As soon as it is handed over to the employees and fully processed, the SIM card will be subject to untimely blocking. To return money from your balance, you must indicate the corresponding requirement in a written application.

Termination of service if you do not use the phone

The agreement stipulates that the user agrees to the terms of service, which stipulate automatic blocking of the account and its transfer to free sale after 180 days from the date of deactivation.

An important limitation is that the user must have no debts for roaming, Internet, etc. This method is suitable for subscribers who do not have a negative balance and can do without visiting the Tele2 office.
