BV”;
- type of operation (incoming/outgoing call, SMS, message to voice mail (“Voice Mail”), access to the Internet);
- phone number or website - direction of call or message;
- duration in seconds for calls, volume for consumed traffic;
- call duration in minutes. On classic Tele2 tariffs, per-minute payment is valid, starting from the 3rd second. That is, time is always rounded up;
- tariff cost;
- amount accrued for payment.
Order details through a consultant
The call operator will not be able to provide details, since this service requires identification of the applicant by passport. Therefore, he will invite the subscriber to come to one of the communication shops.
To order a printout through a sales office consultant, you need to fill out an application indicating:
- period;
- passport details;
- method of issuing the document (electronically by e-mail or in paper form).
The owner of the contract must present his passport or a notarized power of attorney from another subscriber, which states the right to receive this service.
In the office you can order details for the last 36 months from the date of application. The request processing time varies from 15 minutes to a day.

The result will come in the form of a PDF file by email, and will also be available in the Personal Account itself in the “ My early statements ” section.
For initial registration and authorization in your personal account, you need to keep your phone handy. A temporary password consisting of 6 digits will be sent to it. In the future, it can be replaced with a more memorable one.
In your personal account, you need to go to the “Expenses and Payments” section, “Details” subsection. In the form to fill out, you must select a month and indicate your e-mail address. A printout is prepared and sent to the subscriber depending on the server load level from several minutes to a day.
Order details through the mobile application
The Tele2 mobile application is an alternative way to request a statement online. Here, in the left menu in the “Expenses” tab, you need to click the “Detailed details” button, then in the window that opens, select the month and specify the email address. The document will be sent by email in PDF format.
