5 ways to change the tariff on Beeline in Kazakhstan

Today we will look at how the tariff is changed for subscribers of the mobile operator Beeline. First of all, the subscriber needs to know the existing tariff plan and the desire to change it. When you connect a new tariff, the old one is automatically disabled.

It is impossible to switch to archived tariffs - they are available only to previously connected subscribers.

Termination of an agreement

The only option to exit the Beeline tariff is to terminate the service agreement that you signed when purchasing a SIM card. To do this, you need to fill out an application for termination of the contract.

If you decide to disable your tariff plan at the Beeline office, you will need the following documents:

  1. An application in the prescribed form, which contains the details of an identity card or passport and the client’s signature (a sample will be provided by the salon employees);
  2. An identity card or passport of an individual (IIN will do) or a notarized power of attorney from a representative.

After processing the application, your SIM card will be deactivated and the number will become unavailable. Funds from the balance can be transferred to another number or bank card.

How to change the tariff on a Beeline modem?

The operator does not update tariff plans for 3G and 4G devices as often as for cell phones. Nevertheless, from time to time you need to take an interest in new service packages for modems in order to find a more convenient and cheaper one. Changing the tariff on a USB modem is possible according to the same scheme as for mobile devices:

  • through your personal account on the website;
  • by phone support numbers 0611 and 8(800) 700-0611;
  • at the operator's office.

When contacting Beeline employees in the office or by calling the support service, you must provide the number of the SIM card used in the modem. Inform the employee about the selected tariff plan, and after checking your personal data, your tariff will be changed. In addition, you can change the tariff through the system application that was installed on the desktop of your laptop or PC when setting up the modem. The application has a section for sending short commands and dialing phone numbers, so you can use a call or USSD request to change the tariff.

How to connect and reconnect a plan

In order to switch from your old tariff to “More for 3990” you need to:

  • Dial USSD command *901*5#.
  • Come to the 100th communication salon in person with your ID and ask the salon employee to help with changing the plan.
  • Make a change using the “My Beeline” mobile application.

If a subscriber has used up packages of minutes or gigabytes and wants to renew them, you need to perform a USSD request *355#. In this case, the user’s account must have at least 3990 tenge for the subscription fee to be fully debited.

It is also possible to connect additional packages at a lower cost if there is not enough money in your account.

Unified connection menu *100#

Another convenient method of switching to another package offer is to use a single menu. The mobile operator has introduced this option as an access key to all services. For a successful transition, you should enter the USSD command *100#.

Thanks to this convenient function, the company’s client can independently view existing services, disconnect and connect them, study statistics and information about the contact number. The main feature of the option is autonomous operation in roaming.

The “Unified Connection Menu” function includes the following categories of services:

  1. The “All” package plans thread, which describes in detail USSD requests and information about the loyalty program.
  2. List of options and detailed information about the My Beeline tariff plan.
  3. Features of using the Internet. Network validity period, cost and type of connection.
  4. Additional features, which include: musical accompaniment of beeps, calls abroad, roaming, existing services with a zero balance.
  5. “Communicate Better” option providing an infotainment platform. Using the service, the subscriber can listen to and download their favorite music, watch movies, play their favorite applications, etc. The system provides the possibility of online dating.

  7. Transition between languages ​​of communication.

It is noteworthy that the system requires absolutely no settings. The user can navigate through sections of a single menu for free; money is debited only for connecting certain services.

To activate the option, the subscriber must enter the request *100#. The operator will ask you to read the terms of use, after which you will need to press the “answer” button and click on the number one in the corresponding field. Ultimately, the client of the mobile company will be taken to the main window with existing tariffs. The system is equipped with a voice assistant, so switching to another tariff will not be difficult.

In the case when a subscriber wants to change the package offer and perform another operation, he will have to wait 15-20 minutes. Experts do not advise entering the same service several times, as the operator will consider such an action as connecting two services and will write off more money.

When the service does not respond to sending a USSD command, you will need to repeat the operation. The system periodically fails, or the request is under consideration by the operator.

One-time packages of minutes are charged as follows:

These packages are valid for 1 month from the date of payment.

“More for 3990” users have access to the “Close Neighbors” service, which allows profitable calls to foreign countries. To connect it you need to perform the request *500#, to disable it - *500*0#.

BeeLine took care of its customers and developed a multifunctional mobile application. The service works on Windows, Android and IOS operating systems.

The mobile program will show a list of existing tariffs that can be connected in 2021. Additional features of the service include viewing the details of calls made. The service is provided to subscribers who have passed authorization.

Night unlimited internet

This plan includes not only packet traffic for accessing the network, but also the ability to surf the Internet at night without limits. The “Night Unlimited” service is available from midnight to 7 am. The cost of this service is 290 tenge. Payment is debited once a week and only if the balance is positive. To connect/disable the service you must do the following:

  • You can activate Night Unlimited using the USSD request *599*7#.
  • Disabling is available using the USSD command *599*0#.

This service allows you not to consume traffic from the package within a specified period of time.

Direct connection on the tariff plan page

The next method of switching to another tariff plan is to connect on the operator’s page. To make the transition to a new package, you will need to carry out the following manipulations:

  • open the official Beeline website;
  • find the “Tariffs” section;
  • select a block with a suitable loyalty program;
  • Click on the graphic element “Connection method”.

The subscriber will see a page on which three connection methods will be displayed:

  1. Via SMS notification.
  2. Through your personal account.
  3. Via USSD request.

Using messages, a certain amount of money can be debited from the main balance.

Disabling the daily package

To disable the service, you can contact the provider’s technical support, perform remote deactivation through the web account, or ask an employee for help. On the operator’s website you can find a list of all company branches by selecting your city. The service is suspended automatically if the user’s balance is insufficient to pay for the option.

Installing the Beeline application or registering a profile on the company’s resource will allow you to manage your limits in the “Tariffs and Services” section.

  1. The “Per Second” tariff is an excellent solution for uncommunicative subscribers.   2. The “Everything” tariff line is one of the most interesting offers from Beeline.   3. The “Zero Doubts” tariff is beneficial for fans of intranet communication. There is no monthly fee, and billing starts only after three minutes of conversation (subject to a call within the network). Calls to other numbers in your home region cost 2 rubles per minute. An interesting nuance - if you top up your phone balance by 200 or more rubles at once, you can make calls in your home region completely free of charge to the numbers of any operators.
