The operator offers as many as five monthly Internet traffic packages, the cost varies from 990 to 4,990 tenge depending on the volume provided:
- 3 gigabytes per month - 990 tenge, in order to connect, you need to dial *444*9*1*4#.
- 8 gigabytes worth 1,490 tenge are activated by the command *444*9*5*4#.
- 15 gigabytes - *444*9*6*4#, the cost of the service for a month is 1,990 tenge.
- 25 gigabytes - *444*9*1*7# for 2,990 tenge.
- 40 gigabytes - *444*9*1*9#, monthly package cost - 4,990 tenge.
The package can be activated regardless of the status of your personal account. The service is not provided in roaming by the operator.
If your monthly Internet package has expired, you can update your limits. In order to do this, you need to activate the service using the appropriate command. The subscription fee will be charged and the package will be renewed.
You can check your balances using the command *444*9*3#.
The remaining megabytes are not carried over to the next period of time; they can only be used during the provision period. If several Internet packages are connected to a number, the one that can expire before the others will be used up first.
You can also disable services in advance by dialing *444*9*4#.
Connection conditions
In order to purchase “extra megabytes”, the subscriber must meet the following requirements:
- At least 30 days must pass from the date of activation of the number;
- Possible debts for “extra megabytes” and “extra balance” services must be fully repaid.
The additional package received is provided for the next 5 days, during which it must be spent. Otherwise, all remaining traffic will be canceled without a refund.
In order to check the remaining traffic and balance, you can perform a USSD request *111*3#. If the subscriber already has other options connected, megabytes with a shorter storage period will be spent first.
Package for a day
This service is provided to Active subscribers and offers three options:
- 45 MB, connection cost - 39 tenge. 2 activation methods: *444*1*1*1# or SMS to number 2002 with code 45.
- 190 megabytes per day, connection cost - 74 tenge. 2 activation methods: *444*1*1*2# or SMS to number 2002 with code 190.
- 350 megabytes per day, connection cost - 115 tenge. 2 activation methods: *444*1*1*3# or SMS to number 2002 with code 350.
If the provided traffic is exceeded, each subsequent megabyte used is paid according to the following scheme:
- 45 megabyte package - 4 tenge for each additional one.
- 190 megabytes - 2 tenge.
- 350 megabytes - 0.5 tenge.
You can check the rest of the package with the appropriate command *444*1*3#. Only 1 package is provided at a time.
The operator does not provide this service to subscribers in roaming, as well as with “Contract” and “Beneficial Smartphone” tariffs.

Service cost
The price of the “extra megabytes” service is calculated only from the size of the purchased package. After successful payment, the subscriber must receive a confirmation SMS message. Operator Active offers users to connect to the service at the following prices:
- 250 megabytes – 399 tenge.
- 500 megabytes – 499 tenge.
- 1 gigabyte – 699 tenge.
- 2 gigabytes – 999 tenge.
- 5 gigabytes – 1999 tenge.
Previously, users could purchase 100 megabytes of additional traffic. However, this package has recently been closed.
If within 5 days the subscriber does not top up his balance with the amount necessary to pay for additional Internet traffic, making calls and sending SMS messages will be blocked. Incoming calls will remain available.
Annual Internet
During the year, every month the subscriber is provided with 20 gigabytes. Payment is made immediately, the cost is 14,970 tenge. You can also use installments, paying for the service monthly.
The installment plan is presented as follows: the monthly payment for the first three months is 4,990 tenge, then the remaining amount is divided evenly. If the subscriber does not replenish the account with the required amount in a given month, the provision of services is suspended.
If the subscriber uses KcellTube, traffic is not taken into account. If you refuse to use the tariff, its cost will not be compensated.
In order to connect to the annual Internet, you must:
- Enter the command *444*8*1*1# - the fee is debited immediately.
- To receive installments: *444*8*1*2#.
The tariff involves the accrual of bonuses to subscribers, including additional minutes of conversation, SMS, and traffic packages. The bonuses provided can be spent within a month. They cannot be used if the subscriber is roaming.
The subscriber can check the balance of the annual Internet package using the command on the phone *444*8*3#.
If a subscriber spends more than 20 gigabytes per month with a connected service, he pays 0.5 tenge for each subsequent megabyte used.
The service also involves connecting turbo traffic in two options:
- 1,500 tenge for 1.5 gigabytes.
- 1,700 tenge for 1.7 gigabytes.
Offer characteristics
Currently, only 4 tariff plans with quite extensive functionality are available for connection to residents of Kazakhstan. Each subscriber will be able to find his own option.
- Mobile operator Aktiv has prepared a truly profitable option for progressive users called “Annual Internet +”. Its advantage is that it reduces the total fee for the year. If you pay the entire amount at a time, the cost will be 14,970 tenge, and if you choose the option with installments, the quarterly payment will be 4990, so the benefit of a quarter of the amount is obvious. - The “Online” tariff plan is variable. The subscriber independently selects the required volume of traffic. Internet tariffs range from 390 tenge to 4990. You can choose from 9 volume options from 500 MB to 40 GB.
It is worth noting that the connected package will not be consumed while roaming, so for trips you will have to connect additional options that reduce communication costs.
- “Internet +” is a daily accrual of traffic of the selected volume. There are 3 options for connection: 20 MB, 175 MB and 300 MB, the daily debit amount will be 29, 69 and 99 tenge. What’s important is that when you connect, the operator offers bonuses in the form of additional traffic. Depending on the package chosen, it can range from 200 to 3000 MB.
- “Light Internet” is a tariff plan without a subscription fee, which will cease to exist on June 5. All subscribers who have not chosen new Internet options will be transferred to the basic tariff depending on the basic tariff.

If the write-off did not occur due to an insufficient balance, the cost of traffic will be 15 tenge/Mb for the first 2 Mb, then 1 tenge/Mb or according to the terms of the tariff plan, provided that the traffic tariff package is included in the package.
The service is not provided in roaming. It is impossible to connect several subscriptions to the service; you must select one of the proposed ones.
