The “My Smart” tariff is offered to customers on favorable terms; it is the second in the operator’s line. The offer is developed according to the same system as “Unlimited”. Users can customize the TP to suit their requirements. This setting allows you to control your communication costs every month.

The cellular company offers to include from 10 to 20 GB of traffic in this package. You are also given an additional choice of from 200 to 600 minutes for communication, and the same number of messages. If the client communicates more via cell phone and uses almost no traffic, 10 GB will be enough for him. The maximum number of minutes is also connected, it is 600. If the user prefers the Internet, and he needs minimal conversation minutes, you can use 20 GB and activate only 200 minutes for communication. The full package will be needed when you need constant access to the Internet and calls.

If the client decides to change the tariff plan, but does not change its settings, then the parameters will be set by default. In this case, the following volumes are activated:

If the Internet on MTS has ended

The end of the month is far away, but the traffic has already been exhausted? In this case, additional Internet packages will be automatically connected to the subscriber. For the “My Smart” tariff, the traffic volume will be 1 GB . The cost of the package is 150 rubles . Only 15 such packages are activated per month, provided that the previous one is exhausted. After the last gigabyte has expired, access to the Internet will be blocked. You can restore it using other options, for example, “Turbo button”. The subscriber can disable automatic traffic renewal. • Holders of MTS Smart Money cards receive a 100% discount on the subscription fee if one of the conditions is met: the amount of purchases on the card per month is more than 20,000 ₽ or the balance on the card is more than 70,000 ₽.

Minuses

• Unlimited MTS calls within Russia are cool, of course, but these calls consume the package of minutes. A little mean.
• The minutes of calls and SMS included in the package are valid only in your home region; all calls and SMS to other regions, except calls to MTS, are paid!
• Unused minutes, SMS and traffic are not carried over to the next month.
• When you connect/switch to a tariff, a “bunch” of additional options are activated, in particular: GoodOk, someone called you! etc. Be sure to disable services you don’t need through your personal account if you don’t want unnecessary “writing off” of money from your account.
• If you insert a SIM card with the “My Smart” tariff into the modem, Internet access will be blocked.
• The volume of minutes is equal to the volume of sms. If I call a lot and text a little and want to choose 600 minutes and 100 SMS? There is no such option and I have to pay for services I don’t need.

How is the tariff fee charged?

The subscription fee is charged for the first time on the day of connection, and then once a month on the day corresponding to the day of activation of the plan. If during the billing period the subscriber selects packages for which the subscription fee is greater than the current monthly amount, then the payment is written off as the difference between the old amount and the new one. If the subscription fee increases after setup, then no additional charges will occur in the current month. The new monthly payment will be deducted from the next billing period. You can change your tariff settings several times a month. Packages will be updated on the day the subscription fee is charged, provided that there are enough funds on the phone balance to pay.

For using a local number, the subscriber pays an additional 304.8 rubles monthly. This amount will be charged from the SIM card every day.

Eventually

Once again they are trying to force subscribers to pay more for fewer services. Eg:

• The cheapest package “My Smart” is 200 minutes and SMS and 10 GB. Internet - 500 ₽ per month;

Everything seems to be correct, they reduced the minutes, added internet and the price is almost the same, but on the “My Unlimited” tariff, 300 minutes are valid for calls throughout Russia, and on the “My Smart” tariff - only on calls at home. Do you feel the difference?

Another example: All subscribers on the “My Unlimited” tariff were connected to the popular service for free. This is no longer available on the “My Smart” tariff and this option is already available for a fee of 4 ₽ per day.

As a result, I do not advise those subscribers who use the “My Unlimited” tariff to connect “My Smart”. It will be “stupidly” more expensive. “Sit” on your tariff until MTS starts forcibly transferring everyone.
