1. Turn off the Internet and disconnect the modem.
2. Uninstall the Connect Manager program via Control Panel → Programs and Features → Connect Manager → uninstall.
3. To restart a computer!
4. Connect the modem and install the program again.
5. Disable antivirus!
6. Connect to the Internet for about 15 minutes.
