"Second-by-second"

We have a classic telephone tariff for calls. There are no internet packages and no SMS packages. There is also no subscription fee. It was created for conversations, and mainly for incoming calls. If you want to choose an inexpensive tariff plan for a teenager or an elderly person, this option will be the most suitable. It really has per-second billing from the first second of a conversation.

Current rates:

• Calls to local Beeline numbers – 3.21 rubles/min;
• Other local calls – 3.21 rub/min;
• Intercity within Russia – 4.17 rubles/min.

Sending local SMS will cost 2.68 rubles/piece, across Russia – 4.23 rubles/piece.

Mobile Internet is charged per megabyte - 10.95 rubles/MB. After the first megabyte is exhausted, the “1.5 GB Internet Package” option is automatically connected with a subscription fee of 8.13 rubles/piece. If the package is not needed, disable it using the USSD command *115*000# or call the toll-free service number 067417410.

From January 1, 2021, the VAT rate in Russia increased. This led to an increase in the cost of communication services and the appearance of strange prices without even tens of kopecks.

The cheapest Beeline tariffs without a subscription fee

If your operator’s SIM card is not the main one or you use your phone very inactively, then the most convenient option for you will be a tariff package that does not require payment of a subscription fee. That is, you pay only when you call, which is not very profitable compared to making an advance payment, but it helps save for those who call little.

This approach is convenient when you need to choose the cheapest Beeline tariff for a pensioner.

"Bi+"

With this tariff, subscribers can enjoy cheap calls and SMS. There is no mandatory subscription fee, which will appeal to budget-conscious users. But there is a monthly fee for using the services - the first 100 minutes of on-net calls per day will cost 5 rubles (and throughout Russia). Payment is not charged only if no on-net calls have been made in the current day. Other local calls cost 2.7 rubles/min with per-minute billing, to Beeline Russia numbers after the package is exhausted - 2.5 rubles/min, long-distance calls - 15 rubles/min.

The same tariff is suitable for intensive SMS exchange with home region subscribers. A daily package for 100 SMS is provided for 5 rubles - the fee is debited upon sending the first message per day.
Payment above the package is 2.5 rubles/SMS to local numbers and 5 rubles/SMS to long-distance numbers. Mobile Internet on Bi+ costs 7 rubles for every 10 MB.

Prices for calls to other countries

Roaming is not provided for this tariff. Therefore, it must be connected to make calls abroad. Activation is available on the official portal of the cellular company, in a special Beeline application pre-installed on the smartphone.

"First gigs"

The cheapest Beeline tariff of the new tariffs that appeared at the beginning of 2021. It also received the title of the cheapest Internet tariff - here we mean the presence of an included package. Subscription fee – 13.5 rubles/day. It includes:

• 4 GB mobile internet;
• 200 minutes to Beeline Russia numbers;
• 200 minutes of local calls.

If necessary, part of one package can be exchanged for another. Local calls to Beeline over the package will cost 25 kopecks/min, to other local numbers – 2.5 rubles/min. Intercity to Beeline – 0.25 rub/min, to other numbers – 15 rub/min. After the Internet package is exhausted, the “Auto-renewal minutes” option is enabled.

Today, this is the most profitable tariff plan for calls within Russia in terms of content and monthly fees. It is suitable for active subscribers who frequently make business calls across the country.

A 22 GB package is enough for any need - surfing websites, communicating on social networks, working with email, calling via instant messengers and much more. If this is not enough, you can connect to unlimited Internet for 4 rubles/day. Traffic distribution works only within the framework of the main tariff package. Mobile operator Beeline has prepared tariffs for the most active customers - see the description of the “EVERYTHING 4” tariff plan. It includes 30 GB of mobile Internet, 2000 minutes within Russia, intranet unlimited and 300 SMS with a subscription fee of 50 rubles/day. By analogy with the previous tariff plan, it provides unlimited Internet for 4 rubles/day, as well as the exchange of minutes and SMS for Internet traffic (and vice versa).

As part of a long-term promotion, the “EVERYTHING” tariff line provides free access to the YouTube Music Premium service for six months from the moment of connection.

How to log into your Personal Account if you forgot your login or password?

If your login or password has been lost, access to your account can be easily restored. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find out your old forgotten password, but you can reset it and create a new one.

To do this, you need to re-obtain a temporary password from the user account using the command *110*9# or by sending a request through the form.

Do not try to guess the password yourself, and be careful when entering it - after 10 attempts to enter it incorrectly, for security reasons, access to the account is blocked for up to 24 hours.

Restoring your login is also quite simple. In most cases, the login is a phone number and it comes in an SMS along with a password when you send the command *110*9#. If you cannot send a USSD command, then you can use other ways to find out your phone number.

If the login is a personal account number or contract number, then to restore it you will need to contact the nearest Beeline office.

“All for 1800 + roaming”

Here is a tariff for mobile communications with an included roaming package that covers the mobile Internet. Filling:

• 3000 minutes within Russia;
• On-net unlimited after the basic package of minutes has been exhausted;
• 3000 SMS throughout the country;
• 15 GB of Internet – not only within Russia, but also in popular countries.

Subscription fee – 1800 rub/month.

Mobile Internet at the “All for 1800 + roaming” tariff works without surcharges in many countries - Brazil, Italy, Israel, Thailand, Czech Republic, Japan, South Korea, Belgium, Greece, Egypt, India, Cyprus, Mexico, UAE and many other popular countries. Check the list before each trip - it may change or be supplemented with new destinations.

SMS and MMS

The “Second” tariff does not provide packaged SMS and MMS for a month. Messages are paid for immediately after they are sent.

"Unlim"

The latest news for March 2021 told us about changes to the popular Unlim tariff. Beeline bothered to update it, as a result of which the package for 500 minutes within Russia turned into two packages - 300 minutes for local numbers and 300 minutes for all-Russian Beeline numbers (it is possible to exchange one package for another). Mobile Internet on this tariff plan is unlimited. The price increase in 2019 did not affect Unlim - it costs 20 rubles/day.

The tariff plan is built according to the original scheme with a limitation on video traffic. Its speed is limited to 1 Mbps, which prevents you from watching HD videos. To remove the restriction on the tariff, the “HD video” option is provided. It is provided with a subscription fee of 3 rubles/day and increases the speed of video traffic to the maximum available. The option is enabled by default; the first month is free. On the 31st day, the subscription fee begins to be charged.

If necessary, unlimited Internet can be exchanged for 15 GB of traffic. In this case, it can be distributed for free. Disabling is carried out by calling the service number 067407430. Distribution is also available at the unlimited rate - 50 rubles/hour or 150 rubles/day.

The same tariff plan with unlimited Internet is suitable for tablets - without any changes.

Additional Information

On the “Second” tariff, all local telephone calls are paid per second. Connections shorter than 3 seconds are free. Prices for operator services including VAT.

When switching to the “Second” package, the connected “Favorite number” option is deactivated, because it is not provided as part of the tariff.

If the client has not used communication services since the conclusion of the agreement with the Beeline operator, i.e. has not made any payments for 240 calendar days, the contract is automatically terminated.

"Super Unlim"

One of the newest tariffs for mobile communications, it appeared in the first quarter of 2021. In terms of its characteristics, it is similar to Unlim, but includes increased packages of minutes - 600 minutes to Beeline numbers in the Russian Federation and 600 minutes to any other Russian numbers (with the possibility of exchange in both directions). Also included are 300 minutes in your home region. We recommend choosing this tariff for talkative subscribers. The monthly fee is 30 rubles/day.

Additional features – unlimited exchange for 22 GB of Internet, “HD video” option for watching videos in HD quality.

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

• free tariff activation/deactivation;
• no monthly fee;
• per second billing for calls.

Flaws:

• high cost of calls outside the home area;
• separate connection of additional services.

But for those who use the Internet only through a PC, laptop, tablet, and do not like to write SMS and talk on the phone for a long time (they use it for short business calls), the “Second” package is the most advantageous offer from the Beeline line.
