But that’s not about that now. From the very beginning, the console worked somehow strangely. I attributed this to my ignorance of the menu (it is branded there, from DomRu, written, apparently, by a patient of a psychiatric clinic). But then the picture and sound started freezing, I struggled with rebooting, it helped for the time being, but in the end rebooting the set-top box stopped helping, and I called technical support. There, a specialist tested it and said that with a 95% probability it was the console that was to blame, and it just needed to be changed. They arranged for a technician to come to me, the specialist said that he had left the information and the technician would come right away with the set-top box. It was September 25th. 26 a whole service engineer came, but it was empty. He poked his fingers at the remote control, bulged his eyes and gave out the phrase of the year “we need to change the console.” And promising to show up the next day, he went off into the distance. But the next day, on the 27th, he was busy with other clients, apparently busier. On the 28th, as it turned out, he was expecting a call from me with a special invitation, despite the issued call. And accordingly, he ignored the call and did not show up. On the 29th, he called around 14:00 and said that he would be at my address in 15 minutes. In response to my remark that I wouldn’t be at home at that moment, since I was at work and I had to travel for about an hour, he said, then he doesn’t know what to do. After such events, I naturally called DomRu and asked for the presence of the management along with their subordinates at the address, since I doubted the adequacy and ability of DomRu servicemen to do at least something. The head of the station, citizen Shevchenko, threw a tantrum in a chic feminine style, and at the end declared that he did not care. The higher authorities, represented by Ms. Beloivanenko and Ms. Rybakova, are silent and do not respond to requests. The promised 72 hours have passed, during which, according to the assurances of specialists from the client department, they should have contacted me. Apparently there is nothing to say. But the TV has not been working for 10 days. Why am I still with DomRu? The answer is banal, they are monopolists. There are no other providers in our house. But everyone who reads, if you have a chance to avoid dealing with DomRu, run away from them.
