Our opinion agrees with this, although with some reservations. In particular, the provider is not responsible for the speed and quality of the connection. In addition, many questions arise for the technical support service, which sometimes turns out to be incompetent in basic matters.

Driver requirements

Providing a car of the appropriate class is not enough for a passenger’s trip to be considered comfortable. The quality of service also depends on the behavior of the driver, who must:

greet the client;
do not engage in unnecessary conversations without the passenger’s desire;
help with luggage and large bags;
move the front seat back if the passenger is seated in the back;
turn on light music at minimum volume, preferably in the genre of jazz or relaxation;
notify technical support if a passenger has forgotten personal belongings.

If the passenger selected the “Do not call” option when filling out the application, the driver must wait for the client without additional notification about the delivery of the car. If the driver joins the service as an employee, there is no need to obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur (IP). The company's rules provide for cooperation only with employees who have driving experience, although in some regions this requirement is sometimes ignored.
