How to switch to a tariff?

Both clients of other mobile operators and MTS clients can switch to the Go-Smart.Universal tariff.

Customers of other mobile operators can switch to a tariff package in two ways. First, buy a SIM card with the Universal tariff. Secondly, come to the mobile operator’s branded salon and ask the employees to transfer their old number to the Go-Smart.Universal tariff. The cost of purchasing a SIM card is 1200 rubles. Numbers from all other mobile operators are transferred to Go-Smart tariffs free of charge.

MTS clients can transfer their old number to the Go-Smart.Universal tariff on the official website in their Personal Account, using the “My MTS” mobile application, in MTS branded communication stores and with the help of a support employee. The main feature of corporate tariffs is the many additional options, privileges and discounts. The manager can choose the package that is suitable for his company.

The cost of forwarding directly depends on the direction of the call. Let's look at this with an example. Subscriber A of MTS makes a call to subscriber B of MTS within the home region. In this case, redirection is made to the number of another subscriber outside the home region. The call price for subscriber A will remain the same, but for subscriber B the cost will be calculated based on his tariff plan.

When calculating the cost of mobile Internet, the following figures are accepted:

• 1 KB = 1024 Bt;
• MB = 1024 KB.

Non-chargeable size of transmitted data (received):

• Internet traffic – 0 KB;
• WAP traffic - 0 KB.

The total volume of both transmitted and received data is rounded upward with an accuracy of up to 200 KB.

Line of Smart Business tariffs from MTS

The “Smart Business” line from MTS includes four tariff plans: “M”, “L”, “XL” and “Unlimited”. Each of them has flexible settings: the client can independently set the required amount of traffic and time for calls.

Smart business M

This is the initial solution from MTS for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.

The monthly fee includes:

• unlimited calls to numbers within the network in the home region, registered to one person;

• 1000 minutes to any numbers in the Russian Federation;
• 15 GB of traffic;
• 1000 SMS to numbers of any Russian operators.

• free incoming calls from 1 to 10 minutes when traveling around the world;

Temporary restrictions on the use of this tariff

When using the “Universal” tariff from MTS, it is possible to cancel it unilaterally. This refusal is possible when the following conditions occur:

• if after 61 days the balance has not become positive (+1 kop.) within 183 days;
• the subscriber has not used paid services for 183 days.

If a subscriber does not use services provided on a paid basis within 150 days, his number is automatically transferred to the “Basic” tariff plan.
