Hello everyone, an amateur who disables subscriptions is writing to you again. Previously, I posted instructions for MTS and Tele2.
It would be strange to write such instructions for two large operators and forget the rest! Therefore, now it’s MegaFon’s turn.
Some people complain about this operator that he likes to connect subscriptions unilaterally. So if you use it, just for fun, go through my instructions below and see if you are overpaying for something!
I hope that you won’t have to go through the entire instructions to the end - let’s start with simple methods. All work regardless of region and tariff:
1. Install or open the existing Megafon from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in using your number or register during the process.
3. When the main menu opens, at the bottom of the tabs we find the Services section.
4. At the top, go to the My tab. There is a division into free and paid services: Without a subscription. fees and subscription fee.
A free service may become paid after a certain period, so I advise you to check the conditions in both menus.
5. Found a subscription or unnecessary service? To disable it, click on it and select Disable at the bottom of the window that opens. Confirmation will come in response SMS.
6. Let’s say that no subscription was found in the mobile application. Then go to the official MegaFon website : megafon.ru
Click on the Personal Account button in the upper right corner, enter your phone number and password.
7. Scroll down the page and in the Services block we find the Services and options window.
8. A list of paid and free services will appear, including subscriptions. The disabling process is simple: opposite each there is a Disable button.
Even if you haven’t found what you’re constantly being charged for here, you’ll have to move on to heavy artillery.
9. Open the Megaphone app, then select the small chat icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Write to the chatbot that you want to disable the service. If necessary, ask for someone to call.
10. Finally, if they didn’t help you here, then call MegaFon support numbers :
