The “My Online” tariff from Tele2 is the optimal choice for those who actively use the Internet and social networks, and also talk a lot with subscribers of all operators. But if you want even more Internet, connect to the “Unlimited” tariff and forget about counting gigabytes.

In addition, the tariff includes unlimited options for popular social networks. This means that the traffic package will not be consumed when loading VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and Facebook pages. Also, correspondence on WhatsApp, Viber and Tam Tam does not consume the package.

If all your friends are on Tele2, then you will also not be limited in conversations, because the subscription fee includes complete unlimited calls within the network throughout Russia. At the same time, the same conditions for calls remain the same when traveling around Russia. Thus, you will always be in touch with your loved ones who use the services of the Tele2 operator. And for calls to numbers of other operators there are 500 minutes per month for free. If you exceed the minutes limit, it will cost 1.95 rubles.

The subscription fee for the tariff for Moscow and the region is 400 rubles per month. In other regions it may be lower. For such a set of services, this price looks tempting.     Using unlimited traffic requires the mandatory use of official mobile applications. If the connection is made through a VPN or proxy, then the main traffic will be consumed. As for traffic for mobile TV or the Zvooq service, it is available only on the home network.

    Tariff conditions

    The terms of the “My Online” tariff include a subscription fee and a set of services that are provided in exchange for this money. It looks like this:

    • unlimited calls to Tele2 Rossi numbers and - both when in your region and outside it, in other regions of the country;
    • 500 minutes per month to numbers of other telecom operators in Russia - in the home region or in roaming;
    • 15 gigabytes of Internet traffic, which can be spent without any restrictions;
    • unlimited on social networks VK, Odnoklassniki and Facebook;
    • Viber, WhatsApp and Tam Tam messengers
    • The subscription fee for Moscow and the region is 400 rubles per month - it can be reduced by combining several SIM cards into one group.

    At the same time, these conditions apply only in the case of a complete write-off of the subscription fee. It is debited the first time when connecting to a tariff or switching to it, and then every 30 days. Therefore, the number at which the money is written off may change - this should be taken into account.

    Conditions for failure to pay a subscription fee

    At the end of the paid period, Internet access is blocked, including access to social networks and instant messengers, since unlimited is also a service included in the subscription fee. The conditions for calls also change:

    • 3 rubles per minute for calls to all numbers of other operators in the home region and Tele2 throughout Russia;
    • 9 rubles per minute for calls to all other numbers within Russia;
    • 3 rubles per SMS.

    The same conditions for non-payment of the fare also apply when traveling within Russia.

    After depositing an amount sufficient to be written off, the conditions return to standard. At the same time, the service of transferring balances is valid, that is, unused balances of packages do not burn out, but can be used next month.

    Connection cities

    You can change any Tele2 tariff plan to “My Online” in the following cities:

    • Moscow and Moscow region;
    • Saint Petersburg;
    • Novosibirsk;
    • Kursk;
    • Permian;
    • Sochi and others.

    In those cities where “My Online” Tele2 as a package is not available, it is best to connect to the Black tariff. The cost of its connection is only 299 rubles.

    If the packages are over

    If you use the connection very actively, then the packages may end before the write-off date arrives. In this case, the tariffs will also change:

    • calls above the package – 1.95 rubles per minute;
    • SMS over the package - 1.95 rubles per SMS.

    If the Internet runs out, the “More” service is automatically activated. She adds 500 megabytes of Internet and charges 50 rubles for it. This can happen up to 20 times, after which Internet access is suspended. At the same time, the service does not require confirmation of debiting from subscribers. Thus, you can lose a lot of money if you do not monitor such charges.

    If necessary, you can disable the “More” service yourself.

    Also, if one or another package has expired, you can use the option to configure your tariff. To do this, use your Personal Account, hotline 611 or the combination *630*<the number of minutes to be added>*<the number of gigabytes to be added># call key.

    At the same time, the name of the tariff will be changed: instead of “My Online” it will be called “Super Online”. The size of the subscription fee will also change. At the time of change, the difference between the current fee and the new one will be written off, and on the date of write-off, a new amount will be charged in accordance with the changes you made.

    Tariffing of calls and messages

    When considering the cost of the Tele2 “My Online +” tariff, you cannot ignore the pricing of voice calls, SMS and MMS. The subscription fee for the tariff plan is 799 rubles/month, which is not so much, looking at the traffic. As for calls, subscribers are offered 1,500 minutes of any calls within Russia - a very impressive package of minutes. Unlimited access to any Tele2 phones in the country is also available, and this unlimited limit does not affect basic minutes - this is an important advantage.

    The cost of calls on the “My Online +” tariff from Tele2 above the package is 1.95 rubles per minute to any numbers in the country. For calls to the CIS countries you will have to pay 30 rubles per minute, to the Baltic countries and European countries - 49 rubles per minute. Calls to other destinations around the world are charged at 69 rubles/min. Calls to satellite handsets cost 240 rubles/min. As for SMS within Russia, they are charged at 1.95 rubles/piece, MMS - at 6.5 rubles/piece, SMS to international destinations - 5.5 rubles/piece.
