Checking your account balance

To get information about the balance, you only need a mobile phone. From it, type the following command:

  • *111#, then press call, within one minute you will receive an SMS with the balance amount;
  • another option is to send an SMS with a request to the operator number 111;
  • if one of the previous methods fails, then call 811.

Entering a command or sending an SMS does not involve a commission, and it also does not affect if you have a negative or zero balance. The service acts as user support. If you still could not check the balance on Altel, then check the activity of the SIM card and restart your mobile device.
