To completely cut off the line, pay off all debts, find the contract, take your passport and go to the office. Also, papers can be sent by registered mail by Russian Post. If you did not draw up the contract, you will also need a power of attorney for your right to represent the owner of the phone. If you received the line from the previous owners of the home, take the title documents for the property. The heirs will be asked for a death certificate. At the office you will be asked to write a statement, after which the line will be disconnected within 3-5 days.
