To activate a corporate tariff for Beeline, you should go to the company’s website or mobile application:

• Indicate your contact phone number and personal number.

If the subscriber already has an operator SIM card, then he can switch to the desired tariff in his personal account.

Representatives of small businesses mostly speak negatively about the level of service of the Beeline operator. Corporate clients have no complaints about the quality of communication, but service support, according to business representatives, leaves much to be desired.

Beeline managers provide false information about the list of services included in the package, which is confirmed by individual cases. Thus, one of the operator’s clients was interested in the following: when an incoming call is received, the company specialist to whom the call is forwarded should hear a notification about which specific city number the call is being forwarded from, in order to know which site the caller is viewing and what type of service interests him. Beeline assured that such a service works. In fact, it turned out that the function is under development.

Difficulties also arise when re-issuing documents when changing legal entity. Subscribers are dissatisfied with delays in formal processes and the need for personal presence in the office, difficulties when trying to call operators and resolve issues remotely or find out the status of consideration of an application submitted in the office.
