Tariff reconnection is an early removal of the monthly fee in case of exhaustion of the service limit, if you want to update the packages of minutes, traffic or SMS.

The only way to reconnect the Super Comfort Promo tariff from Active is through the command *176#.

This free service includes access to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsUp, Telegram, VKontakte without restrictions. The option is available to users of the Super Comfort S, M, L, Promo packages. There are no tariffs, regardless of the duration of use of the services.

Comfortable unlimited is a temporary promotion, valid until 03/12/2020.

To connect, the command *175*1# is provided. The option will be activated provided that the subscription fee has been paid for the current 28 days.

After activating the command, you must wait for the activation notification and reboot the device.

Tariffing within the framework of the promotion is not carried out when working with services through applications for the Android OS. When using a browser, clicking on third-party links, making calls via WhatsUp, downloading files, traffic is consumed from the main account according to. If the subscriber for some reason has not paid the subscription fee, then the tariff conditions will change to the following: one outgoing minute within the network will cost 14 tenge, a minute of outgoing calls to other cellular operators will also cost 14 tenge.
