Services for an additional fee
The tariff includes unlimited calls on the Beeline network and unlimited 4G traffic. Text and multimedia messages, calls to numbers of any Russian operators, as well as Internet over the limit are paid separately.
Also not included in the tariff are caller ID (130 rubles/month), answering machine (2 rubles/day), paid dial tone (from 60 rubles/month) - these and similar options must be activated separately.

The “All for 200” tariff includes outgoing calls to numbers of other operators (120 minutes).

SMS and MMS
The cost of sending text messages to Beeline subscribers is 2.14 rubles, other operators - 3.95 rubles. Multimedia messages (MMS) are priced at 8.51 rubles.
Those who often send SMS should connect to an additional service to optimize costs (for example, 500 messages for archived rates). The cost of connecting the option is 30.5 rubles. There is an additional subscription fee of RUB 2.03. per day.
Internet
In the 2021 version of the tariff, the operator’s customers were provided with unlimited access to the mobile Internet in 4G networks and 2 GB of traffic in 2G/3G. There are speed restrictions: when approaching the limit, the rate drops to the minimum level (128 Kb/s).
In earlier “All for 200” offers, traffic was also limited. For example, subscribers who subscribed to a tariff dated December 2016 had access to only 500 MB per month. After the package was exhausted, an additional 200 MB were automatically connected (cost: 20 rubles).

The new tariff provides two convenient options that are activated by default:
- "Stay in touch". This service allows you to find out who called the subscriber when the device was turned off or was outside the network coverage area.
- "There is contact." This option provides for sending notifications via SMS in cases where someone tried to call the SIM card holder, and his phone was turned off at that time or was outside the network coverage area. Advantages and disadvantages
Before moving to the archive, the “All for 200” tariff plan was Beeline’s cheapest offer. The service package is suitable for subscribers who often make calls within the network, rarely use the mobile Internet (or live in large cities where 4G is stable), and do not send text and multimedia messages.
The main advantages of “All for 200”:
- small subscription fee;
- unlimited calls to Beeline numbers;
- an optimal set of services (not many people regularly communicate via SMS, so the operator did not include SMS to reduce the cost of the tariff, but almost everyone needs mobile traffic from time to time);
- lack of automatically connected additional (paid) services.
Despite the fact that Beeline’s “All for 200” tariff has many advantages, only 2 GB in 2G/3G, the absence of SMS included in the price and other useful options is not what most subscribers expect from the package. The tariff plan is outdated and does not correspond to current market conditions.

Is it possible to connect to the archive tariff?
The “All for 200” tariff is closed for new connections. You cannot switch to a profitable package either in your personal account on the Beeline website, or through the mobile application, or by typing the USSD code.
Contacting call center operators and point-of-sale employees will also not bring results - the subscriber will be asked to choose something from the current tariffs. And yet there is a way out.
How to activate an archive tariff:
- Buy a SIM card directly. Immediately after purchasing the number, you need to re-register it in your name. To do this, you need to contact the operator’s office, the seller and buyer of the SIM card.

In the Beeline product line there is only 1 tariff focused on calls: “Bi+”. Others provide Internet packages, SMS, and often include additional services by default, such as unlimited access to instant messengers or Beeline TV.
There is no subscription fee within the “Bi+” tariff plan.

Payment for the tariff occurs either through the purchase and activation of a Beeline subscriber telephone card, or through a special Beeline Universal payment system. The universal system provides:
- Top up your phone balance through electronic wallets: Qiwi, Yandex money, etc.
- Payment from cards: Visa, MasterCard, Mir, etc.

The moment the account runs out of funds, the long-distance or international call is interrupted. To resume communication, you need to top up your account 180 days in advance.
