How it works?

• If automatic registration does not occur, you need to install the network manually (through the device menu in accordance with the instructions for using the phone). Find and select the “Networks” or “Select a cellular network” option, then search for new networks. A list of codes and/or names of local GSM operators should appear on the display, and then select a network.

How much does international and national roaming cost?

There is no fee for registering the option. There is also no commission for disconnection, as well as regular payments subsequently in addition to the standard fee.

Useful tips for connecting to roaming

Roaming must be enabled for those traveling abroad. This service allows the client to use his phone number even in other countries, while the cost of calls remains almost the same as within the country. It is worth noting that without roaming it is impossible to send messages and make calls.

Users with almost all MTS tariffs do not have to activate the service separately, since from July 6, 2021 it is installed automatically by the operator. An exception to these rules applies to the “Close”, “Guest 7”, “Guest 30”, “Children’s”, “Telematics” plans.

Calls abroad are billed on a per-minute basis, with the amount of time spent rounded up.

The subscription fee is charged only upon use of the provided communication services. If you need internet and calls, send the USSD command *111*771# or activate the option via your personal account. Disabling is carried out in the same way.

The monthly fee in popular countries is 350 rubles/day. Outgoing calls are deducted from the package according to the tariff plan (500 Mb/day at maximum speed, then up to 128 kbps). The same applies to mobile Internet. The list of popular ones includes Germany, Abkhazia, South Korea, Norway, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Finland, Spain, Italy, Egypt and other countries frequently visited by Russian tourists.

In other foreign countries, the cost of the option is 390 rubles/day, the first 10 minutes of each incoming call are free, then 39 rubles/min. Outgoing calls – the first minute and from the sixth are free, from the second to the fifth minutes – 39 rubles/min. Internet according to a quota of 1 to 100 MB per day with a further limitation to 128 kbps (details in the screenshot). In Tunisia, there is a separate tariffication - the first 45 outgoing minutes are free, then 39 rubles per minute until the end of the day. Incoming calls are charged at 50 rubles/min, there are no free limits. In the remaining countries, the first 10 minutes of any incoming call are free, from the 11th minute - 39 rubles per minute. The first minute of each outgoing call and from the sixth minute - at roaming rates, from the second to the fifth - 30 rubles / min.

The subscription fee is 149 rubles/day and is charged immediately when the option is activated. The day is counted according to the time of your home region. “50 or 100 SMS when traveling in Europe”

The option includes an SMS package for messaging when in European countries. 50 SMS will cost 250 rubles, connection is performed with the command *111*1104#. A package for 100 SMS costs 350 rubles, connected via USSD request *111*1103#. To check your balance, dial *100*2#. Each package is valid for 30 days, the tariff plan does not matter, the subscriber is only an individual.

“50 or 100 SMS when traveling to other countries”

This option includes SMS packages for travel around the world. A package for 50 SMS costs 500 rubles, can be activated using the command *111*1102#.
