- When the Internet traffic in the package ends, Internet access is suspended. You can purchase one of the traffic packages or unlimited for 300 ₽ per month.
- After the minutes expire, calls within the Tele2 network remain free and unlimited, outgoing calls to numbers in your home region will cost 1.95 rubles per minute, outgoing calls within Russia - 9.00 rubles per minute of conversation.
- SMS over the package in your home region will cost 1.50 rubles per message, in Russia - 2.50 per SMS.

About charging the subscription fee
- The subscription fee for tariffs is debited from the organization’s account from the 1st to the 10th of the month in advance.
- If there are no funds in the account to write off the subscription fee, then the operator does not provide services according to the tariff; all calls and messages will be charged at the price “above the package”. Internet access will be blocked.
- An additional subscription fee is charged if the client has not performed any actions for which money would have been debited from the SIM card for 4 months. The amount will be 30 rubles per month for each number. It is charged on the last day of the corresponding billing period until the account reaches zero or before the start of using paid services.
- If you do not use the connection for 180 days from the moment the account is reset and do not use the SIM card, the operator will terminate the contract unilaterally.
Tele2 business tariff
Tariffs for business from Tele2 are profitable and convenient services that every subscriber – a legal entity – can use. Tele2 focuses on convenience and high quality of corporate communications. To ensure that employees always stay online, company management chooses special corporate rates. Such solutions meet customer needs and are relatively inexpensive.
Until mid-2021, Tele2 released several tariff plans for business under the names:
- "Alpha".
- "Beta".
- "Gamma".
- "Sigma".
At the moment they are all archived. They have been replaced by other offers that are in no way inferior in convenience and benefits. The updated options have significantly simplified the terms of tariff plans. There is much more mobile Internet traffic. Tele2 has eliminated payments when traveling within the Russian Federation, which is very important for Moscow companies. The operator also decided to maintain the conditions for transferring the balance of the unexhausted limit to the next month. In Moscow, Tele2 business tariffs are actively used by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
Price
The first thing you should pay attention to is the price of the “My Business Unlim” tariff. The monthly subscription fee is 800 rubles for each connected SIM card. It is worth noting that the price is indicated for Moscow and the Moscow region. Other regions may have different pricing policies. However, there are other prices that apply when the basic packages are used up. They will be discussed in one of the following sections.
The subscription fee is charged every month. This happens in numbers 1-10. If, when attempting to write off, there are no funds on the balance, then attempts will be repeated until they are withdrawn. If the client does not top up the account, access to the services will be suspended.
How to disable the tariff
To disable a tariff plan, the same methods are used as in the case of activation. Thus, the client can apply for disconnection:
- In the Tele2 communication salon.
- Via a mobile application.
- In LC.
If necessary, it is possible to switch to another TP from the “My Business” line using the interface of the mobile application and personal account. You just need to log in, enter the “Tariffs” section and select the required option.

If desired, any subscriber can change the tariff plan by choosing any of the current offers. It's very easy to do. It is enough to visit the official Tele2 website and go to your personal account.
If the subscriber has forgotten his password, it can be recovered using the phone number. You will receive an SMS with a code that you must enter in a special field. Cellular company employees may also ask you to perform other actions.

The second way to change the current tariff is to use the application on your mobile phone. This process will only take a few minutes and is available to absolutely all users.
This is done as follows:
- The subscriber needs to open the “My Tele2” application. You can say it through the Play Store or AppStore service.
- Select any tariff plan from the proposed list. Under each name there is a “Details” tab.
- Next, you need to go to the pages with a description of the tariff plan.

For 370 rubles, a subscriber receives 15 GB of Internet. The rules for its use are almost the same. But Yandex services are also used for free:
- Navigator;
- Transport;
- Cards.
The action is valid on the territory of Russia, with the exception of Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea. No traffic is consumed when using applications.
Unlimited access costs 200₽/min if the “Lots of B2B Internet” option is activated.
The principle of free communication within the company and to all Tele2 numbers in Russia applies. For other calls, 500 minutes are provided per month. If desired, minutes can be exchanged for the Internet:
- 1 minute = 10.24 MB;
- 10 minutes = 102.4 MB;
- 100 minutes = 1 GB (1024 MB).
Up to 100 messages are sent free of charge per month. Communication with any Russian numbers is allowed.
The absence of actions that entail the withdrawal of money from the account for more than 120 days automatically triggers the withdrawal of a monthly fee - 30 rubles from each number. Funds are charged from the last day of the month in which no activity was observed.
A zero or negative balance within six months is equivalent to the subscriber’s refusal of the contract. It is terminated completely or in relation to one or more corporate client numbers.

SMS packages in different directions range from 950 rubles. for 500 SMS up to 158,600 rub. for 100,000 SMS messages. You can choose the optimal number of SMS on the official Tele2 website.
- Employee control - the service allows you to save and view the history of employee movements, online monitoring and create service reports. There is no subscription fee, and tracking the location of your employees costs 10 rubles per day per person.
- Cost control - using this tool, a company can set spending limits on Tele2 services for each employee at various cost levels: for calls, SMS and the Internet. Subscription fee and connection to the service are free.
- M2M tariffs are a technology for organizing wireless data transfer between devices via GPRS and SMS: vending machines, various meters, vehicles and security systems. There is no subscription fee, and the service is provided on a per-minute basis. Check out the tariffs on the Tele2 website.

A distinctive feature is one tariff for all employees. Additional packages of minutes and Internet traffic can be activated in your personal account. Corporate clients only need to choose one Tele2 tariff, rather than looking for a separate one for each employee.
Basic conditions:
- 7500 minutes to other numbers;
- 225 GB of Internet and 150 messages to any numbers in Russia;

Additional traffic volume on Tele2 corporate tariffs is allocated for 30 days. It should be borne in mind that you can only use the Internet at maximum speed from a phone or tablet. When installing a SIM card in other devices or connecting to a file hosting service, the speed decreases to 64 Kbps. Data distribution via Wi-Fi signal or USB connection is not possible.

Basic option with a monthly subscription costing 250 rubles. for Moscow Region and Moscow. This option requires a sufficient amount of minutes, SMS and an Internet package (3 GB). Unlimited calls within your network and company without country restrictions. For calls to numbers of other operators within the home region, three hundred minutes are given.
