Your password should have been generated by you during registration. If you subsequently changed it in your personal account, you must specify this new password when logging in. If you haven’t changed it, look in your SMS or email history - there should be a message from Rostelecom with login information. Copy or type the password in the field.

Also, the “remember me” button is available here - it means that every time you enter the site or this page, you will automatically be logged into a system that will remember your computer or tablet from which you did it. Check the box if you want to use this feature.

But the organization of the support service itself is poor and negates all the advantages.
