The Smart MTS tariff has the following disadvantages:

The package of minutes available within the tariff for calls to numbers of other operators (500 minutes in most regions) is spent not only when communicating with subscribers of other networks, but also when making calls to MTS numbers outside the home region. All Velcom tariffs: how to choose the best

Tariffs for Velcom include a wide selection of various operator offers. Any subscriber can choose a tariff plan that will fully satisfy his mobile communications requirements, without overpaying extra money for unnecessary services or large packages.

In 2021, Welkom in Belarus updated its line of Comfort tariffs. This is the optimal combination of call minutes and traffic in three different volumes - small, medium and large. At the same time, conversations between Velcom subscribers are free and have no time limits.

Personal opinion

The tariff is quite reasonable, especially with the transfer of packages to the next month. The subscription fee could be a little lower, but that's okay. This tariff plan is not very suitable for traveling around Russia, since you will have to pay to expand the coverage area of the tariff packages - 15 rubles every day of using communication services.

Also, the tariff will become less attractive from January 15, 2021, as the mobile Internet package will be reduced (for those who connect to the tariff or switch to it starting from January 15). And 3 GB of mobile Internet for 500 rubles per month is not very much.

Again, it’s hard to say whether I would use this tariff or not, since my tariff plan is much more profitable. But previously I had to use Smart, although the conditions there were completely different. Now I could recommend Smart, but only with five GB of mobile Internet, and not three.

Tariffs "Comfort"

This is a universal line of tariff plans with a subscription fee and service packages. They vary in package size and the price is set accordingly.

The line consists of three operator offers:

Comfort S – 50 minutes of calls + 1 GB of mobile Internet. 11.90 rub/month.
Comfort M – 100 minutes + 7 GB. 19.90 rub/month.
Comfort L – 300 minutes + 15 GB + unlimited for social networks and instant messengers. 25.90 rub./month.

The cost of the tariff is debited from the account every day in equal installments. Outgoing calls to Velcom numbers are unlimited, they do not consume minutes from the package. The limit is given only for calls to numbers of other operators. To increase the GB package, additional options are available. The remaining traffic is carried over to the next month.
