Tariff Stimul 07 MTS Krasnodar Region Description
The duration of calls to mobile phones of MTS subscribers in other regions of Russia is rounded up per minute. Calls lasting less than 3 seconds are not charged.
Calls to federal numbers of subscribers of other cellular and mobile communications operators are charged according to the direction of the region.
Forwarded calls are charged according to the direction, which corresponds to the cost of an outgoing call (in accordance with the tariff plan) to the number to which the forwarding is set.
Failure to use Voice/Fax mail for 2 or more calendar months means the subscriber's unilateral refusal of this service.
The tariff interval (unit) for connections via GPRS-Internet data channels is 100 KB, GPRS-WAP -10 KB. 1 KB = 1024 bytes, 1 MB = 1024 KB. Non-chargeable total volume of transmitted and received data: GPRS-Internet - 0 KB, GPRS-WAP - 0 KB.
The total volume of transmitted and received data that exceeds the non-tariffed volume is rounded up to the nearest 100 KB for GPRS-Internet and 10 KB for GPRS-WAP upon closure of the GPRS connection, as well as once per hour in the case of an established GPRS connection.
The initial service package includes the following periodic services: Mobile Assistant, Internet Assistant, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting/Hold, Conference Call, Call Transfer, Mobile Office, SMS (Russian), Caller ID, GPRS, Preferential calls in intranet roaming , “They called you!”
Detailed invoice (monthly), detailed balance report, monthly invoice delivery and by email, call barring, voice mail (“Secretary”), landline number, as well as data/fax (if using an additional number), fax without telephony, data transfer without telephony, voluntary blocking is not provided.
If the subscriber’s balance becomes equal to or below zero (but not lower than minus 200 rubles), then for the next 61 days he will only have access to incoming communications: calls and SMS, as well as calls to MTS toll-free service numbers.
If after this period the subscriber’s balance does not exceed 0.01 rubles, the subscriber will be blocked and will not have access to either incoming or outgoing communications, while the contract with the subscriber will be valid for another 183 days. Failure to receive funds to the subscriber’s Personal Account within 183 days after the suspension of the provision of services in an amount sufficient to achieve a positive balance on the Personal Account, and/or failure by the subscriber to use paid services within the specified period will mean the subscriber’s unilateral refusal to fulfill the contract.”

Based on the technical features of the network, as well as in order to provide Subscribers with an additional mechanism for controlling costs, MTS PJSC has the right to set the maximum duration of one connection.
Unless the terms of the tariff plan provide otherwise, the cost of access to the communication network is included in the price of the package. There is no charge for changing the tariff to pay for telematic communication services.

Switch to tariff
