The operator MegaFon did not stand aside, offering a special tariff “Social set”. However, it is worth considering that connecting to it is not as easy as with other operators. Information about the tariff offer is not publicly available on the company’s website, and even if you have a benefit certificate, it cannot be activated.
Connection to the “Social Set” occurs only with a personal offer or promotional codes. The first option allows the subscriber to receive a special offer based on his data in the operator’s database, and then contact the salon to activate the discounted tariff. The second option allows you to receive a tariff upon presentation of a promotional code at the salon, and this option for distributing a tariff is mainly used to connect students who also have the opportunity to receive a special tariff.
What does the operator offer as part of the “Social Set”? It is based on another hidden tariff of the operator “More Communication”, connection to which is made by personal invitations. However, the “social” option is cheaper - 150 rubles (a 20% discount is obtained).
As part of the set, a package of two hundred minutes is offered, which can be used in all mobile countries. But after using them, you can make unlimited calls on the operator’s network. The tariff also includes a package for 50 SMS.
For the Internet, this is the most profitable option of all “social” offers. Five gigabytes and unlimited instant messengers are available for a month.

Internet
The service comes with the Internet, so recipients of the service can count on 3 GB monthly. The terms apply to your home network and when traveling within the Russian Federation, provided you work on the Beeline network. If you travel to the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the cost of 1 MB will be 10.95 rubles. The specified amount of Internet is not spent on the following portals:

The description of the Beeline Social package tariff is also interesting because the service includes 200 minutes per month. We are talking about calls to the numbers of all mobile operators at the place of residence, including Beeline. Additional terms:
- incoming calls in your home region and when traveling within the Russian Federation are free;
- calls to local Beeline numbers after the minutes have expired are free;
- communication with subscribers of other mobile operators after the end of the minutes - 2.5 r/min;
- long-distance calls to Beeline after the minutes expire are free;
- long-distance calls to phones with numbers of other operators - 15 r/min.
The Beeline Social Package tariff plan does not include long-distance calls. They are paid separately.
Messages
The tariff includes 1000 SMS per month. The condition applies to Beeline mobile numbers throughout the Russian Federation. After the end of the package, each subsequent message costs 2.5 rubles. When sending SMS to long-distance numbers of any operator, you will have to pay 5 rubles per message.
Additional options
The Beeline social tariff has a number of other features. Let's highlight the main ones:
- Option Ban paid subscriptions - 0 rub. After connecting the service, a restriction is introduced on the inclusion of paid subscriptions via SMS or via confirmation of the request. Before you activate the Social package tariff from Beeline, pay attention to the cost. The price of the service is 5 rubles per day. Funds are debited daily. If there is not enough money in the account for daily debits, access to some options is blocked. It remains possible to receive only incoming calls.

And, let’s face it, pensioners and disabled people are not all the same. For very, very many of them, the packages offered will be very small. And the price tag of 180 rubles is not very low. It would be low, for example, for “Tarifisch” or some other tariff with more or less normal content of the packages.

I’m a student and don’t have much money, so the tariff plan was a real gift. Minutes, SMS and traffic are quite enough for everyday needs; if necessary, you can purchase more. The downside is the high cost of international calls.

The operator offers to use the auto speed renewal service and be sure to participate in the “Gigs for Steps”, “Gigs for Brains”, “Gigs for Detox” and “Gigs for Sleep” promotions. All of them allow you to get daily additional traffic if certain conditions are met:
- “Gigs for steps” - 50 MB for 10 thousand steps daily;
- “Gigs for Brains” - 50 MB for reading for 30 minutes a day in the Bookmate application;
- “Detox Gigi” - 50 MB for not using a smartphone for at least 2 hours a day;
- “Gigs for sleep” - 50 MB for 8 hours of continuous sleep.
In total, you can get up to 200 additional megabytes per day, which can accumulate. This will be very helpful when the tariff only includes 3 GB of Internet.
The “Auto speed renewal” service is included in the package by default, and this is dangerous: every 100 MB above the package costs 52 rubles, and this traffic is spent very quickly. We recommend turning off the auto speed renewal service immediately after receiving the SIM card and using it in forced mode.
