• Call 0890. A robot will answer you there and tell you which number you need to press to interact with the system. To connect “My Smart”, go to “Tariffs” and follow the system prompts.
• In the “My MTS” mobile application. In the “Available” tab (in tariffs), select the new Smart and confirm the transition. Within a few minutes, an SMS with connection information will be sent to your number.

The monthly amount is withdrawn at the time of activation of the offer or transition from another tariff. Immediately there is full access to all services provided by the package.

When using the tariff

The subscription fee is charged from the second month of using the plan and the package is updated on the date of connection or transition to the tariff. This happens every month. If there is no date for the completed connection in the next month, it is moved to the previous date. For example, if a person activated the tariff on March 31, the amount for the second month will be written off on April 30.

If the user's number is blocked, withdrawals are made after activation the following night. In this case, there is no charge for the month when the SIM card is not used.

Daily payment is available to subscribers. If there are not enough funds in the account to fully debit the monthly fee, money is charged daily at 9 rubles per day until the balance is replenished for a one-time withdrawal of the entire amount.

When the tariff is disabled

When disconnecting the service and switching to another plan, it is recommended to use up the volumes provided by the tariff. This is due to the fact that unused balances of the package do not roll over to the next month.

If the subscriber decides to unilaterally refuse services and does not replenish the balance, when the balance reaches zero or negative (up to -800 rubles), only incoming calls and SMS are available to him for 2 months. Then the number is completely blocked. The contract is considered terminated by the subscriber after 183 days if he has not used paid services.

But if after 150 days the account contains a positive balance (above 0.01 rubles) without using commercial options, the subscriber is transferred to the “Basic 092013” ​​tariff.

If a user of communication services connects or decides to change his number to a landline number, the “Unlimited call forwarding from a direct number” option must be activated. Its cost is quite high and amounts to 300 rubles. That is, incoming calls to a direct number are actually redirected to a federal one, which is why the fee is charged.

It is not possible to disable the option. Cancellation is carried out by abandoning the city number and switching to a federal one. In this case, redirection is not needed, and the subscriber is not charged.

Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?

Before activating an offer from MTS, it is important to familiarize yourself with its features:

• unused volumes of minutes, messages, network traffic in the current month are not carried over to the next;
• When changing the tariff, the remaining services in the package do not transfer to the new plan.

What happens when the traffic for a package ends before the end of the month

When the provided amount of network traffic, which is 3 GB according to the Smart tariff, is used up, an additional package is automatically provided. It includes 500 MB, its cost is 95 rubles.

The connection will be extended until the tariff package is updated. However, the additional 500 MB is activated no more than 15 times monthly. It is then possible to use the network using the “Turbo buttons”.

Additional packages are valid in all regions of the Russian Federation; the balance on them is not carried over to the next month.

Calls to other countries

The MTS operator allows you to make calls from Novosibirsk to other cities of the Russian Federation and abroad. However, prices differ depending on the country of destination of the call:

• CIS - 35 rub. /min;
• Europe - 49 rub./min;
• Other countries - 70 rub./min.

The first MTS tariff with unlimited internet, which, if you believe the advertising, offers extremely favorable conditions, but in reality everything is so smooth if you look into it. There are 4 connection options available, differing in packages of minutes and SMS; unlimited Internet traffic is available in each of them. You can call and send messages to all networks and to any regions of Russia.

International calls are always paid separately: 35 rub/min (CIS), 49 rub/min (Europe), 70 rub/min (rest). The cost of SMS upon exhaustion of the limit to any numbers in the region is 2 rubles/piece, to other regions – 2.8 rubles/piece.

MTS Tariff for St. Petersburg is really profitable, but there are a couple of disadvantages. Despite the stated unlimited limit, in fact you receive only 30 GB of traffic per month if you are within the Leningrad region, or 15 GB (500 MB per day) when traveling outside its borders. Naturally, in the description of the tariff plan this is indicated in the smallest letters. After the limit is exhausted, the connection speed will be limited to 128 kb/sec; the speed will also be reduced when downloading torrents, sharing the Internet and using a SIM card in a modem. My Unlimited

The My Unlimited tariff is a flexible solution and allows the subscriber to determine for himself how much Internet traffic, minutes and messages he needs. This is really very convenient and allows, for example, to connect a larger volume of traffic in those months when it is needed, without constantly running from tariff to tariff.

Conditions (configurable):

• Minutes: 350-950;
• SMS: 350-950;
• Traffic: 7-32 GB;
• Price: 390-1200 rub.

My Unlimited can be freely used both within your home region and when traveling around Russia.

At the end of your Internet traffic, you can connect an additional package at a price of 150 rubles per 1 gigabyte, which is quite expensive. Apparently, this is how MTS encourages subscribers to initially choose a tariff option with a larger volume of traffic.

MTS X

Once called Hype, tariff X for 370 rubles offers unlimited traffic on popular social networks and services: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Snapchat, YouTube, MTS Music, Apple Music Google Music, Yandex .Music, Zvooq, App Store, Google Play, MTS Connect, Twitch.

Additionally, the user receives 7 GB of traffic per month to the rest of the Internet, as well as 100 minutes and 200 SMS within the network and to numbers of other operators.

After the limit ends, calls to MTS will remain free, and for other operators you will have to pay per minute: 2 rubles/min in your home region and 5 rubles/min outside of it. Additional Internet is connected in packages of 500 MB for 95 rubles, and SMS after 200 packages cost 2/2.8 rubles inside and outside the network.

MTS Smart tariffs for St. Petersburg and the region are presented in four positions:

All tariffs provide for the transfer of traffic, minutes and SMS to the next month. Remaining packages are spent first and can only be transferred once. If the amount of traffic provided at the beginning of the month has been used up, then you will automatically be connected to 1 gigabyte for 150 rubles. In total, up to 15 such connections are possible per month.

It also provides for the transfer of traffic, SMS and minutes to the next month, but no further.

Super MTS

Super MTS does not provide for debiting funds every month and is suitable for those who do not want to spend too much on calls and the Internet, but want to always stay in touch.

Super MTS includes several convenient features such as 20 free minutes of calls or the ability to connect packages with messages (100 SMS for 75 rubles, 300 for 150)

However, it will not be suitable for people who actively use the Internet, since very little traffic is provided, and purchasing additional megabytes separately is expensive.

"Guest"

The “Guest” tariff allows you to communicate profitably with foreign subscribers; there is no fixed fee for its use. Those who switch to the tariff are given 30 days of free use of the Gudok option as a gift. At the end of this period, the option will become paid (30 rubles/month), but it can be disabled at any time.

Cost of calls with the Guest tariff activated:

MTS Internet tariff for laptop

The laptop tariff is notable for the presence of complete unlimited coverage for all services, but the connection speed is limited to 4 MB/sec. The user can also connect the Turbo Button, when activated, the speed limit is removed for 3 or 6 hours.

MTS Internet tariff for tablet

For 400 rubles (monthly payment) you get 10 GB of traffic per month and the ability to connect to your choice of one of the unlimited destinations - YouTube, television, social networks or video calls. Traffic spent in the selected direction is not paid for and does not consume the basic option. Activation of the second direction costs 75 rubles/month.

After the 10 GB limit is exhausted, packages for 500 MB of traffic are automatically connected at a price of 95 rubles. The tariff is valid throughout the Russian Federation.

Comparison with previous version

As you can see, there are both positive and negative changes. The most important thing is that the tariff has become 50 rubles per month more expensive. On the plus side, unlimited within the network works initially, and the mobile Internet package has been increased from 10 to 20 or 25 GB. But at the moment there is no normal analogue for the old SDS with unlimited Internet.

True, for a number of regions the old codes work, and they activate SDS 062016 with unlimited mobile Internet. This applies to all regions except: Ivanovo and Yaroslavl regions, Chuvashia, Magadan and Kamchatka.

The new version of the tariff is available for 54 rubles per month. What it gives: packages of minutes and SMS at the rate are valid for numbers of other Russian operators. This is certainly great, but it will increase the subscription fee to 304 and 354 rubles per month, respectively.
