Comparison of favorable Tele2 tariffs without Internet for telephone

Modern tariff plans include a set of services in packages - SMS, call minutes and Internet traffic. The subscriber, in turn, makes a one-time payment and uses the services included in the TP for a month. If one of the packages ends, you need to activate a new one or pay for each minute, SMS or megabyte separately. But some categories of clients do not need such a variety of options, for example, elderly relatives with a push-button telephone. Special Tele2 tariffs without Internet have been developed for such subscribers.

Tariffs without Internet and subscription fee

The range of tariff plans without Internet for all mobile operators is small. But you can find 1 or 2 tariffs. The most favorable tariff on Tele2 without a subscription fee and the Internet is “Classic”. It is suitable for those who do not plan to make a large number of calls, but assume that they will mostly call him.

Classical

TP is based on per-minute billing. There is no mandatory subscription fee. The only exception is if the subscriber has activated unlimited calls on Tele2 in his region. In this case, the option fee will be charged - 5 rubles daily.

Cost of calls within the TP:

  • in Russia – 1.95 rubles. minute;
  • CIS countries – 30 rub. minute;
  • Baltic countries and Europe – 49 rubles. minute;
  • the rest - 69 rubles. minute;
  • satellite communication – 399 rubles. minute.

SMS cost:

  • to home region numbers – 1.95 rubles. a piece;
  • other operators in Russia – 1.95 rubles. a piece;
  • international – 5.5 rub. a piece;
  • MMS – 6.5 rub. a piece.

The Internet is also present here. For 1 MB you will have to pay 1.95 rubles. Next, the subscriber is automatically connected to a 10 MB package, which costs 19.5 rubles. That is why the “Classic” TP is chosen by those who do not plan to communicate a lot and go online.

Note! On every modern smartphone, network access is configured automatically. If you want to avoid unplanned spending of money, you need to disable the ability to access the Internet in your phone settings.

The tariff plan also provides for activation of the following operator options:

  • roaming;
  • call forwarding;
  • voice mail;
  • call hold;
  • USSD commands;
  • "Who called".

When purchasing a SIM card, a number of these services are activated automatically. Including “Unlimited Tele2”, for which they charge 5 rubles per day. If you do not need them, they must be deactivated at the company office, through a hotline operator or in your Personal Account.

Set up your tariff

Thus, we looked at what tariffs there are for Tele2 without the Internet and familiarized ourselves with the terms of their use. But also don’t forget about the built-in designer, with which you can customize all the parameters for yourself. For example, someone needs 6 gigabytes of mobile traffic, and someone needs all 50. And for this reason, the Tele2 operator has developed its own service, instructions for which can be found below:

  • Let's go to the tariff plan designer located on the official Tele2 website (https://msk.tele2.ru/nastroy-tariff).
  • If you already have a Tele2 account, we recommend logging into it by clicking on the “Login to your personal account” button. And then, using the sliders, we adjust the required amount of mobile traffic and minutes, and also, if desired, activate unlimited access to social networks and instant messengers.

  • When everything is ready, click on the “Next” button and, if necessary, connect additional services. For example, you can add 300 SMS messages throughout Russia. And at the bottom of the screen there is always the total amount that you will have to pay monthly (standard subscription fee).
  • Click “Next” again and continue placing your order.

Of course, using the designer, you won’t be able to set up Tele2 tariffs on a phone without any internet at all. In any case, you will have to select the minimum amount of traffic (currently 6 gigabytes). One of the advantages of this method is that each subscriber can independently adjust the required number of minutes, and then immediately see the final cost.

Cheap Tele2 tariff for calls without internet

In addition to the “Classic” tariff plan, the operator has a whole line of plans without a subscription fee. These include:

  1. “Orange” – per-minute billing. The cost of a call is from 60 kopecks. up to 1.5 rub. depending on the direction. Cheap messages.
  2. “Yellow” - when calling on Tele2, only the first minute is paid. It costs 2 rubles. There is no further charge for the conversation. Other calls – 1.5 rubles. minute. SMS – 1.5-2.5 rubles.
  3. “Green” - within the home region, a call to a company subscriber costs 0.05 kopecks. Outside – 1.50 rubles per minute.
  4. “Purple” - per second tariff. The price of a minute depends on the region of connection and the direction of the call. The minimum cost per second is 3 kopecks.

For your information! Before connecting, you must clarify the details of the connection with your operator. Prices may vary in different regions of the country.

Convenient roaming tariffs Tele2

The provider offers subscribers a variety of roaming tariffs, which are relevant when a person travels outside the borders of their home region or country. Some of the best deals that have received numerous positive user reviews include:

  • “Like home in Crimea” - the subscription fee is charged daily and amounts to 5 rubles for each minute and MB used, as well as 3.5 rubles for SMS;
  • “Internet abroad”, costing from 100 rubles per month and a fee of 10 rubles for each megabyte used;
  • "Conversations Without Borders";
  • “Simple Geography” is a profitable package for calls to CIS countries.

If you cannot choose a tariff or want to know how to connect, you can ask for help by calling 688.

How to connect Tele2 tariff without internet

You can connect the cheapest Tele2 tariff without AP and Internet in several ways:

  • buy SIM with TP in the salon;
  • go through your Personal Account;
  • use the “My Tele2” mobile application;
  • call the hotline.

The last two methods are suitable for subscribers who already have a Tele2 SIM card in their hands. If the company’s office refuses to sell you a card with a tariff without the Internet, you need to write a letter to the support service or call the customer service. Or contact another branded outlet. It is also necessary to remember that switching to another TP is possible only upon presentation of a passport. Without it, the employee has no right to serve you.

How to change the tariff

You can connect to the “Classic” tariff on your phone in several ways:

  1. USSD code.
  2. Personal Area.
  3. Official application "My Tele2".
  4. Assistance from the operator's communication salon employee.

The combination for instant connection is *630*8#. If the connection is successful, a confirmation message will be sent to your phone. In the application and personal account, after identification, you can configure both tariffs and individual options. And any employee of the Tele2 communication salon, after checking their passport, will connect to any plan without any problems.

If a subscriber needs a SIM card without the Internet, “Classic” is best suited for this. In other plans you need to pay, including for the traffic provided.

Tariffs without Internet for legal entities

There are no separate tariff plans for corporate clients. Or they are provided on exclusive terms. To receive SIM cards with a cheap tariff, a legal entity must:

  1. Contact an office that serves corporate clients.
  2. Agree with the operator on the number of package services.
  3. Enter into a contract.
  4. Distribute SIM to employees.

Attention! Regular corporate clients can count on special conditions. They are negotiated separately at the company's office. Or the client is sent a special offer.

Offers for pensioners from other operators

Let's move on to tariff plans for pensioners from other mobile operators. Their list included MTS, Beeline and MegaFon, as well as virtual operators Tinkoff Mobile, Danycom and SberMobile. Everyone has something interesting for pensioners and other beneficiaries.

Beeline

In 2021, Beeline launched the “Social Package” tariff plan for pensioners and benefit recipients. It comes with internet and a subscription fee, and is designed for careful consumption of services. The tariff includes:

  • 3 GB mobile internet;
  • Internet unlimited for instant messengers;
  • Free traffic for government services and portals;
  • Unlimited traffic for navigation and maps;
  • 200 minutes to local numbers and Beeline Russia telephones;
  • Intranet unlimited for all Russian Beeline numbers after the package is exhausted;
  • 1000 SMS within the region of connection and all-Russian Beeline numbers.

Thanks to unlimited messengers and a large SMS package, the tariff will be useful for people who have hearing problems and communicate in text mode. The subscription fee is 5 rubles/day.

Connection is carried out exclusively at Beeline offices upon presentation of a document confirming the right to benefits.

Also, pensioner subscribers will benefit from the “Bi+” tariff plan without Internet and mandatory subscription fees. All local calls cost 2.7 rubles/min, intercity calls – 15 rubles/min. It turns out to be expensive, but the high cost is compensated by the cheapness of calls to Beeline numbers throughout Russia - 100 minutes a day for 5 rubles. The fee for the package is debited upon making the first call per day in this direction.

MTS

Separately, we have made a selection of tariffs for pensioners from MTS. We also described inexpensive tariff plans here, including with and without Internet. Here we will highlight the clear leader - the Red Energy tariff. Its advantage is the fixed price for all local mobile and landline numbers – 1.6 rubles/min. Calls to MTS Russia numbers will cost 5 rubles/min, to other Russian numbers – 8 rubles/min. The Internet turns out to be expensive - 25 rubles for 20 MB () or 3 GB for 12 rubles / month (within the “First Internet package” option). Select the appropriate conditions through your personal account or the My MTS application.

Another interesting tariff is “Super MTS”. On older versions, subscribers had access to free calls within the network without a subscription fee. They are also available in the new version, but under completely different conditions - within the “Everything is super” option. Basic conditions without option:

  • Local calls to MTS and landlines in Moscow and Moscow Region - 1.75 rubles/min;
  • Other local calls – 2.5 rub/min;
  • Mobile Internet – 25 rubles for every 20 MB within the “Basic Internet tariffication” option.

When activating the “Everything is Super” option, subscribers are provided with unlimited calls to MTS and home phones in the connection region, which also includes 100 MB of Internet per day. Subscription fee – 9 rubles/day.

An alternative offer is the “Smart” tariff, which includes 200 minutes to all networks in the region of connection, intranet unlimited in the home network and 4 GB of Internet with a monthly fee of 400 rubles/month.

Megaphone

Megafon does not have social tariffs, so we will choose from others. The list opens with the “Per-Second” tariff plan with per-second billing. A minute in your home region costs 3 rubles/min. Intercity calls to MegaFon numbers will cost 5.1 rubles/min, to other numbers – 13 rubles/min, but with per-minute pricing. A megabyte of Internet costs 10.1 rubles/min. There are no mandatory or optional payments - this is the simplest tariff for the most economical subscribers (suitable for those who receive calls more often than make calls themselves).

The next tariff is “Turn on! Open" with a monthly fee of 6 rubles/day as part of the "Open +" option. It includes free calls within your home network, 3 GB of Internet and unlimited messaging. When the option is disabled, the Internet is charged in packages of 100 MB at 25 rubles each, calls within the network cost 6 rubles/day (the subscription fee is charged upon making the first on-net call per day).

The parade is completed by MegaFon's tariff plan “Turn on! Write”, suitable for pensioners. Its contents:

  • Package for 300 regional minutes;
  • 300 regional SMS;
  • 5 GB mobile internet;
  • Unlimited for messengers.

Subscription fee – 400 rubles/30 days.

Danycom

We found three suitable tariffs from this operator:

  • “Free” is an excellent solution for budget-conscious retirees. The tariff is provided without a subscription fee, includes 30 minutes within Russia and 50 SMS within Russia (including to Crimea and Sevastopol), free SMS within the network, 1 GB of Internet, unlimited calls) within the Danycom Mobile network (does not consume basic minutes). The cost of services after exhaustion of the provided packages is 3 kopecks/sec throughout the country, SMS for 25 kopecks/piece, Internet for 8 kopecks/MB. Calls and SMS to Danycom Mobile numbers always remain free and unlimited;
  • “Helium” – suitable for pensioners due to the absence of a subscription fee. The cost of services is 3 rubles/MB, 5 kopecks/sec and 3 rubles/SMS. There are no monthly payments;
  • “Oxygen” is a package tariff for active subscribers/pensioners. Includes 10 GB of Internet, 300 minutes and 50 SMS within Russia, free and unlimited on-net calls and SMS. Monthly payment – 199 rubles.

The “Free” tariff has gained wild popularity; it is provided according to the “one SIM card per subscriber” scheme.

Tinkoff Mobile

This operator does not have traditional fixed tariffs. It provides a builder with flexible selection of minutes and gigabytes. Cheapest combinations:

  • 200 minutes and 0 GB – 99 rubles;
  • 400 minutes and 0 GB – 139 rubles;
  • 200 minutes and 2 GB – 298 rubles;
  • 200 minutes and 5 GB – 368 rub.

You can opt out of the main traffic package by connecting only social networks, instant messengers, music or video services. Payment period – 30 days. Connection and delivery of SIM cards is free.

SberMobile

Especially for pensioners, Sberbank and its brainchild SberMobile launched the “Active Age” tariff plan. The connection is made on the website of the portal of the same name or at Sberbank offices. Terms of Service:

  • Calls to any Russian numbers – 300 pcs.;
  • SMS within Russia – 50 pcs.;
  • Mobile Internet – 1 GB.

Monthly fee 149 RUR/month. Currently, the tariff is provided to subscribers from Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. It may appear in other regions in the future.

If we talk about mobile Internet, then the “Social” tariffs from Tele2 and the “Social package” from Beeline look more profitable.

When choosing a tariff for a pensioner, focus on your needs. Elderly people are increasingly becoming more active, using the mobile Internet, instant messengers and social networks. And a 1 GB package may not seem enough to them. In this case, feel free to choose tariff plans with more significant traffic packages. Also, don't forget about the minutes.

Vyacheslav

For several years he worked in mobile phone stores of two large operators. I understand tariffs well and see all the pitfalls. I love gadgets, especially Android ones.

Pros and cons of tariffs without mobile Internet

The main disadvantage of this tariff plan is the lack of Internet access. Or expensive per-megabyte pricing. Additionally, the subscriber must independently limit network access on his phone to avoid unplanned expenses.

But such TPs have much more advantages:

  • no subscription fee;
  • cheap talk;
  • unlimited communication within the network;
  • special offers for roaming;
  • possibility of connecting additional options.

As you can see, Tele2 takes into account the interests of all its subscribers. If for some reason you do not want to use mobile Internet, just sign up for a special tariff. According to the company's terms, you will only pay for calls made and SMS sent upon completion.

Favorable Internet tariffs for smartphones, tablets and modems

Every year, telephone calls and correspondence via SMS are losing their relevance; most people use social networks and instant messengers to communicate. Therefore, Tele2 package offers with sufficient Internet traffic are in greatest demand. High speed, the ability to distribute traffic to other devices, the use of smartphones and tablets, accessibility - this is not all that the operator can offer its customers.

Popular tariff plans are:

  • Internet for devices costing 299 rubles per month. It has such characteristics as high-speed access 7 GB, messages and minutes from 1.8 RUB;
  • Internet package, monthly fee for which is 250 rubles. For this price, customers are provided with 5 GB of traffic for 30 days. To activate, you need to dial the combination *155*191#;
  • An Internet portfolio of 15 GB will cost the subscriber 599 RUB; you can activate the package using the command *155*201#;
  • Tele2 Internet suitcase, limit limit – 30 gigabytes, monthly service price – 899 rubles, USSD activation code *155*221#.

“Promised payment” Tele2 in Cherepovets

The option credits a certain amount to the balance for several days. After this time, the subscriber must pay off the debt in order to use the connection. A commission is charged in excess of the accrued amount. For 3 days, a loan of 300, 200 or 100 rubles is given with a commission of 20, 15 or 10 rubles, respectively. For 1 day we offer 50 rubles with a commission of 5 rubles. You can borrow if:

  1. The subscriber has been using Tele2 for a month or more and has spent at least 50 rubles on communications;
  2. The previous “Promised Payment” was repaid;
  3. Balance balance is at least 30 rubles;
  4. A package tariff plan is used.

Receive money *122*1#, see the loan amount *122#, find out the balance *105#. If the service is not available, you can use the “Promised Payment+” service with available amounts from 10 to 500 rubles (commission 10-250 rubles). To order: SMS with the “+” sign to number 315.

Unlimited tariffs

Tele2 subscribers are often interested in the question of what unlimited services this operator provides them. We will try to answer this question.

As for unlimited communication (outgoing calls, as well as sent messages), if you need such a tariff, you need to pay attention to the line of black-colored offers. Here are:

  • Black;
  • Very black;
  • The most black.

Depending on your needs for using cellular communication services, you can choose the most suitable offer from the existing ones, the quota of services in which will be enough for you.

If we talk about providing unlimited Internet traffic packages, then we can talk about the following:

  • Internet package;
  • Internet Portfolio;
  • Internet suitcase.

Interestingly, any of the proposed tariffs is unlimited, but there may be a difference in the quota for the amount of traffic at high 3G/4G speeds, as well as in price. When the quota is used up, the Internet connection speed will be reduced to 64 kbps.

Tele2 personal account in Cherepovets and Vologda region

The account management system is available on the operator’s official website via the “ Log in to your account ” link in the upper right corner. On the login form, you will need to select an authorization method, indicate your phone number, then click the “Login” button.

The home page of your account will open with the current balance of minutes, traffic, SMS, cash and bonus points displayed in the center. There is a menu at the top. Using the system, a Tele2 client will be able to:

  • manage services and subscriptions;
  • choose and change a tariff plan;
  • control expenses and balances;
  • block and activate the SIM card;
  • order detailed actions with a number;

Tele2 branches in Cherepovets and coverage map of the region

The operator has 19 sales outlets in the city. They are open on average from 10:00 to 20:00. Branch addresses are available on the provider's website. The Vologda region is almost completely covered by the Tele2 network of GSM, 3G (GPRS), LTE/4G standards. Coverage map of Cherepovets and the Vologda region.

Tariffs for Tele2 in Cherepovets and the Vologda region are attractive due to their price. Package offers from 200 to 1100 rubles. per month with a different number of services will satisfy the needs of any subscriber.

Tele2 tariffs

The Tele2 operator has some of the most favorable tariffs, due to the fact that the company is one of the largest telecommunications companies providing services in the Russian Federation. Currently, the provider offers users three communication standards 4G, 3G, 2G and an affordable price for the services provided.

As you know, in the desire to please their own subscribers, companies try to create a lot of interesting offers that will satisfy the needs of any user - the Tele2 operator is no exception.

Each client can use an additional service or connect to a suitable tariff plan. It is the existing tariffs that will be given attention in this review, and today both Tele2 tariffs in force in 2021 and archived offers will be considered.
